Shopify is the best ecommerce platform I have ever used, it is very easy to setup without any techenical knowledge. Provides drag and drop builder and has many themes to choose from. Customer support is also very active on emails. We use Shopify for our daily sales and inventory management.
Per order transaction fees is a bit high in shopify, many important plugins are also very expensive.
