I've used a few different CRM's before and Close's platform simply dominates in terms of performance than the rest. The calls are smooth and and high quality. Smart views make it easier for the team to communicate with prospects.
Pricing is higher than most but a good trade off for functionality. There are some downtimes and audio errors at times creating some bumps with the experience, however they are typically fixed quite fast by the team.
seamless communication with propspets and smooth funtionality to contact multiple people. The dailer in close is simply the best for doing outbound dialing at a massive level.
Very easy to use and our team has found it super great to use.
So far we have not found anything that has caused us to want to change.
It has really helped us solve our lead tracking most of all
Easy to manage leads, tasks, follow ups, calls, texts
Nothing, it's all very friendly and easy to use
Manage large amount of leads, follow u[s
Even though I´m not in the US...makes everything easier to connect and have chats/calls with customers from USA and Canada.
In my experience..I was not on my computer all the time so when ppl called me, I didn´t get notification from the app, my phone did not ring for these calls.
The only problem was not getting the calls through the app...other than that it benefited me and other teammates like myself tremendously.
Inbox id the best part of close. I can have all the notifications at one place.
I don't like that you don't have notifications for cellphone or laptop. That would help a lot
I don't live in US and Close helps a lot because I have a phone number

Most all encompassing CRM I've ever used with the least amount of headache. Competition was too bulky, the UI in Close is slick and sleek. I like it.
I can't put my finger on it. There are some features that just aren't working for me.
I have no CRM outside of close. Need to store contacts in 1 place.
Lead management is a breeze. The ability to sort out most relevant ones instantly and mail them right away is very useful.
I haven't really faced such a downside to explicitly mention it. It can gamify things a bit may be.
We sell to corporations, specifically CXOs and HRs. Close has helped lead handling, followups with sequences, prioritising tasks and notes very easy.
Everything can be handled and tracked all through one CRM.
Can be expensive depending on the size of your team
The biggest problem is having to pay for different softwares and integrate them all together. Close is an all-in-one solution.
How easy it is to use and seamlessly go through
It is a bit slow sometime when opening but that is the only problem
it is solving the customer to client connection
Agility. Customization ability. Integrations Migration from other CRMs using simple clicks
Could have AI generated insights on leads and opportunites
Very easy to setup and get started with. VoIP call integration and Tracking simplifies life of sales people Free Mobile App
I love that Close is very simple and organized. It has all the integrations that I need and also has a mobile app that I can call leads directly from. Highly Reccomended!
Not much I dislike about close. It has everything I need.
Calling my leads and sending SMS.
Leads well organized and have a lot of options to put information
in fact it is a little bit slow in calling
connect with the lead in real time
Speed of the system and the dialer. The contact record automatically opens when a call comes in.
Not being able to arrow through a contact list
An integrated all in one solution with no multi-system chaos
Being able to make our own template and how fast and easy it is to communicate between multiple clients throughtout the day.
There are not any really downsides of close.
Being orginized and receiving emails in a profesional setting.
I like how simple and clean the interface is. I am easily able to identify what tasks I have to acomplish today and reach out to my prospects. With their filters I can find which prospects I have not spoke with in awhile and focus my efforts.
I dont like how i have to go to my sequenced tasks. The active sequences take a few steps to click on. Sequenced tasks should all flow into one inbox with my other one off tasks.
Close is our all around CRM tool. We use to to track prospect and customer outreach, track our deals and organize our calls. Close is easy to get up and running and requires very little configuration.
The sequences are very good to followup in bulk messages
A calendar on the app would be ideal to have an overview of team tasks
A great overview of all the client projects and tying emails to specific entrants.
I have to say I tryed so many CRM's and been Hubspot and zoho Crm i will choose Close :) Is the best crm for startups. Really easy to use and my sales process has never been so frictionless
On the startup program I wold like to see them give more templates as that is really good for experimenting with different strategies, 10 are not enough. So please take that in consideration
Organising my hole team behind a product like close is the best thing that happend to my startup. The other crms are to complex for most people. My team loves it and It is a good value for money
Everything is all together in an easily integrated and accessible manner. The built in dial/text/email system is quick, fast and has user friendly template usage for on the fly communications.
Not anything I can think of, I am used to a delegate phone software but I receive a text notification when someone reaches out to me, then I have to go into close fo respond, but then everything is attached to your prospects profile, nice and clean.
Some integrations have small hiccups like Zapier with fluctuate for an hour while they update, but then it's right back on track, nothing crazy or chaotic. No lags, freezes, or complete shutdowns either.
