Excellent. I've used Zoominfo for years... recently the company also integrated Seamless.ai .... not even a 'close' comparison. Zoominfo is straightforward and simple to use. The information is accurate to within 90% in my opinion. Zoominfo helps me to discover individuals within an organization that I typically don't know or when I don't know to to start with.
Could probably use some ai integration to further qualify any outdated leads.

I love that fact that I can search either by candidate name or by company name. It allows for more diversified results and ways of searching for these results.
Sometimes, I cannot 'click' enter or search when entering words in the top search bar. It suggests a few people or companies and I cannot search anything else.
When I cannot contact someone through LinkedIn or have no answer, I can access these people's emails or phone numbers. It is also very helpful when sending second or third messages.
It gives me great insights on my potential leads and actively gives me more information then I could find online when doing prospecting calls.
Because there are so many features in SalesOS, it's easy to get dragged in and thinking that you have to be a master of all the functionalities of this platform. This kept me from fulling utilizing the power of SalesOS in Zoominfo. When I just focused on using a few key features and becoming a master at those, I noticed that the benefit from this platform started to increase and then I slowly became an expert at the other areas.
Finding my dream client and helping me build my list faster then I ever could on my own or even if I hired a team to do lead mining for me. This helps me sell better and more!
What I like best about ZoomInfo SalesOS is that I can look up multiple contacts for a prospect that I am going after. The tool is easy to use and seamless. It not only provides contacts across all departments, but it lists their title, email and phone number, all in one location. The huge upside to this, is that it saves me time and prevents me from having to use multiple resources to run down the contacts I want to reach out to.
The only negative I have is that occasionally I find that the contact info is not up to date; meaning, that I find that a contact listed in ZoomInfo, has left the organization and there is no new updates for the person that is now in that same role. The downside to this, is I end up having to use another resource to get the current contact for that position.
ZoomInfo is helping us get to the right contacts, that either make the decisions within the organizations we are prospecting, or contacts that will support our prospecting efforts.
The wealth of data in Zoomingo is rich. Perfect for understanding the corporate structure and identifying potential prospects. ZoomInfo is a one stop resource for corporate data and executive leadership insights.
Sometimes data can be stale. The indicators for tech stack can be out dated as well.

The best part about ZoomInfo is SalesOS Reach out! It takes searching for the key contacts at a company from a lot of copy and past work from the company website to another screen and allows you to simply click the icon at the side of the screen and the side bar shows all the information, at which time you can export right to your CM system.
My only problem with ZoomInfo is getting the correct phone numbers and contacts at some companies. It seems to me that if someone switches positions or jobs, it doesn't update unless someone searching for them sends a request to have it done.
ZoomInfo is taking the guesswork out of searching for the key contacts at a company. Many websites will show who works there, but with minimal options to make contact. It takes the search from three or for windows and different sites open to just having ZoomInfo open and then simply clicking one button to export that info to SalesForce

I honestly can't think of anything I dislike about Zoominfo.
I have always struggled with timing when reaching out to companies. ZoomInfo makes that easier with its Websites and Intent features.
Love the broswer extension that opens up when I'm on LinkedIn, the ability to auto export those contacts to salesforce sames me a ton of time.
Sometimes the browser extension doesnt work and i need to constantly refresh the page
Getting contact info for prospects
It's super easy to build custom lists with tons of filters based on geo, industry, headcount, zip etc. Also, the integration with tools like Outreach are great!
Navigating the website can be somewhat tricky, still haven't found a good "back arrow" to get to lists. Could be user error though - I only use advanced search functions really.
Provides an easy way to collect prospective customer information and batch export customers within our ICP. I don't have to go to Linkedin or the business website to find their info - it's all right there.

I would say the two biggest things for me are intent tracking and being able to find prospects' phone numbers. Nothing is more frustrating than not having contact info for a target account, but that's where ZoomInfo comes in. It is not often that my target accounts do not have accurate contact data.
I wish that when using intent or websights, it showed you some more info on who exactly was on the website. Intent data sometimes shows you a general location but websights does not at all.
The ability to find which companies have been looking into a service that my company offers. It also helps me find mobile numbers. It benefits me by being able to break into my target accounts more efficiently. After all, if you don't have contact data, then you won't get anywhere.

The best part of ZoomInfo is the ability to get work emails and to be able to see company revenue. Second I love the seamless integration with Hubspot.
There isn't anything I dislike, because it is the most helpful tool I have ever used in sales for the past ten years.
ZoomInfo solves the problem of finding business emails. I prefer not to send business emails to personal emails and a lot of people on LinkedIn use their personal emaills.
The org chart is really helpful for sourcing.

Finding the right contacts made very easy
Finding reliable contact information and easily moving it into our ATS system. I also love the company insights that allow for me to track my prospect base and what they are searching for.
Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. I feel it runs a bit slow at times, but that's it.
It solved our need for a tool to find accurate contact info and company insights without having to use other tools which were less reliable and not integrated to our systems.
