Zoho support is very slow and hard to get any resolution out of them. I wish they had better support. If there is a support issue, which is rare I try to find a work around my self or use another tool. I just pretend like they do not exist

Private chat option is not there, if it would have been there it would have been better.

Seamless stitching of functions. ZoHo has created one stop for all functionality of our back office management and meeting functions. Priorly we utilized different platforms for back office, scheduling, marketing, sales and meeting/presentations. Zoho integrates all of this and it is far easier to fit a round peg into a round hole.

Actually, so far no complaints, other we had to learn something new. This is always a challenge as some in our organization just are old dogs reluctant to learn new tricks. As we eased into and utilized the training modules, Zoho has no complaints. Tech support is good and helpful. I guess hind sight being 20/20 is that we went with the older systems for so long before switching to Zoho.

Zoho meeting integrates seamlessly with our Zoho management system. We are not getting into the wrong room on a different platform, we are getting our clients to the right meeting 100% of the time and it is easier to schedule. There is no interrupted data flow from origination of marketing to the sales force talking directly to the prospect through ZoHo Meeting.

The best thing is zoho meeting UI. Its very user friendly. I'm literally enjoying it

I don't know that there are any downsides. I have used other online systems and this one just seems way easier and cheaper which for small companies is great.

Getting on a call with a client and them being able to visually see how I am making changes to their project has been fantastic especially during this time with the virus and lockdowns etc.

What I like most about the Zoho tool are the webinars that we can host on the platform.

I don't dislike as in such but when we have multiple hosts they charge for each of them.

We are using Zoho for hosting webinars and we have realized that recurring webinars have given us good ROI.
