As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

How seamlessly you can transition from one project to another
I dislike how you have to manually prioritize tasks by adding dates and perhaps color-coordination and sorting.
We are managing tasks and projects with various stakeholders. I've benefited from staying on top of functions of which I typically don't keep track. I also benefit by being more agile when it comes to communication.
Trello is very easy to work. Since the first time that I met Trello, it was very easy to operate. I share with my team and everybody star to use. Nowadays, I operate Trello with my wife to organize everything at home. The best thing is to make an appointment with our deliveres. It makes my work more organized.
We don´t have a lot of control as Jira has when we talk about deliveres. Jira can control the team more. It gives more logs.
I can apply the Agile method and Scrum. I create 4 columns like to do, doing, block and done. So I can choose who is going to be the owner of this job and monitoring step by step until the end.
Kanban board is really helpful to make the team task easy and the user interface is kept on upgrading which is really user-friendly. Also, Single Signon features with work account also help ease sign-in and security. No more need to worry about the password. Also added project Management features helps to stay organize and do the work within strict deadlines. Few of the tools like Map view viewing the checklist are really useful and Support provided in Gold plan is also makes the task easy while managing the products.
It's hard or tiring to generate a progress report as there is no inbuilt tool to develop one and pricing is a bit high for small companies to start with If more project management included then it would be helpful to manage the work and scheduling.
Most of the project management features like scheduling assigning splitting work between the team members collaborate with the team are helpful in solving with Trello. Creating Dashboard and calendar view for the project pipeline and road map is pretty efficient to work with.
I like how it organizes upcoming tasks by day and by hour
I don't particularly appreciate how we could not check off the things that we finished or tasks we already completed
I did not have any issues
The checklists are such a helpful tool!!
The notification system could be better; I usually get the notifications a few days later from when they were actually posted.
We organize to-do lists, login information and use the calendar, all provided by Trello. We also have different boards for each department and each show we do.
Trello is the Lego of web tools. it a project management tool, its document storage tool, its a todo list, a sales pipeline. Whatever industry you're in or in our private life its indespensible. The best part is you can start for free. For personal use or small businesses the free platoform is all you really need. By the time you need to save time an effort by using integrations its well worth paying for use.
My only dislike is that there is no way to format the text inside a description. It is just straight text. No changing fonts, no bullet points and esspecially no columns. I can't unerstand why even a basic table cant be added to a card. you can link to a google sheet but that means opening a different doc when sometimes a basic 4x4 table is all we need.
We use trello primarily for project management, but with Crmble add-on it makes for a reasonalbe sales pipeline and basic CRM. good enough to record the contact info our production staff require anyway. Also makes great to do an checklists, particluarly if you have templated items you need to repeat.
I liked the easiness in making tasks look organized.
For me, there are no aspects to dislike.
We solved the problems of the team tasks management: every member knew what tasks had to complete, in what project, at what time.
UI and the interactive way to make progress tracking of daily activities.
Limited features like there could be progress bar for each task and maybe some graphs to see the overall work done.
Using for daily activity tracking within team. There is more visibility and also can be accessed via mobile making it easy to update anytime.
I enjoy how simple it is to manage a workflow, including creating different stages, setting deadlines, making comments, and tagging specific people. This tool drastically improved the process I manage in my role.
Sometimes it cannot handle high-quality images, and I use it for our graphic design creation process, so there are some times when our designer has to send graphics via email because she can't upload it to Trello.
Trello has sped up our graphic design process drastically. Instead of waiting on emails or in-person check-in's, I can work with our designer to rapidly create designs. Trello allows me to prioritize designs, visualize her workload, see where we are in the process of each design, and provides a great feedback loop. It has made my life as a manager much easier, and I enjoy the notification process so I know to go back and check Trello for updates if I don't check it on my own. You can set the notification settings to your own preferences as well which I like.
I love all the integrations they offer such as slack and google drive.
There is nothing that I do not like at this time.
I do all my SOP on Trello as well as manage VA's.
I love all the integrations available. Not only that, but the functionality, visibility and capabilities it provides are really great, especially in a remote working environment.
The free version is slightly limited, but that's to be expected.
Working remotely, our team is able to have full visibility of all ongoing tasks and projects, with seamless communication.
Trello is super simple to use - ultra-intuitive Trello allows great cross-team collaboration Trello product fosters processes within teams Trello is super flexible and customize-able
Some features are only available in a paid version, but I guess that's part of their business model. The paid plan could be more affordable in that sense.
I used Trello for Project Management. It is excellent to allow everyone to understand where you stand in a given project, what all the details are, what/who's next, etc
Trello is my favorite online kanban tool. It helps me to stay organized, and collaborate with my colleagues. The powerups and add ons are super helpful.
There is actually nothing that I dislike about Trello. Sorry...
Project Management, Staying organized, focused and on time.
Trello is very user friendly, very easy to add the members to the task, moving the tasks by just drag and drop is also quite helpful. We get Notifications when someone posts and UI for search is very powerful. Even it's android app is available, that keeps me updated through the notifications
Sometimes having too much cards becomes stressful, there should be keyboard shortcuts available to make the things more easier. Also the limited size of uploads is one thing I don't like
Being a software developer I need to communicate to my team frequently over the tasks and post and solve the queries, trello makes it very easy without having a need for a call
Possibility to set reminders for each task
Nothing really, there's nothing I can complain about
Efficient time and work management
I love everything about the trello application/software. User-friendly and very sleek aesthetically pleasing.
I do not dislike anything as it is very user-friendly and fun to use.
It helps me track tasks and the progress of my projects and keeps everyone updated on my progress.
Trello is by far the easiest project management tool to use because it's really simple and it doesn't require a learning curve. Trello is really great for capturing ideas and turning them into todo list or tasks It's great for allowing anyone to collaborate on and get things done Trello is allowing anyone to be more productive by helping and sharing important tasks Trello increased my productivity and helped me stay on track, which is priceless
The keyboard shortcuts need a lot of work - could be used more efficiently to do more advanced stuff There is no bulk editing features in the app
Making to-do list saving links for future reference communicating with my team keeping up with different boards and tasks Planing future tasks
We can track project progress and assign the task, easy navigation , user-friendly UI,As this is an open-source tool easy to install and use
didn't come across of any disadvantage, very good tool indeed
We track our ongoing project, scrum master can keep track of the project related things
ease of using, from Project manager to each user
notification alerts needs to be edited, not intuitive, major changes only
visibility of workload and timeline for each project
