Keap is fantastic because it allows me to organize my business all in one place. From prospect and client data, quotes and invoices, and historical actions. Not only that, it offers the power of automation helping me send messages to the right person at the right time with relevant content.
Most of the features I had been disappointed with have been improved upon since I started using the tool and especially in the past year. Some features are not available in Canada or globally, SMS broadcasting and automation, not including taxes automatically on invoices, limitations with customizing appointments and appointment automation with the built-in scheduler.
Any problem I solve once in Keap, is solved repeatedly and ongoing using automation in the campaign builder. I might forget I need to send that follow-up or reach out to a prospect or client, but Keap doesn't!

I can easily keep track of my leads and confidently close more sales. I love that I have emails dripping on to my newest leads at all times and an easy way for them to purchase.

To me, the heart of Keap is the campaign builder. I'm a visual person, which is why it's perfect for me. Once you know Keap's crm, you can use Keap's campaign builder like visual Lego blocks to market to leads according to their individual behavior.
It lacks basic math and date functionality.
Treating each contact as an individual, based on what they read, click and buy. This leads to a superior customer experience and much higher profits.
Templates and the confidence that I have that it will plug into almost everything.

Never having been in sales or marketing, I noticed that I learn more about being in business for yourself because the business SOPs are sort of built-in. Keap processes really drive you to realize revenue opportunities you didn't think of at first.
KEAP has a resource for every aspect of our company. It covers our CRM, Quoting system, and Pipeline. We can easliy access evey one of our customers. We store the contact information, email them through the system, and never forget where our sales are at. Without KEAP we would be lost as a company. We enjoy the resources that we can have right at our fingertips. Customers can also stay connected through the broadcasting system. We dont need another email software to contact our customers. The tagging system is also great, with the tags we can email select customers information on the product or choose the right group to selectively market to. With KEAP we never miss a call because of the task system we can use to organize our days. No matter if it is a salesman, an office assistant, or an accountant, we can all stay on top our tasks with the tasks system in KEAP. This system makes our jobs easier, its not just a website that we sometimes go on. It is always open and always providing us all the information we need to succeed.
The downside of using KEAP is that we still need a system to track our finances separately. It would be excellent to have everything in this one excellent resource! It would also be great to place the customers into separate boxes on one screen if there weren't always in one long list. If there was a way to make the customers all seen at once, this would benefit our company.
KEAP solves any problems we have with keeping track of our leads. We also have each of our quotes attached to the customer when we email them out of the system. This makes it very efficient and timely. We never have to waste time looking for quotes again. We realized we can save time with KEAP.
I love that we can house all of our Automation for our company sign-ups, purchases, documents, details and so much more in one place. There isn't enough space or time to explain everything but the integrations seem endless and we can almost always save our staff time and energy on the little things so they can focuse on the more important, revenue producing tasks.
I haven't encountered much that I don't like. SOMEtimes it's a bit slow but that's it.
We stopped having all our process be manual. Our customer's sign up to their subscription, sign all documents through a Parsey/Docusign Integration; documents are saved to their file box, initiate the joining to the customers local association also via DocuSign and PlusThis, triggering text reminders to both customers and staff as necessary, through a Zapier connection our Swag Up welcome kits are automatically shipped to our customer. All and all our one New Customer Campaign alone saves us many man hours and is an impressive onboarding tool from a Customer's prospective as well, that many things are so helpful to them before we ever even get on the phone with them.
I love that Keap has all the software tools I need in one place. I no longer need to have an email database, plus funnel software, plus calendar link, plus landing page for accepting payments, plus taskmaster, plus pipeline. It's so much easier to have it all in one place, making it much easier to integrate it all.
Some of the features don't have as much capability as the dedicated software versions. But I am told that they take reviews seriously and are constantly updating to suit users' needs.
So many problems! I never had a funnel software (I didn't want to pay for that), so I was creating landing pages on my website which didn't accept payments properly. Keap has made that so much better. I also love that I can send myself or anyone on my team a notification when someone downloads a lead magnet or if they click a link in an email... there are so many capabilities I haven't even tried yet.
Our business manager (Kim McDonald) has been the reason why we are still partnered with KEAP.
I only wish Keap Max Classic has all the features of Keap Pro.

Keap is not only easy to use, but It is also easy on the eyes, and everything is at your fingertips. Scheduling appointments with clients is simple,, sending quotes, invoices and keeping track of follow-up calls or emails is no longer a problem because all of the reminders and notifications are right in front of me! The ability to automate everything that would typically take hours.. actually cuts your time in half. My clients love how my customer service and organization have improved since i started wit h Keap. Oh and the marketing email design feature is fantastic. I can't even begin to describe everything that I like about it. The ability for clients to pay via credit card or Paypal makes it easier to keep track of finances. It also integrates with Quickbooks, Hellosign, Docusign, and many more applications to help you run your business more efficiently... RAVING FAN!!
I honestly don't dislike anything about the platform.. Its just fantastic!!
Lead follow-up, communication with clients, managing finances,, marketing, automated processes that over time begin to get repetitive if you are doing them manually. It makes running a business much less complicated than is usually the case. I am happy. My clients are delighted. The support team at KEAP HQ is the best in class. If you have a question, they will give you a solution to your problem AND even send over help documentation related to helping you if you are stuck. I would recommend Keap to anyone due to working efficiently on a straightforward yet robust marketing and business application. It's not just a CRM it will change your way of operating forever!
