As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

Easy to create trello boards, and assigining task and for followup. Very nice interface and graphical view.
Its bit time lengthy when there are many cards created and thus it makes tracking bit tidious.
Its simple to use and easy to take up small projects.
Easy to move cards and edit tasks, great for task management and keeping track of daily things
User interface is not the most customisable
Project management and task management. Being able to change tasks with active reminders.
Very easy to get started. Nice mobile app. The very intuitive and user-friendly interface is thus an excellent product for beginners in the agile world or those who are looking for something to organize activities in their personal lives.
Limitations on setting up templates for boards.
Project management.Task assignment.
Best communication software around. Our organization at the time used this as an ats.
For what we were using it as, an ats, couldn't track by candidate
Our team was able to collaborate effectively regarding candidates and hiring manager decisions.
It has a very simple and easy-to-learn UI and tools that any new user can learn to manage tasks in it. And It shows every event about the task cards so you can admin can see the details about the task and its time.
There are no such things except one that you can not restrict users from moving cards of their tasks from one state to another so that anyone can move a task card. This can create an issue over the team, but that happens very rarely
As a developer working in a team, I can manage my tasks and Plan my weekly work schedule accordingly. Also, as a team lead, I can set the milestones and deadlines for the project by assigning my team the tasks and setting the deadline for the team user can also ask the query by uploading media in the comment section, so that is also a tool we use very often.
Trello looks like an easy kanban board, but with multiple features and is easy to use. It has various theme options, member management, to-dos, checklists and many features that you can only find in the most expensive project management tools.
As a free tool, Trello has its limitations, I needed to use it for multiple projects, and it had some limitations, such as not being able to use Calendars, a limited number of boards, and automation isn't possible.
I can manage my projects inside of Trello, which I've used for several years, and It helped me achieve my goals. I can say that Trello is the easiest way to start a new project and track progress with excellence.
Organization - lI just have to add all my tasks andTrello sorts them by their due date. I can add different lists (columns) and quickly move the cards to where I want them. This helps me track my progress for every assignment. Reminders - With every card I add to my list, I can set a deadline and Trello will automatically show yellow/red colors once they are due soon. I also get notified through my phone and laptop Collaboration - Since I can invite others to join my board, I can easily assign tasks to my teammates, leave comments, and tag them. Convenience - Trello allows us to add attachments, labels, lists, descriptions, etc to every card. This prevents me from being stressed because navigating all the documents related to a task is now easier!
Not really a downside but a recommendation to Trello. I would love it if I could integrate Trello to my Google Calendar so I could see everything - events, homeworks, things to do, etc, in 1 app. Although this is not a big deal!
Being organized. I'm a full time student taking 7 courses, working part time, and active in 2 clubs in my school. Even though traditional pen & paper planning helps me a lot, I still prefer to see everything in my Trello board because I can anticipate the next deliverables I have to work on.
This gets rid of the pain points and disconnects between the CS and Eng team in our org. Keeps us organized and helps us better server out customers! Keep up the good work!
Honestly, just wish we would have adopted this sooner!
Organization and internal communication as to what is being worked on, This is a system that just keeps all separate functions of our team more organized and impactful.
Super user friendly Organization of all my projects. Ability to have all my team on board! Love to interact with all and getting feedback, Search information on Trello
Limited storage on a free version. above all i am quite satisfied!
Organization Team productivity
The fluidity of the system and the concept of "cards" and "boards"
The interface could improve a little, some improvements
Communication in the company and assignment of tasks
The Trello board is a very good tool for tracking each task's progress. It allows you to customize the board to mimic your organization's development pipeline and effectively prioritize individual tasks.
There is not much to dislike about Trello. Trello is a very good tool since I am able to integrate it with other platforms such as Slack to effectively monitor the team's performance.
Trello helped me in staying on-track with my team's priorities, backlogs, and future tasks.
I like the ability to display individual cards, adding uploads and images to them, while also being able to switch this into a roadmap view, which makes it amazing to get both detail and overviews.
The billing system could be simpler. I've also attempted to speak to a sales rep about an agency-wide solution and found them very unhelpful, especially as I was looking to get around 200 licenses, which I would have thought they'd have wanted.
Trello helps me manage a complex account with many different people and workstreams. It makes us much more productive and helps us to work out the daily, weekly and quarterly goals and work towards them all.
Easy to track ,assign and manage task. There alot of third party software that intergrates well with Trello like MailChimp and GitHub. Notifications are sent when changes are made to lists, cards or boards.
It's a trustworthy product to manage all your projects . Very affordable and easy to use. . No dislike.
Trello enables us to track, assign and manage tasks very well. It's very straightforward and easy to learn. Affordable to any company size and technical support is very helpful.
This tool is very easy to use and configure to track simple projects that involve a few people. I like the consistency between the web version and the mobile app.
Trello is best for simple projects. It is complicated to add and track task dependency, limiting its use for complex projects. However, I am happy with the way it works as it is so easy to use.
So far I used it mainly for home improvement and similar projects. It helped me coordinate the work with others and keep all the project information in one place.
It has many good features but i personally like trello card feature so we can track the task status. And we can also drag and drop the cards to different pipelines for proper tracking.
they don't have chat feature so far we could collaborate with our team to discuss the matters in real time: so this feature should be added to connect with team members easily.
Its managing our all client projects by tracking each task and organizing the things accordingly. The good thing is we can create separate board for each client.
Setting up boards is simple and you can have as many as you want. Boards can be easily be shared among teams allowing them to organize projects. It's aslo easy to customize cards on each board . Trello has a great UI that is easy to navigate.
Only thing is the price . It's a little bit higher.
Trello has helped our teams to collaborate on different projects. It's easy to customize the application to fit in to our different projects needs. Customer support team has been available in each step of the way.
It helps me to see the progress of our tasks, especially when working with other departments.
I hope there can be more flexibility when tagging the project.
Content Management
Simple to use and even we don't need any training. We can understand the process and easily use the software. I have used both the web and app and both are good
Nothing much, but there should be a reminder notification. Sometimes we forget after seeing the message, so the option should be there for notification reminder until we marked as complete.
Mainly we used Trello for project management and task distribution. We have created many cards for each project and given access to the team members. After using Trello our project management was easy. Most of the time we don't need to give training to employees for Trello, by seeing they understand the workflow of Trello.
Trello offers a great way to manage complex and simple projects. Very great interms of collaboration among teams. Great reports that show us each status of the projects and aslo Trello is very affordable.
Can't think of any dislike so far. Trell does the job extremely well.
Trello helps alot when it comes to team collaboration in projects. Many templates to work with and can be easily be customized. Very affordable tool and aslo customer support is outstanding.
