Great campaign tools, strong ecommerce, easy to use and to get started with
The interface needs to be updated, which I know is coming
Helps me with Landing pages so submitted contact details are autommatically sent to campaign sequences (emails and calls) Great calling integration with 3rd party turboDial
The integration with our system is very easy to do and the platform is very intuitive to use
I dont found anything to discribe here that we dont like! Good job!
We can registry and track the users that are trying our system
Keap Makes Running my business so much easier. It allows to me to capture prospects, follow-up with them and then bill them. Having used this tool fore more than 8 years to run my business I'm very happy with it.
Keap can be a little slow and is not the prettiest system in the world. Once you are familiar with the system its easy to use.
Keap allows my business to market effectively. It allows for easy follow-up. We've grown from a small one-man shop to a team of over 10.
Automation. NO other product in it's category has the level of automation. Period.
It takes time/effort to master, or you have to get help.
It's like having an employee that doesn't call in sick. It works, around the clock to follow-up with prospects and customers timely.
I can appreciate the convenience of having everything at my fingertips. New Leads, payments, reminders, and tasks are all conveniently on my dashboard, making the start of each day a breeze.
It's a small inconvenience, but is definitely a dislike. When you pull up a clients order under the quick look tab, the balance shows up in red as unpaid even when the client is paid in full. That just means I have to open the full file and go into payments to make sure there isn't a balance.
Keeping up with cases that are ready to be filed has been solved by creating a projected filing date tab. Now we can set the filing date when creating the account and have that client's projected filing date appear on my dashboard for easy tracking.
the m400 suite gives us the ability to manage all of our contacts and integrate the API into our internal systems to manage payments and access
Sometimes it will be hard to use or understand. Downtimes often approach unacceptable levels
The downtime issue is something that is an ever evolving issue that they are always working on
Easy to use and input your data and also create campaigns.
Analytics do not seem as accurate when compared to our customer's feedback.
Improving Campaigns and new ways to create them.
What sets Keap apart is it automation buuilder. The functionality is excellent and the email builder/landing page builder and form builder are all drag and drop and easy to use.
For B2B businesses it is not possible to have the company name as the main heading for a contact card- there are ways around this but this would be a good improvement.
Powerful email marketing automation is not possible, I now have a tool for lead capture with Keap landing pages. Linking other systems to Keap is also possible using Zapier.
GOOD INTERACTIVE APP FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS TO KEEP YOU AND TRACK AND GAUGE PROSPECTIVE GROWTH
WAITING TIME FOR UPLOADS OF NEW PATIENTS OR CLIENTS BEING ADDED TO THE DATABASE
BEING ABLE TO DETECT WHICH TYPE OF EMAILS OR PROMOTIONS ARE REACHING PATIENTS OR CLIENTS
With Keap, I like how easy it is to create email and text sequences, customize them with many tools, and how easy it is to track and drive insights from the results.
I believe the user interface can be designed in a more simple way, there may be more shortcuts for the most used tabs. Other than these, I think everything is great :)
We use it for a lot of aspects. We create nurtures for different campaigns, track them with keap, do A/B testing within the same nurture and act properly regarding the results.
It's powerful but simple. I use in small business about $100k, medium business about $15M and large business about $100M. I'm loving the new Keap Pro UX. Designed for small business owners.
I'd like some of the robustness of Infusionsoft back in the new keap product. and get your deliverability to @yahoo ESPs fixed.
Just implemented Keap pro for my new venture: a private school in CA. we start in a year officially, but the waiting list is already full, the momentum is building quick, and we have pilot student cohorts already running. I’m hiring, communicating with existing parents, educating future parents, and communicating with potential partners and donors. And the chaos came fast. Full inboxes, calls and texts from unknown numbers, appointments double booked and falling through the cracks, repeated conversations, manual billing and deposits and missed opportunities for follow up after our interest nights. We were using phones, Google sheets, gmail, Google calendar, Google sites for a landing page, hubspot free crm, and an event booking tool to do the above. We began conquering the chaos first by consolidating our contact data then segmenting. I know who is who, customers, prospects, partners, spouses, and kids. And immediately we could broadcast with confidence. I also am in the community meeting hundreds of new people every week, their spouses, their kids (from toddlers to teenagers.) So the mobile app lets me double check names, notes, and context sometimes seconds before I reconnect with someone. And lets me build strong relationships where people feel seen and remembered. Which is what I always want to do but as a mere mortal simply couldn’t do without the crm. Then we started automating a new interest intake and follow up. I have the same conversations and now interested parents can fill out a form and receive all that info in an email & text, all linking to a video series we host in wistia that gives them everything they need on their time while I lead in the company and stay present in my own home and family. Next step is moving our billing from an event software we use to keap. They will eliminate using 3 systems to execute and track monthly payments and daily new deposits for next year. Last week we had a huge live event with two calls to action - one a link to opt in for next years start. And two a text to my keap business number to opt in for the January pilot cohort. My business calls, voicemails and texts are starting to be separated into keap only while I keep my personal channels for personal communications. I also got a local number for my business line which makes our leads have even more confidence when they reach out. This is all ONE week of using Keap Pro. And I set it up myself. As you know I’ve used Infusionsoft successfully and at both small a large scales since 2012, but this is my first personal use of the keap suite. It is literally the perfect solution for me and our business. And it’s actually fun to use. Loving this product. And the decisions you’re making that make it easier for Entrepreneuers to grow calm and organized business.
Customer service, always available. Their product is outstanding.
There is honestly nothing I do not like about this CRM.
I am still finding issues that Keap fixed. Keeping clients engaged is the best asset so far.
I thoroughly enjoy the simplicity of the site.
I don't have a dislike, but I wish the site had a built-in dialer program.
It is much easier to keep up with all my contacts and leads coming in from Facebook.
Built with small businesses' needs in mind, it has everything a small business owner will need to run and grow a business: CRM, marketing, eCommerce, analytics, automation, integration with other apps and more.
Email deliverability aspect; not as lenient as other platforms.
Automated repetitive and numerous manual tasks, organized clients' and prospects' data better, built personalized marketing campaigns, etc.
The comprehensive nature of this CRM software is great.
It does take a while to learn its 'ins and outs' - but every worthwhile game is like that.
I love the way it collects the contacts once an automation is running.
Ability to set reminder tasks, tagging customers and prospects for upcoming events/promos.
We seem to get a lot of spam. And it would be nice to have spell check when creating an email from the customer's profile. Not able to set send date from email.
We seem to get a lot of spam. Keeping in contact with prospects of long periods of time pays off.
We love the easy to use aspect of Keap and the organization of the platform. Easy to navigate and work with and no hassles.
We love all the features and are happy with the product, the customer service and ease of use.
Keap has allowed us to stay in touch with all of our clients easily and efficiently without worry. No one falls off our list and everyone is taken care of with Keap.
I love the automation. I worked with a Keap partner specific to my business and it's really helped generate and convert leads. Plus I can keep track of all of it one place. I also really love being able to schedule emails. It's so crucial for my business to keep my clients up to date and it helps us give that extra level of customer service.
I wish I could send the broadcast emails to all emails on a customers accountand not have to create multiple emails for different email addresses for the same contact.
Losing leads -- keeping communication organized.
By far, the ability to use Keap to quickly create and build landing pages and email campaigns that drive new prospects into our company gives us a far better chance to grow than blindly "marketing" on social media.
There's really nothing to dislike in Keap. If you need something, chances are, Keap can do it. The only challenges I ever have are realizing how powerful it is, and keeping my imagination in check.
The speed of conversions. Prior to adopting Keap, it took us, on average, 3 weeks to convert a prospect. Now, with text messaging, the email follow up, and the ease of scheduling sales calls, we're closing new leads in five-6 business days.
