This application is best for organising the meeting for a long span in a team. To organising the meetings by a WebEx easily to share the screen and interact with the audience without any too much effort. There are lots of options available for scheduling a meeting or we can join the meeting directly by the link without any other configuration.
Sometimes facing the issue while sharing the screen there was a glitch in the application but when I tried to attend the meeting by the browser it workings fine without any problem. To enhance the security this the best option to attend the meeting with a new person or client in our organisation.
At last month, we need to attend the meeting with the new client which is not available in the teams and also they don't have WebEx application so we just provided the link they directly click on the link and can attend which is very easy for them and they are also happy for this quickly setup. There are lots of scenarios where this application is help.
Very easy to use, the sound is perfect, the connectivity does not fail, easy to access when you access a webinar
Can't record webinars if started on mobile device

I like the nice presentation of Webex. there is not any voice issue. data is most secure. Webex has good communication platform. easy to share the screen and data to the guest
There are not many things which I dislike but Webex background color is a little bit harmful to the eyes. also face some timing issues when there are more participants in the meet
I have taken the customer's screen and resolved the customer's issue. Its benefit to us to resolve the customer issue. It helps me in presentation. It's the best toll for WFH.
It is a very user-friendly platform to attend an online meeting/webinar or take any session without any disturbance. Its recording quality with a large audience on one platform is awesome. You can share your screen for presentation without any hanging issues.
Not properly able to chat or raise any queries during the webinar session, that's I have faced the biggest problem during this platform. You can add a toolbox to identify how to send your point or raise your query during the session.
From the last 2-3 years this platform is the biggest tool to connect to our students, alumni, industrial talk session, faculty development program, and conferences attended at our university. that's why we all are dependent on this platform

They're unable to unmute themselves within webinar.
The problem in license subscription but it's really helpful in my training.
It provides high-quality video Conferencing webinar/meetings with flexibility and better compatibility in this platform. This platform can be easily share your presentation/ screen without any disturbance. We can mute everyone in one way as per our convenience
Also, some face hanging problems with high data consumption in this platform as i observed. We can add more tooling commands like paint for more attractiveness in this digital life.
Multiple meeting is the biggest problem I have faced in the Webex platform or switching the meeting is also one part. We can create groups for meetings/webinars etc.
The easy implememtation to cisco teleconference devices
Mobile version doesnt have the same abilities but still it is enough to use with a userfriendly interface.

That it allows multiple viewers to enter and view the session without much issues like other tools. Industries that have stricter security, especially financial, education, government, and healthcare industries that use desktops, older operating systems, or just strict restrictions to external internet usage. Webex is very functional in these industries compared to other tools.
The UI, they have improved it a lot but it is still very old school windows feel. Very boxy and not flexible in regards to window responsive on the admin section when building the webinars. The actual webex tool to present and for the user to view/engage does have a nice feel and look. And that is the important part I would say. Also, I'm not too fond of their email templates and capabilities to edit them via HTML to include or own css/html for a nicer customzied responsive email.

I have never encountered any problem while using Webex Events Tool.
