To be able to segregate the database and compile call lists using TAGS has been the biggest benefit along with the integration of the soft phone auto dialling. We have had our ups and down but help is only an email or call away and our problems have been dealt with efficiently.
Not much at the moment. I did have a problem with the new position of Tags during an upgrade, but was delighted to see it changed back.
Being able to separate out contacts by way of using TAGs - to send special offers tailored to those individuals and being able to track the activity. Also a big help is to run a Campaign within the CRM and not having to use another piece of software.
My favorite part of Agile CRM is the included marketing capabilities. Most CRM software platforms that I've used do not include these features without an additional fee - it makes Agile CRM very cost efficient.
The ios application is clunky and the Marketing features are very intuitive.
Our business has a tremendous number of companies and contacts to manage. Agile helps us group and organize the contacts, communicate with them, and look at our sales pipeline.
My favorite feature is the automated marketing campaigns.
When you have a lot of contacts it takes awhile to scroll through your list of them under contacts.
Tracking deals, tracking emails opened and if they are successful and managing prospects and clients.
A Great CRM Software brings to you new discoveries every day. Agile is like it...You dont know what you can do til prove it.
Some feactures of call by the iphone app arent done...but they are working on it.
- Email Markeitng - Automation - Easy analisys
Integration with social media so that I get to see the contact social media connections immediately they feature on the contact list.
That I have not mastered using triggers....getting there soon
Getting all my clients in one place which makes follow up and segmenting very easy.
Lots of features: gmail email sync. New knowledgebase for the support desk.
It would be good to see the help desk canned responses available in the gmail widget. Also to be able to inject links to the knowledgebase article solutions, into our help desk tickets, like canned responses can be injected - this would be very helpful.

AgileCRM is one complete platform that you can integrate ALL parts of the business sales funnel. You don't need a PHD to design complicated system architecture and log in and out of 5 different programs to gain a holistic view of leads, lead conversions, sales and follow-up activities. AgileCRM provides an intuitive campaign builder, that provides functionality of CRM system which cost 10x per month. Agile is scalable and allows the initial investment in set-up time/effort and energy to be scaled up to the number of users that are needed to operate the business. So a start-up stage business can build systems, that can be used when the business grows to a large business.
There is not much not to like. Agile has a few minor bugs, which are on the development road-map, but that is a normal part of SaaS. There was difficulties attaching documents to campaign emails, which was a requirement of the systems I was designing.
I am designing an automation system to capture student enrollment information for a training and assessment organisation. The big challenge and significant time wasting task is following up student to provide appropriate ID and support documentations for the courses that they are enrolled. AgileCRM allows us to contact the students easily, and improve course enrollments AND set manual tasks for students that need extra support. This allows a very small team to perform the work of a much larger organisation. I had trialed several other CRM including Infusionsoft, MailChimp-Capsule and due to cost constraints, and ease of use - Agile was a stand-out option.
The fact that I can gather a bunch of information of clients.
It's hard to understand the web page and the interfaz.
Reaching out my clients in the precise moment.
Enables me to manage email campaigns professionally and at low cost,
Their help videos could be more comprehensive, however this is more than compensated by their help desk., which I use to talk me through anything I don't yet understand.
I'm using Agile to contact clients to help me with a series of research projects.
I'm enjoying learning all the automated functions for creating a behaviour-based campaign. I'm finding new applications which are not found in other CRM platforms such as Pop-Ups, Online Calendars, A/B testing in a campaign, etc. And that's only what I've discovered to date.
I wish the screen where you build campaigns was a horizontal set up vs a vertical set up for developing the campaign.
I can link multiple campaigns with a transfer. I have yet to do it, but knowing that I can build a variety of campaigns and continuously offer clients new products and services in an automated way, I can't wait.
