Simple to use, easy to learn, and automates a ton of stuff if you hook it up to all the right data sources like your email and calendar. Opinionated on how the sales process should look, which helps you get a running start if it's a good fit for your business - which it will be if you're a fairly small company selling B2B, in our case a SaaS company with a team of <5 sales people.
I haven't found any downsides, really. As a feature request I'd like to ask for more keyboard shortcuts for everything.
Tracking our sales pipeline, helping us to remember to follow up, understanding revenue targets and how likely we are to reach them based on pipeline. We also use Salesflare in conjunction with Zapier to automate a bunch of stuff, for example Salesflare will send an email from my account to welcome new leads who sign up to our marketing newsletter.
I compared all the likely suspects when looking for a new CRM, and Salesflare was the only one that seemed perfect for me. Enough functionality but not too much, great looking interface, easy to use, and of course, the automatic entry of my contacts saved me a lot of time. The price is just right as well. And the support has been amazing. You really have the feeling they are looking after you. The content they put out on the blog is excellent too - better than 90% of the other stuff I've read on CRM topics, and very in-depth. I'm recommending Salesflare to all the small business owners I know.
I would change a few minor things in the layout of the forms, but otherwise there really isn't anything.
I'm finally getting my contacts and prospecting process under control with the minimum of effort. It's saving me time while also helping to drive my business forward.
The boards, able to move cards, no matter what age you are it is easy to use as a team. the immediate gratification of moving the cards in the right direction is enjoyed by all The integration to outlook is smmoth
really nothing, it took me (older) a little longer to get the hang of then the younger group
I have to use dynamics ane it still is a 1990's platform. This is much easier
It's very easy to use. It is intuitive. It is robust. And because it's so easy to use, I actually use it!
I don't have any major downsides with Salesflare. I have a wishlist though. And I would love to see lead scoring built in with some sophisticated automations at some point in the future. But really, as it is, it's an excellent CRM.
I've tried a lot of CRMs over the years. But I've stuck with Salesflare because it's integrated into my workflows and is straightforward and so easy to use.
Saleflare has been very responsive to adding features that small business marketers need. Everything I need to do to create campaigns, follow up and see where things are with my leads is there. Plus there are new features coming in all the time that I can grow into.
When I create a new contact, I also have to create an account for that contact if I want to use it in a campaign. The extra data entry could be automated somehow, I think.
I know where my leads are along the sales process. I have been able to get a new client just by being able to follow up at the right time.
Salesflar is awesome. I've used it now for the past year and won't use any other sales CRM out there. It's intuitive, simple and effective.
Wish there was a better onboarding process and training for a new user.
Keeps my prospecting organized. Love the 'opportunity' feature which shows my pipeline. Allows me to keep my sales contacts in one spot versus digging through my inbox.
Salesflare is a fantastic tool that sits on top of your email box. As such a lot of the data entry tasks that are required by more "mature" or "classic" CRM suites don't create problems. What is great about Salesflare is that once a contact is created, the program automatically crawls your inbox searching for telephone numbers and additional info to enrich the datafile.
Salesflare is not build for super large teams. Don't expect the access management you get from classic CRM suites like SFDC. Also unlike SFDC you can not put workflows in place but this goes hand in hand with the access and identy management functionality of some of the more established tools
Data quality in the CRM has improved. Manual input tasks are a thing of the past. The CRM feels and is cleaner.
What I like the most is the type that I am saving, many of my colleagues use it and conclude in the same, it automates the data collection and the task creation process, as well as its user interface, it is well done, friendly and easy to understand, Salesflare is a very practical and intuitive CRM.
So far I like it a lot, could do certain integrations to make it even better, I really like the way it fills the information automatically is incredibly powerful, it also easily synchronizes with the calendar, and connects directly to the inbox to have access to emails.
It has been very beneficial for my sales process and for my company, you can also create campaigns and follow up your contacts, and its plus is that it has excellent, fast, efficient and truthful customer service support, always willing to collaborate, It certainly helps me stay organized.
The Inbox sync. It's flawless, it sync from day one and it's has many as you want. It's awesome.
Too much click sometime. I think the UX/UI could improve, but they listen to their users feedback and it's always improving.
Sales follow-up. You can easily track conversation and see where you left off. It's also easy to create task quickly
It's easy, exciting to use and complete.
I don't have any complaints about the product, but this survey is very strict. ;)
The management of the whole sales team is kept up to date and flowing smoothly. It's really easy to operate too.
