The Close support has been an extreme pleasure compared to other CRMs we've attempted to incorporate into our business. In particular, Guilherme has responded in very clear, concise messages and videos. During a couple of those videos (Loom), he's provided a couple of "hack's" so to speak to eliminate future potential issues. I've implemented a very large, well-known (SF) CRM in my professional career and Close is the best, intuitive-oriented system by far. At the end of the day, it's all about education, implementation and measurement of results. Close gets you to and across the finish line!
At this point, Close has met and or exceeded my expectations. Only mention would be to have a complete package for telephony and call recording....to eliminate 3rd party reliance.
Had an initial issue with importing data from a legacy database. The problem was created by me as a result of creating new custom fields.
On top of a very detailed and complete platform, the support team is right there for you at any moment, replying directly with dedicated educational videos, just gone out of the oven for you.
It may seems complex on a first glance, but hey the first time you sit in a cockpit, you may have a moment of confusion.

Being able to create lists with any sort of filter and call them is an awesome feature. Saves me time, and I`m able to customize what kind of lead I can reach out.
At the same time that all sorts of filters help to customize, I get lost sometimes with the quantity of them, even though they are categorized. It would be great having some improvements on that
Close helps to centralize my leads and reach out to them using many channels (SMS, Email, call). It saves me time and I can be more productive in prospecting for clients.
I like the Smart Views in Close and my inbox feature, and I like the seamlessness of tracking email correspondence. I feel much better knowing I have everything in one place, and that I can easily share information with my team. My customer service experience has also been great.
I do not like how Close pulls in my scheduled send emails before they send. So if I make a change to the email I'm scheduling, it records all versions in Close. I also think the filters take some time to get used to, and I'm not always sure I'm filtering properly.
With a remote team, we're using Close as a way to organize investor resources and sales resources. It's enabled us to all stay on the same page as we begin to scale our business.

Close lets me manage my contacts seamlessly by integraging with other lead generation platforms. It synchronizes with my Calendar, picks up contact history with prospects to show records. It lets me manage the tasks easily.
Manually created leads get missed sometimes when I crrate them from email. Often call feature does not work.
This is letting me manage my prospects, select lists of prospects to launch specific campaigns with them.
My favorite part about close is the ability to filter down whatever lead I'm looking for within certain perameters. You can get incredibly specific. Then being able to dial the leads based on who was last contacted in great.
There's not really anything I dislike about the program, the only feature that could be added is more prominent reminders when I have a scheduled task coming up
The biggest thing close helps me do is efficiently handle tasks and goes with me at whatever speed I'm working that day. Being able to track every single metric that I complete throughout the day is very useful
The feature I like best about Close is the ability to communicate internally and to clients through all ways available and intergrating notes specifically attached to each contact.
I would prefer to be able to see the full address of clients instead of city and state as a map CID.
Congregating scheduled tasks in each client card is solving multiplatform and individual calanders needing to be shared or located. The benefit of filters and keywords is great too.
Close helps me to arrange my leads, I can view the leads as they are generated and also the contact history with them.
Crashes and bugs, as I keep close open, it crashes,then I need to restart the software.
It automatically syncs with zoom and reminds me when I have a meeting in less than 5 minutes.
It's really easy to see the lifetime journey of any lead in your pipeline, so that you can replicate and repeat big deals.
There isn't a lot of space for the "Smart View" option which I use 95% of the time. When you have a lot of categories it can get hard to see everything.
We're solving the problem of not knowing where leads are coming from, and not knowing their current status in the pipeline. Benefits include better ops.

I like the way that Close makes it easy to stay in contact with your customers. It's great how it integrates with your emails. It more user-friendly than its competitors.
There was nothing that I disliked. Everything worked the way that it should. I Don't have any ideas how it could be better. Sometimes I had trouble finding accounts.
I am not having any problems with Close. It is helping me maintain my customer data base in a more efficient and effective manner. My business performance has increased.

It keeps all our notes on the client in one place so that when you have multiple people working on a client account, they can see the history of conversations and who spoke with who. It's also helpful to be able to access call recordings easily.
Once in a while, I don't get emails pushed to my Gmail.
We have better communication with the clients and a more consistent message from all members of the team.
The best part about close is the analytics/reporting features. These allow me to see which emails/cadences are performing best and make adjustments depending on the data. I also like the fact that Close integrates with Jimminy, which seems to be uncommon amongst other software.
Templates should be a feature that you can select easily in the menu (where leads and email sequences are), rather than drafting an email to a contact to select templates.
Sent email reporting data highlighted that one of our team's emails were not connecting properly. This enabled us to make changes and increase email open and response rates.
Close is a powerhouse for the price point. The product continues to push out amazing features and its support team allows you to do some amazing things without hiring an external engineer department to build out powerful automation. I have used Salesforce, Copper, Solve and many other CRM's over 20 years in Sales and this is really the best value for money and can build on top of any stack. Support is unparallel. CSM's care and work with you to solve problems and improve efficiencies. Backed by some of the best customer services I have ever seen.
The only place to grow is automated task management like a sales enablement tool for tasks on the account, including LinkedIn touches, native Vidyard integration, and calls. Can be done through zapier and manual tasks but think that it would be a great enhancement for the future.

Close is very easy to use. Their filters to find prospects at certain stages are a game changer.
There is a slight learning curve but it won't take you more than a few hours to get familiar with the platform.
We can easily spot hidden businesses opportunities with close that we would have otherwise missed had we used another crm.
The Close interface is highly intuitive and simple to pick-up and use. Users can very quickly get a hang of how to use the app without having to go through an extensive training process. The process of adding in new leads and opportunities & editing it along the sales cycle is super easy.
Viewing the summary table of opportunities and adding in additional columns to the table is not available.
We are using Close to login and monitor all our sales leads and opportunities and track the progress on a daily basis. By using Close, we are able to accurately track and forecast our sales numbers and take corrective action in time.
