What I appreciate most about ZoomInfo SalesOS is its ability to provide accurate contact information for my prospecting efforts. By verifying contacts and company details, ZoomInfo Sales OS significantly reduces the time and effort required in the prospecting process. The feature that allows me to access insights on various companies and their recent activities is particularly valuable. Additionally, I find the filter views in the search function to be highly beneficial, aiding me in discovering new prospects to enhance my sales pipeline.
I've had a bit of trouble with the buyer's intent feature. When I add buyer intent as a field, my contacts search list drops to zero, which isn't ideal. Being an SMB player, I struggle to find precise information for companies in the 1–10 size range, and sometimes in the 11–50 segment as well. Recently, I've noticed inaccuracies in contact information where listed contacts no longer work for the company. I called three prospects from the list, only to find out that all three had left their companies, leaving me without relevant Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects.
I love how it guides me to pinpoint the perfect persona within my account list. ZoomInfo pulls in diverse data, enabling me to strategically position our product using the insightful intent signals. It's like having a sales hack at my fingertips.
I would have given ZoomInfo around seven stars if I reviewed it a few months ago, but wow! These new search parameters have made all the difference in the world! Being in sales, I need to find the most suitable contacts and now it takes me easily a third of the time, if not a quarter, allowing me more hours in my day to concentrate on results. The fact that I can easily import the relevant info into Salesforce with few steps is a huge advantage, I couldn't imagine the data entry otherwise. I open ZoomInfo first thing in the morning right alongside with Salesforce, it's that necessary. It blows away our past two search companies. I am highly satisfied and also highly recommend.
My biggest complaint about ZoomInfo would be that I cannot have multiple tabs open while working from a list I've culled. And there are actually a few parameters I would like to see added to the search options. I have reached out to customer support with suggestions, and received a quick reply.
ZoomInfo SalesOS allows me to find companies in my sales verticals along with the proper decision makers. I have found thousands of companies that I would never have known existed. It also helps me vet leads that come to me through our website.
Most importantly, I use it to bridge the gaps of customer data information that is required on the leads that are passed on to me

I like that I can search for job titles, industries, contacts with e-mails and that I can export to Excel. I like that I have received new sales and conversations that can lead to future sales because of the contacts I have found in Zoominfo. Customer support has been great we well when needed.
I wish I had more credits to use monthly.
It is solving the problem of how to find relevant buyer contacts at the relevant organizations that I need to target. It is benefiting me as I am getting sales and conversations out of the minimal effort I have put into using Zoominfo.
User interface with the way of handling users and their pipelines. With the high efficiency of taking larger capacity, it can handle any load. It can be used with multiple platforms smoothly. Its backend support for the users is Amazing and quick. For all the frequent users it is an amazing platform to work on.
It can offer some more suggestions and tooltips for the guidance of the new users.
Earlier we had to use multiple platforms to access the account managers' data later we came to ZoomInfo SalesOS which integrated all the platforms to the accessing easier. loading the sales data for consumers became smooth.
I like several features of Zoominfo SalesOS, including lead generation, CRM system integration, Chrome extension usage, access to trending account insights and email verification.

The CRM integration is benefitting the most as we are able to engage more with the clients. By using Zoominfo's filters, I'm able to pull out the right client information.

The learning curve when I started using it. Some info is inaccurate and outdated.
Scalability, prospecting, and data accuracy in lead generation
The new Advanced Search feature allows me to be very specific about the personas I'm searching for. Furthermore, the Chrome browser extension is very useful for working in complimentary applications such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
The information was very out of date on the older version/license my company had. However the imporvemetn in data quality with the up to date licensing is night and day. My confidence has been restored in the product.
I need the infromation such as contact numbers and email addresses to import into my Salesforce so that my activities are demonstrated to my management. List exports are very helpful for this.

I love being able to easily use the integration (nice job on the recent updates to it btw for Chrome). I know that you have a sales lead searching portion of your platform, however I simply find it easier to use Sales Nav's platform for mass & batch prospecting. I do not know what would make me transfer to using yours solely.
ZoomInfo is allowing me to gather better data into the accounts and prospects that I am research. I am often able to grab great information about a company and their information from ZoomInfo. Zoominfo is also finding me the best email and contact phone numbers for my prospects!

It would be nice to have more intent options available at our current subscription level. The ones we have selected currently have led to great success!
I have found the ability to quickly and accurately uncover the right contacts. It's beneficial to see how they scored in terms of the validity of the information. My territory and the sector I am involved with change often, so this allows me to expedite my prospecting and begin engaging the target audience with confidence.
