How easy the UI is to manage and optimize campaigns not only this but it allows me to completely manage business a one place with out having the need to go to every other website for a single task, I can do that all with in Zoho.
It is like an overkill. I mean so many features to use.
I am using it for cold outreach and drip campaigns and it is working excellent, very much manageable and easier to use with so much control in my hand.
Very streamlined design, simple interface and mostly the fact that it integrates with the Zoho suite of applications. This makes automation much simpler and more powerful

This has been the easiest and most painless of all the autoresponder, newsletter management systems I have tried so far. I also like the price and the graduation of levels.
I haven't been able to figure out how to link my social media accounts to the icons yet. I am sure that is just me though. I am new to all this so the learning curve is steep.
I have not sent anything out yet, but was able to write my first auto response and link to the lead magnet very easily.

Zoho Campaigns is useful for business growth. We used it to creating multiple email campaign for our organization. In our organization it's too much take a part to increase our services. We have to create multiple newsletter to our new and old client. By the help of Zoho Campaigns it is easy to do email marketing services with out development knowledge. It is awesome marketing tool to generate leads and we can set up easily with other software. In market lot of email campaign software running but it is cheaper and advance software with secure server. It is not too much expensive for your business. We can afford it for our business and boost our sales.
The free trial, the free tools, and the free features you get to use before you decide to invest in the service. It's amazing how Zoho provides so much value for so low pricing. They take their job very seriously, customer support is quick to act and fix problems, emails never land in the spam folder always delivered 100%.
I had some issues at first verifying my domain, the SPF records to be exact. I change all DNS details yet the domain wasn't verified until I contacted the support which was very helpful and quick to fix the problem for me. It was a good experience even though I was still on the free trial so you can see how dedicated Zoho for its customers. Another thing is campaigns that get sent to Promotion instead of Inbox. The platform is easy to use, the interface is easy to navigate.
Sending cold emails, it been a huge problem for me before discovering Zoho. It's a lifesaver, money can't get you better than Zoho and all their services and additional features that you normally pay an additional amount for in other email marketing services providers.
