After a short training, WordPress is an easy-to-use and operate CMS. Whenever you face an issue, you do a quick search, and due to the huge community, you will quickly find a solution for your problem. For those who are not tech savvy it could be a problem for them to get a hang of wordpress. The platform is not that robust and you might need a tech team for maintenance and all.
