I love the phone app, I love the calendar integration, and most of all I love the email automation. It's taking my business to the next level. I like that the plans are designed for small business owners and it allowed me to get my foot in the door with automation without having to pony up for Infusionsoft. I like that my clients can put themselves on my calendar -- it saves me a lot of back-and-forth communicating with them. What is amazing about the phone line is that it syncs with the email contacts, so if someone has emailed me prior to phoning me, I can know exactly who they are.
There is a learning curve, for sure. It takes some time to set up. I have tried to get friends to sign up for it and they were daunted by the learning curve, and the price. And the time investment required to make it work right. Also it can be very slow to load which is a bit of a pain when doing things that require clicking around.
I love the way that keap allows me to stay in touch with my clients and stay top of mind. I love it that I can remind myself to follow up with people and offer more personal service.
Auto-magic... like an assistant that does what you want, the way you want it without needing to tell it over and over again. Great for those functions that are important but highly repetitive.
Takes a lot of quiet time to design something that does feel personal when, in fact, it isn't. We do need to watch when a campaign is no longer relevant and continues to be sent. That's on us, but there are some old, less tech savvy people here who forget.
Mastering a process and bringing up checklists for specific routines so details are not missed. We find it useful to create a process that can be deployed by new hires without the need for in depth traning.
Where do I start? This program has all the technology i need to run my small business. It saves me so much valuable time that i need to he with my clients. The invoicing and accepting payment system has been a huge help to me.
I still struggle a little with segmenting my contacts list but that is more about me than the program.
I am able to easily send out email blasts, newsletters and marketing campaigns myself...quickly and efficiently! And they look professional!
I find it easy to use, comprehensive and the Automation is great!
It does not integrate with Stripe so I am unable to use the whole E-Commerce side
I have been able to cut down the time it takes to do simple repetitive automation tasks
We love the database function and the customization of all the fields. Also, the broadcast function allows us to send very professional looking e-mails to our members and the public.
Sometimes certain things are not super intuitive, like how to delete a broadcast draft after one is created.
We can eliminate duplicate entries. We can keep track of all our members and assist them when they encounter problems.
Highly recommended, The notes sector helps me keep up with all my business conversations and gives me detailed information that is vital to my work position.

I have yet to solve my sales funnel problem. I don't have a lot of stock so it's a bit of a challenge.
It's ability to track our database and it's email management.

Infusionsoft just makes everything a breeze as far as following up with clients on initial purchase times. Their campaign builder is super intuitive and easy to use.
My least favorite thing with them is that every now and then they release and update and you have to relearn a few things. Another thing that bothers me sometimes is their reporting. There are plenty of plugins out there that pretty much solve any reporting issue you need. Their built in reports just sometimes don't get down to the really detailed information we need sometimes.
Fulfillment of purchased items. People want things instantly. Infusionsoft makes that a reality with campaigns and API to connect with your web services.

We changed to Infusionsoft about a year ago from Dynamics and because we are a small company, Infusionsoft is a much better fit with our company. It's very user friendly, intuitive and less expensive than our previous CRM software - and we LOVE the fact that all of our marketing is now being done exclusively through Infusionsoft.
After a year with the software, I can honestly say there is nothing we don't like about the software.
Now that we have been able to use Infusionsoft for our marketing campaigns, we have actually increased the number of marketing pieces we send out each month.
I love that the site is easy to navigate for experienced and non-experience users and if we have any questions, the customer support team is always responsive and helpful!

With Infusionsoft we have been able to make contact with our partners and vendors more easily by having automated campaigns. It has also allowed our team to sit down and really think about our marketing campaigns to attract new business.
Infusionsoft has so many functions that help me stay organized and create a better experience for my clients. It will help me scale my business and provide excellent customer service.
There is a lot to learn when using the software program and some of the functionality was confusing at first.
Automating and keeping all the moving pieces of my business organized is easily done with Infusionsoft. I have grown my reach and what I can accomplish in a day using the software.
Ease of understanding how to set up workflows and enter contact information. Integration with Zapier makes this do so much more than the basics!
Some of the files choosers take some trial and error to understand them fully.

Easy to stay organized, keep tasks in front of you, and close them when you're done with them. Easy for someone with a poor attention span to really create resolutions!
It was difficult to catch on to at first, was hard to find a demo on how to use (problem seems to now be solved.)
I love being able to follow up on jobs and quotes in a specific time window.

This is an odd thing to write - sometime I feel like their is TOO much in IS and not sure what to use and what not to

I like how I am able to keep my clients organized and use tags, so all of my clients are organized where they are supposed to be. I also like the format and sending broadcast e-mails, It's easy for me to keep track of my client's e-mail responses and see if they've opened their mail.
I don't like how the internal forms button is near the bottom of the page, I've had trouble filling out the Strategic Planning Session form simply because I couldn't find the button.
I think the best problem to be resolved using Infusionsoft is improved communication with my clients. I like how I am able to see whether or not they have opened my e-mails.
