It would be nice if the dialer could make more than one call at a time. To be able to dial for example 10 times and have only the connects come in would be lit!

Smartviews in Close have entirely refreshed our pipeline system, increased user productivity, and more. The Power Dialer keeps us answering leads promptly, and overall it's feature-packed.
Some slight issues with sorting such as there not being any option to sort by specific discrete time periods, and after an hour all times are rounded everywhere.
Close primarily serves to lighten our outgoing dial weight-load while providing organization tools that blow GHL out of the water. We're still getting used to everything but are confident that we'll see increased productivity once integerated.

I like the ability close not only has the reminders to hold our current leads but also the ability we can easily make smart views to stay ontop of leads we have received for the year.
Not able to call leads from your app on your mobile device. Having the ability to work on the fly is really helpful, other then that the app is very helpful with desktop.
Helping us not just contact our leads directly but giving us the ability to organize our leads for new and previous ones that we need to keep in the funnel. Very helpful

Sometimes calls can be shown as errors however Close have a great CX team that solve issues immediately or near enough within the hour. I personally haven't had any major issues with close.

Occasionally there are stumbles with making calls and the app needs to be restarted. There are some challenges with custom activities not being fully integrated with Zapier.

Sometimes when using the app and the internet is not doing well, it's always got disconnected but other than that no particular issues with Close so far. Just need to refresh and it will be good.
Of course, dealing with customers is much easier now to help with since Close is very easy to use, and also tracking your calls is much more helpful as well, those calls from years ago are still intact and are much easier to go back and track if needed an investigation to solve a customer's problem.
It is by far the most approachable CRM I have ever used. The ability to keep everything organized, switch between a variety of phone numbers to cold call from, and create lists is second to none.
Not much, and even if there is a problem, their customer service team is available and eager to help you. The small problem you have is a big deal for them to solve.

The tabs of the app are not easy to access. Also, the font of the names are just too small. I want to point out that after I deactivated a user, their names would still stay in the list.
