"Wonderful accounting and forecasting tool for Small Business"
What do you like best about Sage CRM?

Sage CRM is one of the greatest ERP Software that is helping me to understand and forecast my small businesses finance.The demographcs,purchase likelihood enables me to understand my clients more.

What do you dislike about Sage CRM?

The fact that it has a limited trial period that is little.It also has a lot of challenges especially when one wants to test the use of sending invoices to clients in the trial period.the option is limited for clients to ugrade their price plan.

What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving problems related to data analysis for the income that comes from my clients ,trying to understand how that can help my small organisation to link up well with potential and existing clients.

What do you like best about Sage CRM?

Excellent management company which focuses on process automation, performance and best practice in partner businesses, a system that incorporates all sectors and processes so that managers have company decision making accounts aimed at quality, transparency and objectivity.

What do you dislike about Sage CRM?

This tool does not benefit me, because it optimizes processes, integrates and makes each process integrated and minimizes process failures and defects.

What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our business had a lot of communication, procedure and human deficiencies before that method, where often the physical inventory did not match the program, a gap in the payable or receivable accounts caused a company's tedious financial cost. All processes are currently integrated.

What do you like best about Sage CRM?

Easy to use interface - The dashboard is intuitive and simple to navigate for sales teams. Workflows are streamlined. Customization - You can customize fields, screens, and tabs to fit your sales process. Also has an open API for more advanced customization. Reporting and analytics - Built-in reporting capabilities to track sales performance. Dashboards provide insights into pipeline, forecasts, and more. Mobility - Sage CRM integrates with popular mobile platforms like iOS and Android so reps can access contacts, calendars, and other info on the go. Integration - Integrates with Sage accounting software and other business apps like Outlook. Can also connect to marketing automation, ERP, etc. Pricing - Offered as both cloud-based and on-premises. Pricing considered affordable for small and mid-sized businesses. Customer support - Good reputation for customer support and training resources.

What do you dislike about Sage CRM?

Learning curve - The interface may not be as intuitive as simpler CRM tools. Can take some time for new users to learn. Limited customization - While you can customize fields, tabs, etc., the customization capabilities don't run very deep compared to more flexible platforms. Older technology - Built on older .NET framework and lacks some newer CRM features and capabilities. Third party add-ons - Reliant on third party add-ons for enhanced functionality like marketing automation. Native features are minimal. Mobile limitations - The mobile app functionality is more limited compared to the desktop experience. Missing some key mobile features. Reporting takes effort - Building custom reports takes time and technical knowledge vs drag-and-drop reporting. Support varies - Support levels can vary greatly depending on location. Larger clients get better support. Pricey upgrades - Moving to newer versions can be costly compared to upgrading other CRMs.

What do you like best about Sage CRM?

There are some key features which I like best in CRM. Below highlighted some - It allows users to use platform efficiently according to their business needs & interfaces - It has also enabled some seamless uninterrupted integration with third parties - It can be used on multiple devices - It is very collaborative

What do you dislike about Sage CRM?

There are few features about it as is case of pros and cons with everything. Below are highlighted some - The initial set up for this can be complex and time consuming as it may need technical expertise - Some features inbuilt are complex for new users to use straightaway - Cost can be high - Performance issues observed in few cases where initial file sizes are high

It has enhanced colloboration and all updates can be shared we can streamline communication by tracking email and call and consistent improvement opportunities It provides extremely well data driven insights

It can be SLOW. Use your patience and Sage will be your friend.

What do you like best about Sage CRM?

It's very easy to use, extremely flexible and customized very easily. The generated reports are very thorough. The details may be exported to Excel. Allow customers to self-serve for customer service matters Aware of the cost-effectiveness of marketing campaigns Strengthen customer relations.

What do you dislike about Sage CRM?

Depending on the web browser you are using it works better or worse. Sometimes the search function causes mistakes. When you manage a lot of information, it's a little slow.

You can create all documents using the sales templates that Sage CRM brings, keep them on track of the customer's history and continually monitor sales opportunities in order to increase effectiveness in the sales cycle, such as the organization of daily tasks, communication between customers and internal staff. Marketing is strengthened by tools that enable the database to be segmented into criteria, so you can create a set of detailed reports with this information and facilitate the entire business work.
