I love the organization in Close! It's easy to create new smart views for different lead catagories.
I wish we were able to call/text international leads!
Texts, emails and calls can all be tracked in one place!
Close is easy to use and tracks everything in detail. It also can create leads seamlessly
Close is amazing, but I'd love love it to have a sales agent assistant in the future
Helping our team stay on track and follow up with leads
I use Close mostly to keep track of sales leads/calls and the status of their movements. Perfect for the small company I work for (<10 employees).
The only thing I would change about Close is that I wish it had an integration with Quickbooks desktop.
It helps me track previously sent emails without having to search through google mail. I also like that I can see my coworkers emails with customers as well so I can see what has previously been sent, discussed, asked for, etc.
So simple to use and the workflows are a huge timesaver. User interface is by far the best I've ever used.
I personally would like to add documents or images to client profiles, but there are work arounds with adding links.
Keeping track of tons of leads, recoding calls for review and creating tasks for follow up.
Easy to use, user-friendly and has everything you need to keep track of clients.
Nothing really, we wanted to use it for "Call-center" jobs as well, but then we decided not to. Do not know the reason.
CRM: Everybody in our team knows the previous notes and calls about the client, so if a problem appears, we are more prepared and can do more professional service.
Custom activities make integrations and triggering processes very dynamic. Very easy to use, easy implementation. Customer support is very helpful. This has now become our most frequently used software.
Reporting features aren't great. Custom activities being limited in count so much without upgrading.
Close helped us put many different softwares into one simple use. Specifically in outbound marketing uses.
Everything is visible in one easy view. Support teams are very responsive.
Can be time consuming and a bit difficult to add new companies, the need of coding etc.
visibility into responses in one easy view and reporting
Most helpful is mobile abilities. Having access to leads through both desktop and mobile makes it easy to stay on top of follow ups and contacts.
Not many downsides. Software is quite great.
Call recordings are highly beneficial as well as AI generated notes.
Close has automated all the parts of my marketing that I found absolutely tediuos, and makes it easy to roll down my list and answer the questions my clients are asking.
Counting my interactions could be better. I have to track how many people answer me, and how many I reach out to manually because the software kind of lumps all of those interactions together.
I have a 3 call close for my company. The first step is to reach out to the clients that fill out my form. I used to have to do this manually, typing out each phone number and then texting the same thing over and over. Now, I send a chasing workflow out for all my new leads at once, and then just have to answer the folks that reply. Also the same workflow follows up with every lead until they answer, which is fantastic.
I love Close because it's the best for anyone in sales! CRM's can be very tricky and when closing deals, sales reps look at it as last in order of importance. Close does a phenomenal job of making it easy to use and operate it's CRM which in turn will help sales associates more effective.
It's missing a WhatsApp integration but apart from that it's solid/.
Having an easy to use CRM.
