I really like how organized Close keeps me, and I like the fact that my Gmail is synced with Close because it makes it easy to respond to all emails asap without checking my inbox twice. I wouldn't have such a straightforward workflow without it!
The smart views can be confusing at first, but once I figured out the filters and the way I wanted to organize the data to save it as a view, I was all set.
I am responding to clients, and I'm tracking their contract start/end dates and additional details that pertain to them. I am definitely benefitting from the fact that there are plenty of ways to add data to their specific Close profile, so I get an overview of them and all of our communications in one place.
- Very easy to understand right from the start. I find a lot of CRMs confusing to start but Close was super easy. - Zapier integration is really thought through which makes automations really easy. - Support is excellent. Whenever I had questions about integration with Zapier or other features, I got quick replies from what it felt like was the Dev team. - Their whisper/barge/listen feature is really helpful to onboard sales reps.
Nothing at this point. It does everything I need it to do.
It helps us keep organized about incoming Leads, qualifying them, and following up with them once they are customers.
Close has been v helpful to organise team, track everyone's inbox to make sure no email goes unanswered and have introduced various new capabilities of great help!
Some things cannot be adapted in full for our needs and are not on the horizon. also it's very hard to connect external tools to close like calendars etc.

Everything is so well organised, and opportunities are easy to move. The tags are a life saver and smart lists have never been so helpful. I closed the most number of deals I ever have thanks to Close.

Functionality and customization are essential for our business, and Close is uber functional and highly customizable.
We haven't found any issues with Close, and at this point, feel there are no downsides.

Email editor is not the best. Cannot send a bulk email without creating a template first.

Volume of sales activity increased so much. Campaigns are easy to run and we've been able to be really targeted with our messaging because it's so easy to use filters to create lists. The email tracking feature is fabulous.
Close lets multiple reps or agents team up strongly on qualifying and converting leads.
I am not sure there are Macros like Zendesk. There seems to be a lot of manual copy-pasting, or worse, having to come up with new words for the same messages, over and over, and over agiain!
We are segmenting populations of providers using 5 or 6 custom fields as directed by the business. Future calls are much more focused and more likely to convert since all agents can see all actions on a lead.
close is very helpful especially in creating and call the customer all the formation of the customer is already there when you click it

in close we usually put all the customers information and by then we call the customer and send email using close
I have used many different sales software systems, and close is by far the best. It is the easiest to use and offers the most advanced functionality. It saves myself and the team a lot of time.

Lack of customizations you are not able to enhance the software or specific fields. You are limited, so If you have a database you are looking for this is not the software to use. There are other options. However, if you want purely a sales tool. This is the software for you.

I would like to have a negative search feature. Also the ability to create to notify the user when a sequence is over with no response.

We use it as our CRM Sales tool, so it is the pillar of our sales strategy. It gives us flexibility, and we don't have to think too much about how to use the tool. We just plug it and focus on what matters: SALES (not TOOLS)

This is easily the best CRM out there. It is the most intuitive product I have ever worked with. You can organize leads in any way shape and form and customize it for your view. Its so much better than Salesforce.
Theres nothing I really dislike but they make you fill out this field. The only thing is the ability to scroll through leads but they are working on that as a feature request so that would be it.

Close has so many versatile tools. I love how I can create custom fields and custom activities. It's super helpful for making sure we're optimizing Close to best serve our team. Everything can be pretty much customized.
If there are a lot of people cc'ed on an email thread, I get the same notification in my inbox multiple times.
It is our primary CRM. Super easy to keep track of prospects and customers amongst the whole company.
I have been working with close for 10 years in various companies and am still very satisfied. Especially the fact that it is an all in one software + the 1000 possibilities with the custom fields I find perfect.
