As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

The colours are nice I suppose. I like blue.
I tried but was never was able to figure out what Trello was trying to do, or who would want to organise a project with it.
I am part of a project being run by a national NGO. They are using Trello to keep our advisory board updated on progress. To me it's a hot mess of confusing, non-interactive, post-it notes and I've never understood its utility. Also, the categories below do not fit - I work at a university, and use Trello as an advisor to a large NGO. None of the categories fit.
Honestly, I didn't like anything about it. It wasn't very intuitive to use and ended up stop using it within a few months. Perhaps the point of making things simple, you overdid it. The interface was just horrid.
It was a confusing interface. It was hard to locate items that I had saved/shared. You'd make a list, share it and you couldn't clearly see what you were searching for.
Sharing - colabs with fellow co-workers, can be used on the web mainly. I"m sure it's an app too but hated the desktop version so I never bothered with the app. No benefits, only utter frustrations.
I like the easy to view site. In regards to the actual webpage, it’s clean and seems simple enough.
I have had continual issues with failed downloads. The have a messenger feature to chat for help but it typically takes a while for a response and the responses have never solved my issue or been that helpful.

It is incredibly helpful to be able to visualize my goals, and see my coworkers goals as well, it really helps keep us all on track and in touch with eachother.
I dislike that I don't understand it enough to use it to it's fullest potential. Obviously this is my fault, and I really need to get trained on it better.
Disorganization and forgetting tasks. I am now able to enter in my tasks, create checklists and in this way make sure important things are not falling through the cracks.
Trello allows me to see what others are working on and let others know what i'm working on. The push/pull dynamic suits my needs.
There's no chat function. I have to use slack on top of this.
The platform is great when I am working with a team with lots of moving pieces.
I like that tiu can customize the dashboards and organize them however youd like.
It doesn’t send you notifications when someone on your team finishes their task so you can start yours, etc. or at least i couldnt figure out how to set up email notifications.
We were trying to streamline our marketing processes- sknce the company is growing we want everyone in the dept. to be on the same oage and working efficiently.
Trello is project management tools - good to get an overview of your projects & the stages they are in
Bad user interface - it looks ugly and the user interface should be improved
project management.
Assessed use of Trello for internal communications with a project team, but ultimately we decided not to adopt.
With any product or project tool, the key for me is whether or not it integrates seamlessly into the workflow of all people who need to be involved. Trello didn't do that for us, which is why we opted to go in a different direction.
Trello has a useful set of features and functionality, but for our team it was much more convenient to use a combination of Slack and Google Docs.
Nothing. I do not like using it. Ugly, not well-organised
just about everything: aesthetics, usability too limited no real chat function not by projects - cards aren't projects- usually parts of projects so it's all a mish mash
I interface with my VA - she uses this or I would never choose Trello.
This is not applicable as i did not have the security that was required by any working individual or company.
Trello does not have a privacy and security policy for its users. I use trello for more than a year. I had a board that i closed so that i can figure out some issues that was at hand. Regardless, it allowed members from my board to access the board and take down all of my information. Privacy of the work information on tello is a hoax. They let other people access the board where you are an admin even though it was closed by the admin. Please be careful while using the trello for organisation purposes as it is 0% secure.

It's nice to have all of your unique project responsibilities laid out visually on a "card."
Multiple team member comments become overwhelming.
It has done a decent job of helping our distributed team keep track of our individual roles.
