I can say enough positive things about Monday.com. Task management ✔, forms ✔, daily dashboard ✔, team management and workload ✔. If you can imagine it you can probably do it with Monday.com
I can't say there's anything I dislike.... I'd love to be able to delete subitems.
Keeping the entire team together - Across time zones, across departments, across so many tasks buckets (emails, social media, forms, sponsorship fulfillment). Our team wouldn't be as productive without it.
I love that you can have many different boards depending on whichever task /process needs to be organized. I also really like the versatility of the actions for each task to make sure nothing gets missed.
I don't love the fact that sometimes auto-actions (i.e. moving a task to a different board when marked "done") don't happen automatically. There are times when I will mark an action as "done" and it does not automatically organize the task and put it in the "done" group. Most times it works well, but there are times where it lags.
Monday.com solves the question of "Who is doing what?". Everyone knows their role and who to assign certain tasks to if needed. It limits two people working on a task at the same time which makes our team more efficient.
I use monday.com to organize my social media content ideas. It is a great way to assign projects to other coworkers. It organizes items that are done and what needs to be done. It keeps me to a consistent schedule and allows me to keep all my projects in one place.
I wish there were more colors to choose from when creating boards, because I'm running out.

I really like the modern look of Monday.com for an external user and also for myself as the admin. It's easy to add collaborators on various boards, share my project plans, etc. It's complex enough to make automations easy so that I can insert the deliverables or contacts in an organizaed format, but also simple user-experience so that I can navigate its features to get my ROI.
The placement of workspaces versus boards can be confusing when you first begin using Monday.com. So for some there could be a slight learning curve to get comfortable with using some of the functions and features.
When I came to Monday.com it was because I needed a collaborative project management tool. It has delivered on that and even helped with task management of client calls and follow ups.
I really appreciate the categorization of tasks. I'm able to break down each project into tickets and keep track of my progress. Monday.com also gives me a birdseye view into all my acheivements for each quarter so I'm always able to keep track of my performance.
Sometimes I get overwhelmed by all the notifications but I completely understand that its necessary and I can always edit the settings to get less of them.
Monday.com allows me stay organized. Working in an agency with different clients, its sometimes easy for things to slip between the cracks. But with Monday.com, I'm able to stay on top of things and increase my efficiency.
You can access it easily and no hard time finding what you need.
Nothing to dislike, all of the Application's features are easy to use.
