I love the smart-views, the practicality and the opportunities. Simplifies and helps organize work.I use it daily for work and it's the best platform I've ever used
I suggest that you have the option to create groups of smart views, to help the organization.But overall I don't have any negative criticisms, just the organization of smart views

I've used several platforms, but Close is different and is much better. It's a simple to use, intuitive platform with all the features we need on a daily basis. I really like that we were able to customize it to meet our needs.
There's nothing I don't like. A suggestion for improvement would be in relation to the lead cards, in the pipeline view, they could be customizable as well.
Organize candidate pipeline for company database
I love how easy it is to use Close and how quickly I can access a client's information. Plus, the whole team can use it so I can easily reference notes when colleagues have interacted with the client. This allows me to always feel up-to-date and give the client the best possible service.
There is nothing that I can think of that is problematic.
Close lets me set tasks for myself as well as coworkers so that we don't let important details slip through the cracks. I can also leave notes so that if another member of the team has an upcoming meeting with the client, I can give them information or make sure they bring up important topics.
Close makes it very easy to navigate and keep in touch with all my leads. The reminder functions are huge and really allow me to keep track of 100+ leads while also keeping my pipeline in great working order.
Three "downsides" to close. 1) There's no mobile app. With a mobile app communicating with leads would be a hell of a lot easier. Especially with text messaging. 2) There needs to be an automatic refresher. When text messages come in, unless the site is refreshed it takes a while to see it. 3) Allow iMessage integration.
Keeping up with my leads. Streamlining the email process. Having a lot of integrations like Zoom. Just keeps me and the rest of my colleagues in order. That's all!
Close is intuitive and easy to use compared to every other CRM I have used. Everything is built in and the reporting allows for easy data analysis. Followup up reminders are easy to schedule.
The only thing I dislike is that currently there is no native app for the iPhone. An app exists for iPad but if you want to access close on the iPhone you have to use the browser.
Close easily and seamlessly streamlines my prospecting, customer history and note taking as well as the followup process. The bottom line is more commission due to more sales.
The simple and modern design (especially that in contrast to solutions like HubSpot or similar, where you have no clarity at all due to the 10000 functions). At Close they have a great understanding for their targeted audience! They know in performance telesales everything comes down to the basics. With Close we found a solution, that perfectly fits our needs. What also is fun, are the motivational quote which are shown, when you open the app. Makes you smile and perfectly fits the audience. "Go get em", "Always be closing" Love it!
I don't like the new filtering functionalites, because I simply think the old ones were easier to use and more straight to the point. Besides that, there is not much on the downside. Uptime and support are amazing. Yeah, don't really know what to put here.

I don't like that all contacts are called leads, even after they become a customer. I wish Close offered an IOS client.
Close allows me to use one application to text, email and call, as opposed to 3 separate ones.
Almost every thing you have to do as a sales professional is inside of this tool. That means: no more manual entries, no more having to remind yourself of something. No more switching screens. But way more time you can spend talking to customers.
I would like an app where my phone calls are logged when I'm on the road or something like that. Sometimes prospects call back and since I only have them in close I don't always know who they are which makes for awkward conversations.
I never forget follow ups as I set a 4-time follow-up sequence that follows on my initial mail. Calling is more targeted and more productive so I can find the right people faster.
The fact that I don't have to have 5 different apps superglued together with Zapier duct tape. With other sales CRMs I always needed to add on other services by connecting them through integrations that worked only part of the time. With Close I have everything I need already built into the platfrom. I also love the compact look and the ease of layout of everything. I can find things and the UI isn't bloated with excess space making me have to scroll all the time to get the big picture.
Nothing so far. I'm actually upset at how Pipedrive stores their data because it's almost impossible to get it into any other CRM because they split everything up.
My reach-out methods are multi-channel and I don't have to switch between different services to get all the sales activities done that I need to to reach my ideal prospects.

The ease of having everything in one place. Close also helps us with very minimal clerical work on the platform by adding and managing the leads and prospects, which is amazing.
It would also be great if Close can have a better notification system, already all of the notifications are being collated within the inbox, a better push notification kind of feature would be more helpful (just a suggestion). And also having a native mobile application (that too a suggestion), already Close if having an amazing mobile view.
We were completely tracking the leads with Spreadsheets, and other documents, which had a chance of missing out on follow-up updates and notes regarding the discussion of the customer. Now with Close, we are having a complete track with the following process starting from the process of a lead coming in.

The tasks set don't notify me other than in the inbox...hard to structure the day like that also don't like how I can set 2 tasks at the same time gets messy sometimes
Definitely helps that I can go back to my recordings and emails and helps to be able to know exactly what is said instead of basing off notes only

Sometimes when I am working, it suddenly stops, or sometimes, I can not send sequences. If I use it when it is "breaking," then the sequences are not visible or I can not find them
Sometimes it does not work at certain hours. But it is easy to manage all our databases and to look for something specific when we need it. I like it and would recommend it.
