I always kind of got the creeps when hearing the word CRM. Salesflare has changed this; it’s amazingly uncomplicated. In fact, I tend to think that I am forgetting something as I remember following up on sales to be a horrible, time-consuming task. This thing does the most stuff for you.
No complaints so far. It may not be the right fit for a bigger company. If you’re small to medium-sized this is definitely worth looking at.
It keeps our sales process in tune and has wildly simplified it in doing so. We are able to track all our sales activity in one place and, last but not least, our revenues have increased.
I enjoy the Gmail integration especially. It's simple and super useful in many aspects especially during initial comms with clients. I really enjoy the part that shows the stages of the client, which is quite useful for larger teams and when following-up on this process.
It's a bit expensive for small-scale teams. Should have more flexibility for pricing, because this way even smaller teams / startups would be able to use the product, and get benefits from it. Maybe Salesflare could also think of something like a free to use model with restricted features for smaller teams.
We're working with different clients in building software products and some interesting benefits we've realized so far include the following-up process and the stages that you see where the client is currently standing.
Simple but remarkably powerful. Salesflare makes keeping on top of sales feel a lot easier than I am used to, yet very advanced in its features. Its very intuitive to use, requires no support at all when setting it up.
It’s not bringing my coffee. No seriously, it is a start-up so expect a changing and improving software tool.
Keeping track of sales leads has become a no-brainer. Nothing gets through those cracks anymore.
It’s just overall a great experience. Our team was set in no time, the user experience is great and the Salesflare team is very helpful. They really keep in close touch with their customers and try to build the product their customers want.
Reports and insights could be improved, I think. They told me they’re working on it though.
We didn’t have a comprehensive to keep track of our sales pipeline before. Salesflare has completely changed the way we work and improved our results. Being productive and getting sales has become almost effortless now. Everything is automated, we just have to write the emails and make the calls. So much easier than before.
The Kanban-like sales pipeline view. Seamless integration with Gmail. Slick design, flexible, easy to get started with.
I would love an integration with my LinkedIn messaging box.
We save a ton of time and effort not having to bother with keeping everything updated. This helps us close more deals and frees up time we can use for other matters.
Keeping effectively track of your leads - the thing most annoying of all with CRMs - is surprisingly easy with Salesflare. Basically all I have to do is write emails and call people. I used to postpone going into my CRM as long as possible, which of course makes keeping it up to dated even more difficult. Salesflare is quick and easy, every day again. Other than that, the app is just really nice and pleasant to work with. It looks nice, it works intuitively. The whole program just makes sense.
No dislikes so far here. Sure, it’s a startup product so there’s a of features to explore and add, but besides normal I think this is exciting.
We were not effectively following up or even missing out on certain leads because our previous CRM was a hassle to keep up to date. Salesflare automatically tracks and logs everything and even reminds you to follow up on certain leads (its alerts you when a lead is ‘hot’). This is a huge time - and money saver, other than a lot less clutter and stress in my head.
Salesflare CRM is a highly optimized and user-friendly system that provides a wide range of features. It is especially useful for individuals who are focused on increasing their productivity and sales performance.
One of the disadvantages of using Salesflare is that some of its features in the Windows app are not fully functional and require the use of third-party applications, which can be challenging.
Improving Sales Productivity Enhancing Customer Engagement Increasing Revenue
It's ease of setting up and implementation is something really makes its very approachable CRM tool which can be easily handled
It's more customisation need an expert from sales force only it can not be done by the company developer
It's saving time energy and money . It's ablt to automate some of the functions making us more productive
The ease of use of it. Not having to manually enter data is amazing.
It takes some getting used to, but that is like anything new.
It fills out my address book and keep track of all interactions I make with people.
This software anticipates the needs of the small to medium sized business that can benefit from a high degree of automation WHEN automation is required, but has the flexibility to provide sufficient data for users to know WHEN and WHAT a prospect may need in the sales process in order to build the relationship and win rapport without being intrusive. The email sequence function is easy to use but has limitations in its branching logic, however this could be overcome in many occasions by considering how campaigns might be structured. Their help desk and knowledge base is excellent and the developers are also very willing to find solutions to structuring your database in a way that would work optimally whilst making users aware of some of the implications of their intended processes
Lead scoring has floor and ceiling effects, but is pretty good for a system that provides this information automatically. I am not aware of a method to structure the lead scoring to one's needs, but the way that you can view all the conversations that you or any other team member may have had with staff in the prospect company can provide sufficient detail to make a good assessment of the hotness of a lead once a particular level of worthwhile interaction has been identified.
Understanding which clients are more invested in working with us and which ones are not, and receiving automatic notifications when a prospect opens relevant emails is extremely helpful on capitalising on an opportunity. The automations of data entry also saves a lot of time, and the filtering process and the ability to save filters makes automating very efficient. Takes a lot of the dread out of using a CRM because it cuts down a lot of administrative time. It is so intuitive that a staff member was able to make good use of it within a couple of days.
Salesflare is a super versatile tool for small businesses. I especially like that they integrate with so many different tools we're already using in the company. The mobile application is also top notch.
Salesflare is mainly geared towards small businesses and probably not suitable in the enterprise.
Maintain a clear overview of our customer base our open opportunities.
Salesflare automatically synchronizes your emails.
Salesflare emails get easily directed to the spam folder.
Easy management of sales opportunities
Great step-up for us from Pipedrive. Their integrations are so much smarter.. a google/gmail plugin that actually works, great and responsive support team, and most importantly: smart importing / integration of all leads, opportunities, and data-enriching them... big thumbs up! Just add a URL to a company and all data and social feeds are added to that account. All emails to and from that domain are retrieved and added to that account timeline
It could be a 10 if UI/UX was just a little bit tighter. Clickable insights ('what recurring revenue would this week have?', if I click on that chart/point)
We've now ingtegrated prospecting, reachouts and actual sales CRM in one place. Which is a fantastic stimulus for us to keep improving the quality of our database. As well, insights in activities, both emails and calls gives a clearer view on performance of individuals participating in the sales process.
I like the ease of use and integrations and how easy we can collaborate whilst controlling our crm
nothing yet as we are still learning and implimnenting
time
Its intelligent features save time. Logging phone calls, emails, automatically pulling in prospect details
Some of the create" steps could be easier. Example: when creating an opportunity, but the contact doesn't exist yet, would be nice to be able to create the contact quickly right there, rather than having to cancel and go back to create the contact first
Tracking sales cycles, predicting revenue
The level of automation of its features (contact and account creation, email sync, next action, share of info through notifications...)
Nothing really. Yes, I hate myself for not having known about Salesflare before ;-) It is #1 solution on ProductHunt for a reason.
The time lost to feed contact and company info, report action, prioritize things and handle everything in 2 or more software. Salesflare is the CRM you forget about in your daily task but that reminds itself to you at the right time and gives you everything you need.
Everything is in one place. Very user-friendly, nicely designed and the support team is extremely helpful.
Sometimes you can tell the software is in its early stages, some hitches here and there but they get fixed real quick. It’s a startup, kind of normal they’re not perfect yet.
It’s been easier to close leads, better understanding of our sales funnel. And we don’t have to input any data, Salesflare does all of that automatically. It amazes me sometimes.
It looks clean and modern. Not to many buttons, but very costumerfriendly. It's also very nice that the system is updated with new features to give the customers the best innovations!
That the site doesn't give an 'explenation tour' in the beginnig to explain all the features.
Organizing a jobfair. Very good to keep track of which companies have been contacted already and what status they are in. The app is also very good!
Salesflare comes with several advantages, including its user-friendly interface, automated data entry, and email tracking features.
Salesflare, like any software, has some drawbacks. Users have reported issues with its customization options, limited integrations compared to other CRM platforms
Manual Data Entry: Salesflare automates data entry, reducing the need for manual input and ensuring that your CRM is always up-to-date. Integration: While it may have fewer integrations compared to some other CRMs, Salesflare integrates well with essential tools like Google Workspace and Outlook, facilitating a seamless workflow.
The customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. Once I had some questions and Jeroen was happy to jump on a call and help out.
Importing contacts, opportunities, and accounts in bulk is not so intuitive - but it's just a matter of learning how to do it.
We are now more aware of what everyone in the team is doing and have more clarity on the pipeline
