Having an autodialer to make my new lead sales calls has been a great feature to use and to be able to switch between my numbers based off where I'm calling from has been a real help for me.
Sometimes when I filter for leads, it doesn't always save unless I make it a tab inside of Close. Other than that, the product is really well-built in my opinion.

I like that I can have multiple phone numbers the best. I think the ease of email templating and sequencing are probably the best features available here. I would only recommend being able to create separate areas for separate leads.
I have old leads that aren't in the customer base that I am now targeting. It seems that these leads really get in the way and I would love to be able to kind of block leads by area even in the leads tab without having to custom filter it.
Close helps me ease the process of sales flow. Once you click into a lead you have all the details of every interaction. This is extremely helpful in my work nowadays.
What is most helpful is being able to create smart views. The upsides are being able to find targeted leads efficiently.
What I dislike from close is how the mobile app isn't user friendly.

Very straight forward. Very easy to get used to within hours of rolling it out to the team who is going to use it. Easy to write notes, get contact info into each role and streamline the process.
I don't think there is really anything that is not helpful with Close. Everything that we use it for at Smartfinancial it works extremely well when it comes to the way that we prospect clients.
It allows us to run drip campaigns, being able to hit multiple touch points when it comes to contacting clients, and keeps everything organized when it comes time to follow up and close on the clients we work with.
It keeps things very well organized, and I appreciate being able to reach out to the client directly from the app.
Some of it is a bit "clunky." but once you start to understand where everything is, it's pretty much smooth sailing.

The program is approachable and adaptable. I am new to the world of CRM systems and have found start-up quick and easy. If you were to encounter a roadblock, customer service is prompt and able to resolve issues with a few emails.
My free trial recently expired. I was dismayed to find that not all of the costs associated with operating Close were disclosed upfront.

Its sometimes difficult to sort out how to achieve some things, and although the customer support team is responsive (and fast), I never had a way to book a training session with them.
It allows us to have a clear view of the history of our communication with leads, besides allowing us to clearly qualify them and manage our Pipeline to appropriately forecast.
UI is great. Everything is on one page instead of opening multiple pages (like Salesforce). Templates is another great feature, saves lot of time and effort.
The HTML usage in templates is not easy to decipher. Not for the layman. Especially, when you need to remove those extra spaces between paragraphs. Please make it simple.
Helping write similar emails or follow-up emails to clients using templates/sequences. Sequences are very intuitive. Tasks is another great feature that acts like a reminder. Also, your support team is quite prompt.
I like the power dialer and predictive dialing feature most.
I haven't found many downsides, it seems very easy to use.
Close has provided efficiency, reduced the amount of platforms we use to complete the job and makes dialing faster and easier.
