What do you like best about Conversight?

The ease of set-up and the cost are great. The personal attention is helpful, but not always as timely as I would like.

What do you dislike about Conversight?

Parts of the product are not user friendly for staff on the back end. I wish that more of the verbiage used in the app was customize-able.

What problems is Conversight solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for library contact-less service. It has really helped us continue to provide this service, even after the libraries opened in person with the same staff capacity.
