We use ClickSend for SMS (text) marketing, and it was easy to set up and get running quickly. Cost-effective and meets the needs of our client. I like that it's easy to upload contacts.
I need to be able to select *mutiple* contact lists for an SMS campaign.
ClickSend is a simple solution to our client's SMS marketing needs.
What I like the most about ClickSend is that it's very easy to use. It just take few seconds to singup and start using it. And it also has lots of features. And their customer support is also great with that live chat.
What I like the least about ClickSend is their pricing. I used their service to send SMS, but it's too expensive compared to the local providers I know.
I used ClickSend to send SMS. For both promotional and transactions SMS
Its versatility and convenience in sending and receiving messages. With ClickSend, users can send messages via different channels without needing to switch between different applications or platforms. Its user-friendly interface and APIs make it easy to integrate with existing systems and automate workflows.
When it comes to ClickSend, there is little to criticize. However, it's worth noting that certain features may not be available for all countries or regions. Despite this, ClickSend continues to expand its global reach, providing excellent service to more and more users worldwide.
ClickSend is solving the problem of inefficient and fragmented communication by providing a unified platform for various channels of communication. The platform streamlines communication processes and makes it easier for users to reach their intended audience quickly and effectively. This results in better customer engagement, increased productivity, and cost savings.
When I initiate an SMS message through ClickSend, the message gets sent to the recipient within a few seconds, usually. I no longer wait for the cellphone provider network to eventually get around to sending my SMS messages. I am using PHP as my server process. It interfaces very easily to the ClickSend API. I use the PHP curl library to do the interfacing, which is very easy.
There is not much to dislike. Even the cost is very reasonable and very affordable.
I am solving the problem of waiting, sometimes many minutes, for the cell phone provider network to send my SMS messages from a web page's "mail" code. It is technically possible to route an SMS message to a user's phone using the mail() function of PHP, for instance, but the message often gets delayed a lot. ClickSend solves this problem by sending the SMS message very quickly, usually within seconds of my initiating the message through web-page code.
Everything about ClickSend appeals to me. They offer a tonne of functions, but SMS is my favorite. It is very easy to use and has a very user-friendly interface.
If numerous users use the same number, it would be excellent to have more sensible routing. Sometimes it may seem that the text is too brief to keep the price low.
They have the best SMS services that helped me connect with my clients and make them aware of the new tools, offers and services we have added so they cannot miss them. That's the best service to connect with my clients.
