The only negative tithing about close is that while enrolling sequences to email to a prospect (origination side) there is a latency of 4-5 seconds and when you have to enroll multiple sequences it really utilises a lot of your time.

I think it can improve its overall look as it can look a bit dated because the colors are a bit muted and can be a bit more customizable. It would be a bit friendlier, considering this tool is used throughout the workday.

Lead management is the biggest problem we had. Close made contacting customers by phone, text and email easy. Also categorizing/filtering leads is the icing on the cake.
It is the best app i have come across. the features are awesome. It makes my tasks easier and quick. This app is what one should have always with them for there tasks
the app has a few bugs which can be rectified. App should gain more testimonials and user feedback to perform better in the market. it can be improved to a better app.
It helps me to attract customers from my company. Email marketing is what has helped me a lot in sending tons of messages in very less time. My work has been eased.
