I love that Google Analytics can track data on an end users website so when you have to pull reports for clients it becomes that much easier and its 100% accurate.

I dont really like dislike anything about GA but if I had to pick one thing I guess I could say I wish installing the tracking and setting up goals was a bit easier.

The problrem they are solving is tracking the data that one website holds, for example think of this as a digital footprint. THis helps us when we need to tell the client about the data and can be easily exported into a report.

I like that I am familiar with Universal Google Analytics and that I can connect it to google data studio and google tag manager

The transition to G4. Every 4 to 6 months, there are changes on the dashboard that can be positive and negative when something new is added or removed. Overall for a free software works perfect.

I am able to create click ID's and be able to track how many clicks on a certain page or how far the member is scrolling on our page.

Honestly it's a important tool for me to improve my traffic and my lead conversion i can't say i dislike anything about Google analytics only thing if Google can provide a version which is less complex for people who just started.

Recently GA got an wonderful update now Universal Analytics is no longer it has now been upgraded to GA4 Which bring lots of new features along with it, The thing i like most about GA4 is now you can get data more accurately and also now you can customise dashboard as per your need and can keep a proper track on user journey so overall this tool is best to keep a complete track of your website that too in free of cost.

What I don't like about GA is that it can be hard to figure out how to get the most useful information from it. When a new version is released, your old data is removed without your permission. And even though it's simple to set up, it's also easy to make mistakes that result in duplicated data or strange bounce rate numbers.

It solves the biggest problem for tracking user data very accurately, its not like other too once you get it you can completely you can optmize your data and use your seo technique to boot traffic of your site and also its feature of making custom events is very usefull for me to track conversion and also now in ga4 i can make exploration report to see the data i want in a well optmize manner

It have Javascript(JS) dependency for tracking code, it don't work well if JS is disable. To avoid this they can try use of Non-JS tracking. Improvements needed in the csv format report which is very complicated and non-structured to understand.
