The templates are beautiful, and I find them to my taste: it didn't take long for me to choose one that fits my brand and to customize it to my liking. Besides, the customizing interface is intuitive and easy to use.
I'm not too fond of some loading times when doing slight edits on pages or forms. It takes a lot of clicks to get things done when I sometimes would like the elements to be customized quicker.
To launch my photography business, I needed a good-looking website. Pixpa provides me with a reasonably priced solution that looks great. It enables me to promote my work and my business.
Clean interface, swift updating and a lot of integration options.
The dashboard isn't very responsive on a desktop, some links in the UI are oddly placed and require some creativity to find.
Pixpa's structure allows me to quickly release and update iterations of my designs and ideas, meaning I spend less time on publishing my work.
I like that whenever I can't do something particular I can just ask the chat box. They'll either show me or do it for me. It's also cheaper than other website hosting places and for the selection of designs I think it's worth it.
Probably that it is based in the US so the replies aren't instantaneous. Occasionally there are a few staff who misunderstand what I need to do. There are some limitations or bugs with the spacing between lines as well which requires the backend to fix it.
I'm not sure what problems pixpa is solving.. Benefits: probably more design options. Sometimes too much that it's overwhelming lol
The best part about Pixpa is the 24/7 support you receive. I am scared of tech, and they patiently helped me build my website from scratch. I need to update it and I know they will be jsut as helpful and always available.

- Extremely beautiful themes that can be easily customized - fairly priced - all themes and addons are responsive which is really important - very easy to use the service - the dashboard is clean and user friendly - the support team is very helpful at times, you don't really run into trouble anyways - free domain name and SSL with every plan - free trial available in case someone wants to try it first
- Store is a bit to set up and for the smaller plans, it's really restricted - for personal plan, storage is only 1 GB which is not enough
Pixpa is a web service that lets creators create their portfolio website with ease.
Integrations are easy to implement, the customer support is really reactive and helpful, and the value for money is really great! In addition, the Help section is full of resources that helped me answer some questions more than once.
Sometimes, I would like even more freedom in the layouts/design of the website, even if it is already better than on a lot of other platforms.
Pixpa helps me centralize my business with an access to my portfolio and to my social media platforms as well as a way to contact me via my professional email.
Pixpa is best for photographers and content creators, it's cheap to get started and experiment. The best thing is free to use for the first 15 days.
Not good for building websites for medium or large enterprises because of the limited features.
Pixpa is for photographers and content creators, solving the problem of starting from scratch by providing a platform to focus on the most important stuff and handling rest.
If you are creative and want to build an excellent app, Pixpa is the best solution. You do have an option to create galleries to store images. They have great customer service.
The price of the app is a bit on the higher side. It should give the option for the galleries to link. The interface can be more interactive, It can be simplified a bit. There could be some more tutorials for beginners to use.
