Sage CRM is one of the greatest ERP Software that is helping me to understand and forecast my small businesses finance.The demographcs,purchase likelihood enables me to understand my clients more.
The fact that it has a limited trial period that is little.It also has a lot of challenges especially when one wants to test the use of sending invoices to clients in the trial period.the option is limited for clients to ugrade their price plan.
I am solving problems related to data analysis for the income that comes from my clients ,trying to understand how that can help my small organisation to link up well with potential and existing clients.
Excellent management company which focuses on process automation, performance and best practice in partner businesses, a system that incorporates all sectors and processes so that managers have company decision making accounts aimed at quality, transparency and objectivity.
This tool does not benefit me, because it optimizes processes, integrates and makes each process integrated and minimizes process failures and defects.
Our business had a lot of communication, procedure and human deficiencies before that method, where often the physical inventory did not match the program, a gap in the payable or receivable accounts caused a company's tedious financial cost. All processes are currently integrated.

There are few features about it as is case of pros and cons with everything. Below are highlighted some - The initial set up for this can be complex and time consuming as it may need technical expertise - Some features inbuilt are complex for new users to use straightaway - Cost can be high - Performance issues observed in few cases where initial file sizes are high

It's very easy to use, extremely flexible and customized very easily. The generated reports are very thorough. The details may be exported to Excel. Allow customers to self-serve for customer service matters Aware of the cost-effectiveness of marketing campaigns Strengthen customer relations.
Depending on the web browser you are using it works better or worse. Sometimes the search function causes mistakes. When you manage a lot of information, it's a little slow.
You can create all documents using the sales templates that Sage CRM brings, keep them on track of the customer's history and continually monitor sales opportunities in order to increase effectiveness in the sales cycle, such as the organization of daily tasks, communication between customers and internal staff. Its complicate but i like its availability and reliability.
Price is high. And we cannot upgrade to 300c version.
