EasyWebinar Pros and Cons
- HD screen-sharing capable
- Supports integration with WordPress, MailChimp, GetResponse and other popular tools
- Basic plan supports up to 100 attendees
- More expensive versus other options, with it’s first paid tier at $79/month
- Requires an app download if you want to join a webinar via mobile
EasyWebinar is bought almost entirely for its evergreen webinars, and the entry plan does not include them. Automated webinars, the feature that lets a recorded session run on a schedule and sell while you sleep, start on the $116 Growth plan. The $44 Launch tier hosts live webinars only. If evergreen is why you are here, that is the price you should be comparing.
- What it is: Webinar software for live and automated marketing webinars, with funnels, checkout, and CRM built in.
- Best for: Marketers and course sellers running evergreen webinar funnels as a revenue channel.
- Pricing: Launch $44, Growth $116, Pro $198, Scale $349 per month. Two months free on annual billing. 7-day free trial. Verified in July 2026.
- The honest catch: Launch includes zero automated attendees and zero automated webinars, so the realistic entry price for the product’s headline capability is $116.
What Is EasyWebinar?
EasyWebinar occupies the marketing end of the webinar category. Where GoTo Webinar sells reliability to enterprises and Zoom sells ubiquity, EasyWebinar sells conversion: registration pages, automated email sequences, timed offers during the presentation, built-in checkout, and evergreen replays that run continuously.
The evergreen capability is the reason the product exists commercially. Record one webinar, schedule it to run at intervals, and it behaves like a live session with chat and timed offers while requiring no presenter. For a course seller or coach, that converts a one-off event into a permanent funnel, and reviewers consistently identify it as the platform’s strongest quality.
In 2026 EasyWebinar has added an AI Builder that generates webinar funnels, including script, registration page, thank-you page, email sequence, poll questions, and timed CTAs, metered as AI funnels per month.
The independent rating is decent on a small sample: around 4.4 out of 5 on both Capterra and G2, with G2’s sample at 92 reviews. That is a much thinner evidence base than the market leaders, so weight it accordingly.
How EasyWebinar Works
- Live webinars. Real-time sessions with chat, polls, and timed offers, capped by attendee count and session length per plan.
- Automated webinars. Recorded sessions running on a schedule, with the interactive elements preserved. Available from Growth upward.
- AI Builder. Generates a complete webinar funnel from a prompt, metered at 2 to 20 funnels per month by tier.
- Built-in checkout and EasyCRM. Sell during the webinar without routing to another tool, from Growth.
- Multistreaming. Simultaneous broadcast to external destinations, from 3 on Growth to unlimited on Scale.
- CRM sync. Native HubSpot and Salesforce integration from Pro.
EasyWebinar Pricing
Four tiers, and the split between live and automated is the thing to understand. Figures verified in USD on EasyWebinar’s pricing page in July 2026, on monthly billing.
| Plan | Monthly | Live attendees | Automated webinars | AI funnels/mo | Storage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | $44 | 50, up to 5 webinars, 2-hr sessions | None | 2 | 1 GB |
| Growth | $116 | 200, up to 10 webinars, 2-hr | Up to 10, 1,000 automated attendees | 5 | 3 GB |
| Pro | $198 | 500, up to 15 webinars, 4-hr | Up to 15, 2,500 automated attendees | 10 | 5 GB |
| Scale | $349 | 1,000, up to 20 webinars, 4-hr | Up to 20, 5,000 automated attendees | 20 | 10 GB |
What decides the real cost:
- Evergreen webinars start at Growth. Launch shows no automated attendees and no automated webinars at all. For a platform whose primary appeal is evergreen funnels, that makes $116 the effective entry price, not $44.
- Built-in checkout is also Growth. Selling during the webinar, which is the other half of the marketing proposition, is unavailable on Launch.
- Session length doubles at Pro. Two-hour sessions on Launch and Growth, four hours on Pro and Scale. Worth checking against your actual format, since a workshop that overruns is a poor experience.
- Replay viewers are capped on Launch. Session replay is limited to 250 viewers at the entry tier.
- Annual billing gives two months free. Roughly a 17% saving.
- A 7-day trial is short. Planning, promoting, and running a real webinar inside a week is tight, so decide what you are testing before you start.
Who Should Use EasyWebinar
- Course creators and coaches selling by webinar. The clearest case, and where evergreen funnels genuinely change the economics of a launch.
- Marketers running webinar funnels. Registration pages, email sequences, timed offers, and checkout in one tool removes several integrations.
- Teams wanting AI-assisted setup. The AI Builder generating a full funnel is a real time saver for people who find writing webinar scripts the bottleneck.
- Sales teams doing recurring demos. Automated webinars work well for standardized product demonstrations.
It fits poorly for teams that only run live events, who are paying for evergreen machinery they will not use, for enterprises needing proven reliability at scale, where GoTo Webinar’s track record matters more, and for anyone whose priority is interface polish, since reviewers describe EasyWebinar’s as dated.
Honest Pros and Cons
Strengths
- Best-in-class evergreen webinars. Consistently the most praised feature, and the reason to choose this over a general webinar tool.
- Marketing built in. Registration, email, timed offers, and checkout without assembling four tools.
- Strong customer support. Reviewers repeatedly highlight responsiveness and helpfulness.
- AI funnel generation. Script, pages, emails, and CTAs generated from a prompt, which is genuinely useful for solo operators.
- Camera and slides simultaneously. Called out by reviewers as better handled than in some competitors.
- Native CRM sync from Pro. HubSpot and Salesforce without a middleware layer.
Limitations
- Launch excludes the headline feature. No automated webinars at $44, so the meaningful entry price is $116.
- A dated interface. Noted by reviewers against newer competitors.
- Email analytics are limited. Reviewers report being unable to see open rates without additional software.
- Extra charges for integration details. One reviewer describes paying more for a date merge field when connecting an external email provider.
- A small review base. Around 92 G2 reviews is thin next to GoTo Webinar or Zoom, so the 4.4 rating carries less weight.
- Support quality varies. Praised by most, described as inconsistent by some.
- A 7-day trial. Short for a product whose value is demonstrated over a full funnel cycle.
EasyWebinar Alternatives and How It Compares
- WebinarJam is the closest competitor for marketers, with evergreen handled by its EverWebinar sibling product.
- WebinarNinja includes automated webinars at every price point, with a much wider gap between its Capterra and G2 ratings.
- Demio is more polished and marketing-focused, with a better reliability reputation.
- Livestorm is browser-based with a free tier and stronger analytics.
- GoTo Webinar is the enterprise option where reliability outweighs funnel features.

The Verdict
EasyWebinar does evergreen webinars well, and for a course seller or coach that capability is worth real money: a recorded session running continuously with chat, timed offers, and checkout is a genuine revenue channel rather than a marketing gimmick. Reviewers who use it for that purpose are consistently positive, and support draws particular praise.
Price it at Growth. The $44 Launch plan hosts live webinars only, with no automated attendees and no built-in checkout, which means it omits both halves of the reason people choose EasyWebinar over a general-purpose tool. Treating $116 as the real entry price changes the comparison considerably, and puts it against WebinarJam and Demio rather than against cheap live-webinar tools.
Two things to weigh before committing. The evidence base is thin at around 92 G2 reviews, so you have less collective experience to rely on than with the market leaders. And the 7-day trial is short for a product whose value only shows across a full funnel cycle, so go in knowing exactly what you intend to test. If evergreen webinars are central to how you sell, this is a strong option. If you only run live events, you are paying for machinery you will never switch on.
FAQ
Does EasyWebinar’s cheapest plan include automated webinars?
No. The $44 Launch plan supports live webinars only, with 50 live attendees, up to 5 webinars, and two-hour sessions, and it lists no automated attendees or automated webinars. Evergreen automation starts on the Growth plan at $116 per month, which also adds built-in checkout. Since evergreen is EasyWebinar’s main draw, Growth is the realistic entry tier.
How much does EasyWebinar cost in 2026?
On monthly billing, Launch is $44, Growth $116, Pro $198, and Scale $349. Annual billing gives two months free, roughly a 17% saving. A 7-day free trial with full feature access is available on all plans.
What is the difference between live and automated attendee limits?
They are counted separately. Growth, for example, allows 200 live attendees per session and 1,000 automated attendees across up to 10 automated webinars running continuously. Live capacity governs real-time events; automated capacity governs your evergreen funnels. Check both against your plans, since a busy evergreen funnel can exhaust its allowance independently of live usage.
Is EasyWebinar good for selling during webinars?
Yes, from the Growth plan upward. Built-in checkout, timed offers, and EasyCRM let you sell inside the session rather than routing attendees elsewhere, which is the core of the webinar-funnel model. These features are not available on the entry Launch plan.
What is EasyWebinar best for?
Course creators, coaches, and marketers who run webinar funnels as a revenue channel and want evergreen automation, registration pages, email sequences, and checkout in one platform. It is poor value for teams that only ever run live events.
Compare EasyWebinar with other popular tools in the same category.
The layout is great, simple and easy to use. The tabs helps you to not forget any steps while planning things out. It's comfortable knowing you can change your mind and still being able to make a live webinar evergreen.
I dislike having to use a live chat on through a third party. While there is a live chat box, it would be easier using it on Webinar. Also a calendar would be helpful as well.
It provides a lot of different viewing times, which is great for the audience, and having control and my audience receiving a live experience is very helpful and beneficial.
What I liked most using Easy Webinar was the ease of setting everything up. With me not being the best at technology it was very user friendly and I could even figure it out. I really like the easiness and ability to set up the webinars.
After using this program for sometime in a previous postion I really have had zero issues with it. With all the updates and customer service this is a great product.
Benefits of this product that I have realized are a lot of instruction videos which made set up easy. And It was nice to have the option to send reminders from EasyWebinar to registrants.
The company my mom and I run love this product because of what we do. We do lectures for businesses, churches and organizations on ways to protect yourself. Since we do presentation lectures, then this platform is perfect with businesses across the US. We can perform from the comfort of our home.
The only thing that I can complain about this product is that it does not work very well with my smartphone, and I have a Samsung.
Like I said previously, we can lecture to people from the comfort of our home and reach a broader base.
Provide both automated and live webinars. Autoresponder integration, tagging, and easy payment options. Good reports and analytics.
its too costly and every one can't affords it....
I can reach with my audiences by using Easywebinar and get leads.
Setting up evergreen webinars is so simple that we've used several so far. We've seen such a fantastic return on investment after implementing a sales strategy that uses evergreen webinars that we now recommend this tool to anyone who asks about running evergreen webinars for their online business. This tool is an absolute must have for our business and any online business that's interested in making money and sharing their message while they sleep!
I learn best by watching help videos or reading a quick article so because of that I wish there were more help articles for different features. Their knowledge base is, unfortunately, a little sparse, but they make up for this with amazing customer service that is very responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. We've even had a customer service representative offer to get on a live zoom call with us to walk us through a setup issue we were experiencing.
We've made a lot of money since implementing this tool in our sales strategy using a set it and forget it sales funnel with Facebook ads and have made multiple thousands of dollars in passive income since implementing it.
I like that the program is easy to navigate and makes participating in webinars a breeze.
Webinars often can take a while to do, but this program helps shorten the amount of time put into creating one.
Easy webinar helps us provide training to a larger group of people without having to increase the number of times we present to them. In the end saved time and money.
Easy to use and set up, even for someone not so tech savvy.
A bit pricey, so when it was first being implemented it didn't seem worth it.
Allows webinars with collaborators in different time zones more easily.
Once you know your way around the software, EasyWebinar helps you put your Webinar phase for leads on AutoPilot, this saves you a ton of time. It has various triggers for when integrating with email marketing software e.g. triggers for people who registered but didn't attend or attended, attended but left early, and so on... which helps you in sending more personalized follow-up campaigns. Also, they have scarcity features in Automated Webinar, which in my view is a must when you are having a Webinar be it Live or Automated.
There is nothing that I dislike about EasyWebinar.
We used EasyWebinar for creating Automated Webinars for selling Online Courses in our Business. EasyWebinar is easy to set up, it might take some time when you are doing it on your own. EasyWebinar has scarcity features that allow you to pop up links that you can time to appear when you are talking about an offer (you can add a countdown timer to it), this helps improve the conversions while the attendee is watching the Webinar.
In my business, we have used this platform to create an online platform for virtual events. You can register guests, send automated emails to remind people the event is happing. We have also used this for a traditional webinar and its great for follow up as well.
Too many tabs you have to fill out. I have missed several things from time to time and has made me look bad with clients. I think there should be a sheet that you fill out and it auto-fills all the tabs.
A platform that allows me to host virtual events. I love the analytics I can get, including knowing how many minutes each person watched of my event.
The ease of navigating the software. Very user friendly.
No complaints at all. I along with my colleagues really liked this one in comparison to other programs we've used in the past.
Virtual meetings allow us to work from home.
Easywebinar makes it simple to create, execute, and analyze webinars. Great tool - highly recommended.
Nothing in particular. Pretty good tool.
All in one webinar tool to streamline the entire process.
Good product especially for evergreen webcasts, nice design. Seems like developers thought in advance for webcasters needs. Good support.
Support is only online Some of the customizations require basic coding skills
Flexibility of running webcast worldwide
The user interface is very simple to navigate and easily understood, even for those new to webinara.
Chat support isn’t live which can be frustrating when things are going wrong. A live chat feature would be very helpful.
EasyWebinar provides us with an evergreen webinar feature. It allows us to passively host multiple webinars each day.
You can do a lot with it. You can host live webinars and also record them for evergreen. A lot of other apps only allow you to do one or the other but EasyWebinar allows you to do all this and more. You can also use it to host webinars that are saved on vimeo and other video apps, although the playback controls are sometimes missing depending on the video source so that's something to be aware of.
The support is pretty unhelpful. They take ages to reply and they ask silly unhelpful questions. I end up giving up whenever I need to contact them. The way the evergreen times are set up is also a bit weird.
We use it to host live webinars on a number of topics and sell them as replays as well. We also set up offers as part of the webinars so that helps us to make more sales. It's great that we can use our vimeo videos as well. The price is good too compared to other software companies that do similar things.

I thought it was easy to use for all involved.
I haven’t created a webinar so I can’t speak for the beginning user experience. B
Another company invited us to a webinar. Seemed easy to use to join in.
We tested easywebinar when looking for a replacement for WebEx. easywebinar offered exactly what we needed in some ways: you can up your attendee limit for individual webinars at an affordable rate, so you won't have to pay for a super expensive plan if you don't often have big webinars. It had all the polling features, presenter features, and more that we wanted. And users don't need Flash!
It seems to be a smaller platform and accordingly, it's not the best looking - aesthetics are definitely a weakness. Certain features are not obvious or easy to work with, like the ability to customize phone dial-in options or the extent to which you can rebrand.
The big business problem we needed to solve was the ability to have large attendee limits on some of our webinars while being unable to budget for a top-of-the-line plan. easywebinar makes that super achievable for a small organization like ours because you can start with a basic plan and customize your limits per webinar.
I like the flexibility of being able to to live events or prerecorded and set up all the notifications for whatever option you choose.
I don't like not having the ability to edit the recording after I've recorded it in EW. I usually end up creating the webinar in Filmora and loading it up to EW after to make sure it works correctly. Then you lose the organic feel of a live event.
Being able to easily capture emails of participants to build an email list, which is first and foremost what I'm trying to do with all my marketing.
Easywebinar is pretty incredible. It has features for both live and automated webinars. I have no idea if there is another software that allows you to do so much while only using one platform. The customer support and coaching is very professional and extremely helpful!
I definitely see the cost as a con. Also setting it up is confusing but there is someone always willing to help. Cons: The setup is a little confusing. You'll need to use video walkthrough's and probably get on a chat with the team. My least favorite thing was discovering I'd need to use 3rd party video hosting for my automated webinar. This is an added cost and it wasn't clear to me that Easywebinar doesn't host the video for the automated webinar.
It helps provide an easier flow with getting things done in an easy and efficient manner.
Easy to use with a simple designed interface for the end user.
Other similar tools had more features and functions available.
Can be simplistic to setup and use.
makes it easy to interact with a navigate to CRM system or other datsbases
interaction with QuickBooks has not proved to be ideal in most circumstances
I haven't really realized any benefits outside of any other provider that webinar offers me
Great for live webinars if you and your audience have very good internet connections.
No comments function for simulated live webinars.
Run live and simulated live webinars. Great experience and engagement when the audience had strong internet connection.
The product has potential, but not the right support for a beginner.
The lack of actual service person to person. I've attempted to get support on a few issues and the coined responses that not ONCE answered my actual request for support was just disappointing and honestly too automated. I felt like just a number and chose to close my account.
None. None.
