It has an easy-to-use interface, and the support at Rocket.net is superior. Rocket.net has top-notch security features, and the inclusion of Enterprise CDN in their hosting fee has saved me a ton of money. I was able to reduce the amount of paid plug-ins by simply switching over to Rocket.net
So far, I have no complaints. If I were to be a nitpick, I would suggest integrating more analytic tools.
They have a simple hosting structure that has many inclusions. I can leverage their Enterprise hosting features for a fraction of the cost. Their inclusion of the Enterprise CDN network saved me a ton of money, and I could cancel subscriptions to 3rd-party plugins. This saved me money, reduced the code bloat on my website and increased speed metrics.
