As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

Trello is exceedingly easy to use. The layout is simple and there is really no barrier to entry
Retrieving deleted or archived lists is difficult.
I have a hard time managing all of my cases at once so this has helped me track deadlines and substantive to-do issues.
The Best thing here is I can showcase and add my meeting-related tasks on boards so that team can view them. It is a perfect tool for collaborating with teammates on tasks to manage. I can create a to-do list for a specific job that is visible to all members. This has solved the chance of sharing details individually to everyone. Hence, it is a time saver.
There is nothing specific except its UI. For new users, It might not be obvious for you.
Trello is somewhat similar to sticky notes app where we can point to remember for later purposes, but this is quite interactive. Here, I can add meeting agendas and points to discuss, and also we use them to thank my teammates by adding a quote or appreciation post.
I have used all sorts of project management products and hands down Trello is my favourite. It's simple, customiseable, and fun. You can make it as simple or as complicated as you like. Most importantly, staff like it and will actually use it daily in stand ups and throughout the day to keep track of tasks. In fact, many people go on to download it on their phones and use it to organise their personal life too.
There is nothing not to like about Trello! There are some features that I would like to see added but for what you get for free, there is really nothing to complain about.
At the most basic level it helps us keep track of the tasks to do / being done/ and done. It is also very useful to guage capacity and identify where staff are overloaded or have space to take on more work.
Trello is very user friendly, packed w/ features that make communicating, tracking progress and working remotely simple and efficient.
I've never thought about anything negative about Trello.
Some of our team members are remote. It saves unneccesary phone calls, texts and emails w/ the ease of use.
Usabilidade e praticidade para um dia a dia descomplicado
Não vejo nenhum contra até o momento, gostando muito.
Me ajuda a organizar minhas tarefas de organização pessoal, que não preciso compartilhar com o time.
I like the fact that trello is quite easy and convenient to use. The drag and drop options add to the ease of using the software.
Nothing really. It's pretty much a great software.
Trello makes it easier for you (or your team) to break a project into smaller chunks of actionable activities and even allows allocating the tasks to different users thereby making collaboration way more easier.
The best thing I like about Trello is the ease of use itself. It really helped us to collaborate with team members to complete our tasks. Our team was working in a shift and it was very hard for each tech to transfer and explain the work they have completed to the upcoming techs. After using Trello it became so easy and we were able to save a lot of time. Trello also offers many plugin integrations which was not that much useful for us. However, all the other features were really helpful. We never came across any technical issues with their service.
I am expecting a better interface for Trello.
Knowledge sharing, Our biggest problem while working in a shift was the transfer of knowledge to the next tech in the upcoming shift. After Trello, it became very useful. We were able to spent a couple of hours per shift and improve our overall work efficiency.
Trello makes ideas easier to record, organize and share. The ease of a post-it note coupled with the power of programable logic and automation. Quick thoughts and notes become moving parts of grand plans.
The pricing structure has been confusing. Some features can only be seen or used on a desktop. These are minor issues compared to the incredible tool Trello is.
Using Trello we've solved communication issues between stores we manage. Things were being missed, took too long, weren't visible enough for our teams, and so forth—the shared space to collaborate changes everything.
I get to organised my task very easily. Can also create dashboards for specific workload
I cannot retrieve a task once deleted or no other option to retrieve
Contract administration
Very simple and flexible, I can make Trello work around my Kanban-style workflows instead of the other way around
At least for the free version, the automation is limited. But this is understandably a freemium model
Trello keeps track of my to-dos: I use it strictly as a TODO list.
- The many many many plugins - Clean visualizations and classifications of cards with tags, colored cards, and stars - Swimlanes for multi-member board use breakdown - Todo list capable with templates per card - Markdown usage!
- I wish it could show how many days since a card was created on the card front (a check to see if certain cards are being delt with over time). Card "aging" feature doesn't quite get the job done.
- Allows several of us to work out a project's tasks and push them through a pipeline. - Comunicate and notify other team members directly from any card. - Allows us to push client/customer actions through a pipeline. - Allows granular templated todo lists to be attached to items within a pipeline. Checklists are your friend! - Ability to hyperlink to just about anywhere from a card.
The Trello tool is great for teams that need to share documents and keep track of how the organization progresses. It allows you to organize the information into lists and boards so that you can see tasks without getting overwhelmed.
This is best for small teams if you're looking for a team of 10 or more this may not be good one.
Trello is great for keeping tabs on different projects. It's helped me loads with team communication and sharing files. There are a lot of boards though, so it can be difficult to find the one you want.
Trello is easy-to-use user interface. It helps me track productivity dashboard in birdseye view of all things that are going in the team without hassle to go through.
Its sad that its not designed for a full-scaled management. It is great for simple projects and workflows. Trello may add more features to make it accessible for full-scaled managements.
Trello makes our life easy in collaborating with our team to our assigned projects and saving too much time by tracking our progress that we are working on. Yes it helped a lot with our business
I've introduced Trello to several teams. Its easy-to-learn interface has meant adoption has been easy and teams have quickly used it to manage project and sprint workflows.
Trello has its limitations - projects can become too complicated or large for Trello, and sometimes you need to capture more information per task (or card).
Managing multiple tasks across workstream/time frames, for example, sprints.
I like using Trello as it allows team collaboration. It makes working as a team easier as you can even assign cards. Trello allows you to create, move, and rearrange tasks (cards) across different lists and boards effortlessly.
What I don't like about it is that you can easily move the cards even by mistake. I think it'll be better if there's a double click option to reconfirm if you really want to move card.
As part of the team, project management, task organization, and team collaboration are main issues and with Trello, our team can work at ease. It can also be easily integrated with other tools like Google Drive, Dropbox and Slack. It is helpful especially for us who works virtually for companies overseas.
Trello is a simple program and app, but at the same moment it very useful to organize my work and teams' works too.
Nothing! It is a program I really like, I don't know what could be improved!
More organization, managing complex projects became easy
Trello is best management and KPI tool. I am using trello for 5 years to add KPIs and Weekly progess in the trello board. Trello is with simple UI. It is so easy to understand and use. We can record progress of each team member and work with team easily.
There is nothing I can say about trello which I do not like. I love trello and it's easy to use and UI is so simple. I am using it for 5 years and not faced any major issue in the product.
Trello is so beneficial for my team as we are using trello for KPIs and We also discuss those KPIs in the meeting which is very helpful to see progress and also we are managing one checklist for every user to show the progress. Also, I like the way trello sends email if anyone change or add new card when user selected card notification as "watching" so I can be well informed for my whole team progress. We are also adds labels on card with color so that we can see and understand them by looking cards.
this is a very important tool that i use for my day to day activities when it comes to managing my project it helps me manage the project growth creating multiple teams assigning and monitoring tasks it make things easier.
trello is an interesting tool but i have been working with it for few years so iam comfortable usning but my team leaders who are new uesers finds it difficult to start with.
this is a very important tool that i use for my day to day activities when it comes to managing my project it helps me manage the project growth creating multiple teams assigning and monitoring tasks it make things easier.
What I like about Trello is that it lets me see the tasks, and who it is assigned to in just one look. It is very straightforward and easy to use. It makes the work easier.
Trello is a great platform but I think it lacks advanced project management features such us being able to track time, and the ability to show charts and it lacks built in reporting tools.
Trello helps me in organazing my work or tasks. It lets me manage not just my work but also my team's projects and tasks. It also promotes collaborarion within the team.
Trello is most helpful in segregating data in the most organized way. You can separate windows of links, forms, guides etc., that everyone with access can easily access
So far, I love everything about Trello. It helps me become organized and be on track with what I must do while studying to upskill in bookkeeping. I was able to save time.
Trello has been an excellent option for managing my tasks and studies. The application is free and can do many things, such as setting reminders and organizing tasks.
