The flexibility of configuring the board and the ease of being able to do this. It's transformed our workflow.
Status columns that are colour coded - can you not drop a graphic in here? I'm thinking a traffic light.
Project workflow - allows us as a company to have a visual on what we are managing.
It is very versatile, the range of possibilities give you the confidence to face any team management workflow
The package of seats (5) and not being able to get the best price in the monthly subscription
Allows me to set powerful and smart workflows between teams without know about Java script
Easy to use. Dashboards are great and fun
There are no downsides. I like everything
It provides a central area for all to access important sales information from Admin all the way up to the Executive level.
Organization, Daily work, Many teams and others. The monday is the best CRM of the world. I use from 2019. I have a company then use the Monday. Everyone love their.
I like almost everything, but monday leaves something to be desired when it comes to plans. Because it updates automatically even not requesting the change... this can improve!
monday is helping all my company's pending tasks, such as: organization, updates and daily work. This is incredible, because monday itself already provides automations for all this!
I like the way that you can use customise automations. I can do everything from setting up reminders for tasks and sending out a custom message, to including dependencies on items so that information stays up to date as the project progresses.
Some features don't work as well as they could, including using monday to manage emails. I have also found some things work and then suddenly stop working (perhaps as they make changes while updating the app). It was great how when responding to an email notification you could respond directly in the email and this would automatically be added to the item's conversation.
The team is super helpful and fast at responding to inquiries. I was having trouble changing a team admin to a viewer and they got the problem fixed straight away.
On Moday we can use any CRM from templates or we can create from zero. This is the best think for us because we can to whatever we need for the team envolved. Awesome platform.
I think that Monday could start some open courses so we understand more about the platform. How can we use more and more. Because I never use any platform that had so many to offer.
My team could have every single information on real time. Everyone is updated. Information and leads.
The high degree of customization and automation features, while maintaining a fairly user friendly interface. As we use it more we are continuing to come up with new use cases and its nice that I don't have to pay a consultant $300 an hour to build out each of these use cases.
I wish I could search across all boards at once. The teams feature in the automations function has some bugs, sometimes the item card doesn't display what is in the board perfectly. There are times where a single user's inputs take 30 minutes or longer to update through the cloud to all the other users platforms.
Needed a project management tool that was relatively low cost, replaced the clunkiness of excel and could automate certain handoffs that were previously done with email. It has succeeded on that front.
The people see in a transparent way who is responsible for what, at what time and what is the status of the deal. Lot's of integrations that are helpfull as well.
Is not the "box" solution, with the integrations it's a never-ending story you can build and build, for some people it's overwhelming, but IMHO you just need to set for yourself the functionalities and not use the ones you don't need.
Transparency and ease of use first of all. No need to click a lot, the system does a lot of steps for you, saved my time and money so I am focused on more important things.
Possibility to build anything needed in a fast way
Only one level of nesting between files and elements. Difficult to replace entirely excel or other platforms
Company organization and order between files and processes
I love how customizable the workspaces are. The gamification makes closing jobs very satisfying (getting the confetti is everything!) This isn't the first CRM I've ever used but it will be the standard by which I measure every other program going forward.
I definitely feel there are features I'm not using (or not using correctly) but it's hard to teach yourself what you don't know (even when there are very helpful videos in the library) so it would have been nice to get time with someone from a sales or training team to learn my way around when we first started.
We use monday sales CRM to track leads, clients, sales, and projects. It's an extremely effective dashboard for tracking production from start to finish and keeping all team members on the same page.
