"Great for automation calling."
What do you like best about Close?

The auto Dialer makes it easy to work on other outbound strategies while automatically making calls. This tool allows you to be more efficient. Less work, more calls!

What do you dislike about Close?

It would be nice if the dialer could make more than one call at a time. To be able to dial for example 10 times and have only the connects come in would be lit!

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Close is solving me having to manually dial.

No patch updates, it would be great to see in the future.

What do you like best about Close?

Smartviews in Close have entirely refreshed our pipeline system, increased user productivity, and more. The Power Dialer keeps us answering leads promptly, and overall it's feature-packed.

What do you dislike about Close?

Some slight issues with sorting such as there not being any option to sort by specific discrete time periods, and after an hour all times are rounded everywhere.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Close primarily serves to lighten our outgoing dial weight-load while providing organization tools that blow GHL out of the water. We're still getting used to everything but are confident that we'll see increased productivity once integerated.

What do you like best about Close?

I like the ability close not only has the reminders to hold our current leads but also the ability we can easily make smart views to stay ontop of leads we have received for the year.

What do you dislike about Close?

Not able to call leads from your app on your mobile device. Having the ability to work on the fly is really helpful, other then that the app is very helpful with desktop.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping us not just contact our leads directly but giving us the ability to organize our leads for new and previous ones that we need to keep in the funnel. Very helpful

user friendly, i have not encountered any error so far, easy to access, and will recommend this to my friends too, ill introduce them to this tool and how awesome it is

the new update was first kinda confusing, but all in all, 10 star for it. and i hope that if it updates in the future it will not be confusing so.

we can easily identify the user's name with it's information if you have saved it. very convenient tool and i also like how it was made like all options are easy to click

What do you like best about Close?

The simplicity of this CRM makes it easy to use and navigate. It helps me stay on track with current opportunities by using a more visual approach which suits my information preference. There is an uncapped amount of available options for you to utilise making it the most diverse CRM on themarket.

What do you dislike about Close?

Sometimes calls can be shown as errors however Close have a great CX team that solve issues immediately or near enough within the hour. I personally haven't had any major issues with close.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Close is helping businesses achieve more by offering a platform which not only is well structured, but highly mouldable to suit the business model for the most efficient "outreach". Close is benefiting my team by allowing task setting to be fluent, delegation to be made seamless and even precision with scheduled outreach.

What do you like best about Close?

It's helpful to have all of our customer notes in one place to make it easy to track information. Close has plenty of integrations that we use on a daily basis, including Zapier.

What do you dislike about Close?

Occasionally there are stumbles with making calls and the app needs to be restarted. There are some challenges with custom activities not being fully integrated with Zapier.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Close to have a CRM that combines all of our call tracking, as well as email tracking, in one place. Close makes it easy to gather lots of info and make use of it.

What do you like best about Close?

Easily be edited and can communicate to customers as well and easy to access. It's a friendly CRM and issues are fixed immediately so it's actually a nice experience using this.

What do you dislike about Close?

Sometimes when using the app and the internet is not doing well, it's always got disconnected but other than that no particular issues with Close so far. Just need to refresh and it will be good.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Of course, dealing with customers is much easier now to help with since Close is very easy to use, and also tracking your calls is much more helpful as well, those calls from years ago are still intact and are much easier to go back and track if needed an investigation to solve a customer's problem.

What do you like best about Close?

It is by far the most approachable CRM I have ever used. The ability to keep everything organized, switch between a variety of phone numbers to cold call from, and create lists is second to none.

What do you dislike about Close?

Not much, and even if there is a problem, their customer service team is available and eager to help you. The small problem you have is a big deal for them to solve.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

This CRM puts all my business and opportunities in the same spot. It allows my peers to access the information they need to follow up quickly. They also have spelling and grammatical features to ensure your messaging is always professional and concise.

What do you dislike about Close?

I wish there was a color coding system for notifications that need to be addressed urgently. I was it would also transcribe our calls for when we listen to the recordings.

Centralizing all of our communications with customers on one platform. The features it offers makes our team more efficient as well. Being able to shadow "live calls" is excellent for training as well.

What do you like best about Close?

What I like most about using the Close app is to help me check the recordings of my agent more accessible. This way, I can check my agents' calls, SMS and emails, which could help improve their performance. A must-use the app!

What do you dislike about Close?

The tabs of the app are not easy to access. Also, the font of the names are just too small. I want to point out that after I deactivated a user, their names would still stay in the list.

What do you like best about Close?

How quick it is. The shortcuts are really helpful so you can knock out a lot of emails, texts, and calls without using your mouse.

What do you dislike about Close?

Reporting could be better, almost tempted to port into Hubspot since they have great reporting and dashboards.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organizing contacts and playing nicely with other services like Zapier and Calendly makes it very easy to keep track of deals
