What do you like best about Close?

Close is a comprehensive CRM that helps from origination to the sales cycle completion. You can track the entire pipeline as well as new prospects fairly easily. The comprehensive dashboard suite is also a really great way to keep track of your team, lead inflow, lead conversation rate as well as revenue pipeline more effectively. All in all close is a really great CRM !

What do you dislike about Close?

The only negative tithing about close is that while enrolling sequences to email to a prospect (origination side) there is a latency of 4-5 seconds and when you have to enroll multiple sequences it really utilises a lot of your time.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Better utilization of leads and effective pipeline maintenance for a growing revenue

It is a tool that facilitates the management and interaction with customers and verifies the steps and interactions carried out. Calls can be easily listened to and downloaded

What do you dislike about Close?

I think it can improve its overall look as it can look a bit dated because the colors are a bit muted and can be a bit more customizable. It would be a bit friendlier, considering this tool is used throughout the workday.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

The organization, monitoring and effective management of clients, sales and critical indicators allow decisions to be made based on accurate data and thus improve my control and that of my team.

The functionality of it all really makes it happen for me. Also, you don't need to be too techy to learn the ins and outs of Close. This is simplicity at its finest. Thank you for making Close."

What do you dislike about Close?

That we did not find out about Close sooner.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead management is the biggest problem we had. Close made contacting customers by phone, text and email easy. Also categorizing/filtering leads is the icing on the cake.

What do you like best about Close?

It is the best app i have come across. the features are awesome. It makes my tasks easier and quick. This app is what one should have always with them for there tasks

What do you dislike about Close?

the app has a few bugs which can be rectified. App should gain more testimonials and user feedback to perform better in the market. it can be improved to a better app.

What problems is Close solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me to attract customers from my company. Email marketing is what has helped me a lot in sending tons of messages in very less time. My work has been eased.

The interface is very easy to use and for the price you pay - its a 10x roi and a steal

not much really. i did not like hubspot at all then switched to Close and cant find anything i dislike (so far)

We use close.com for: - CRM - follow up subsequences - dialer - not letting any leads slip through the cracks
