Zoho meeting is a decent platform to join work with our groups even give customer care through video and sound calls, it is really great for sharing reports and in any event, recording gatherings and calls to keep up with nearer contacts carefully without being confounded.

Once in a while it close meeting automatically without giving any advance notifications or holding up time span. Repeating gatherings don't begin sooner or later.

This is a much improved version of anything that is used for corporate meeting via the web. So intuitive and easy to setup and use. I like that I can use this as frequently as I wish. It has so many features that integrate to our business.

Really nothing, I havent needed customer support yet but I am sure it si top notch as well

Use Zoho meeting regularly for management meeting and some Clients meeting also. It is easy to invite people via email/link and the software is easy to use without needing to study it. Sound quality is amazing and used for several hours without drop out, it allows screen sharing and recording

Similar to Google Meet, Zoho Meeting also needs a strong internet connection to work properly. This is the only point where Zoom will take over.

Ease of communicating

First and foremost, Zoho Meeting is very user friendly. It has all the necessary features needed to conduct an virtual classroom. The cost is also on the lower side when compared to competitor platforms. Special mention to their quickly responding customer support.

Honestly i dont find any cons about Zoho meeting after using it for the last 3 weeks.

Easy integration, screen sharing and built-in whiteboard are some of the features in Zoho meeting which are far better that its competitors. I am sharing this experience after using all famous meeting softwares available online.

Zoho Meeting is a great tool, especially for small business owners. Zoho does a great job of keeping prices low while providing excellent, dependable services. While there are free meeting services, they have limits that I don't want to worry about. Zoho Meeting provides me with what I need at a very reasonable price.

We are able to work remotely using the app.

After years of working with other products including Act, GoToWebinar & EventBrite, and using Zapier to piece them together I switched to Zoho One. Everything from the invites to the actual presentation is integrated making the Webinar process a snap.

Zoho One is an endless maze of products. The various service levels can be very confusing without the help of a consultant.

I've gone from using several non-integrated products to working in one integrated platform.

Simple to set up, respondents find it easy to leg in, free trial very helpful

The free trial only lasts for 7 days initially - it would be helpful if it ran for a month!

As a longtime user of Zoho the way that it integrates with Zoho webinar makes the entire experience both flawless and easy to manage.

Zoho webinar would be better if more people knew about it and used it. Product recognition would be helpful.

Some more/extended support for External IMAP Accounts. At this given moment they doll lack some of the nice functionalities the Zoho IMAP mounted well have ..

Increased and more centralized communication. Powerful, advanced emailing thanks to eg. Streams. Clean Admin Console for all settings, permissions, reports, security, .. !!

I love the way Zoho Meeting ties into the Zoho One products. Meetings lets your brand your webinars to your company. Since using Meetings, I look more professional and it is all built into the Zoho One toolbox of accessories. The Analytics I receive from the app are amazing and worth every penny. If you are still using Zoom, you are missing out on a tool when coupled with the zoho one system, for less than the zoom application, that will expand your business 10x

There really isn't much I dislike. Zoho continues to add options and features including intergration to other zoho products. Zoho meeting is really an unknown money saving zoho product.

We've been using Zoho meeting to have real estate webinars along with agent meetings. We can have 100 people on the live meeting for an extremely low price. We keep are meetings to 30 and 45 minutes, so this product is perfect.

Payment is available for Indian payment options. The options and features are robust enough to conduct full fledge meetings for internal purpose as well as with external stakeholders without any issue or hiccups.

It will be nitpicking but the mobile app doesn't allow enough personalisation that the web version offers. They can give the option to make it branded as per our own liking.

It solved two problems: 1. Payment via Indian payment options like UPI or Rupay debit cards 2. It is a cheaper option compared to other options available in market

I think we would see a more immediate impact if we made it easier to incorporate more powerful functional support.
