I liked that you could easily create web conferences that are user-friendly.

I did not like when I was scheduling the conferences for my boss that sometimes we would have to use different links at the last minute if something went wrong with the video. Each time we began a new conference, we used an additional link that could be easily confused during scheduling purposes.

During the pandemic, we had to have efficient and professional ways to hold meetings, our organization widely used this.

I enjoy the fact that it is very simple and easy to use when joining a meeting. You can see all sides and chat box with everyone who may share comments.

Sometimes there are problems with the audio and you will have to join the meeting again.

We are solving the problem of not having the meetings in person due to corona virus yet, all information is presented via slide show like a power point presentation. It's beneficial to view the slides and listen to the information at the same time.

I love the control that this product gives to those running the meetings. It allows you to assign presenter roles to people and everyone else that is an attendee can be totally controlled, like whether they can unmute, or use video or just sit there and watch. It really gives control of the meeting to those who are running it. And we love that ability for those meetings that we are trying to make sure people are listening in on instead of trying to participate in.

The management and running of the meeting is fairly different from that of a Webex meeting so it does require some special training to use properly. And in some cases the teams just cant seem to get it so we have offered to help run meetings that has sucked quite a bit of our time. So that was a downside but hopefully the training we are working on will alleviate that issue.

Just really hitting the meetings that we need to control and making sure the executives that are running them get the "floor" like they need without users being able to interrupt even by mistake. It has so many great features like mute all, raining hands, Q and A and some many others.

Joining the conference call with Cisco Webex Meetings using any browser or with webex plugin/app provides flexibility for all users.

Seems it needs little optimisation for audio/video where network bandwidth is very low. Also when ever, the UI design changes , an auto bot navigating the users could be helpful a lot or else it feels little difficult to look for options/menu while switching from app to browser. Some times users are automatically logged out of meetings unknowingly and leaves the end user confused!

Collaboration of team members separated across geographies in terms of team meetings, standup, gatherings, conferences is way lot easier.. This ensures good and reliable communication across the team transparently. Also some meetings are recorded and recordings are shared with the team easily for future references. During team meetings/conference call, it's easy to share the screen and do the presentation. Also we can use the white board to write /scribble something to showcase and convey the information during meetings which is quite handy.

Italy is very secure. And performance is very high. We can make video calls. Reliability is high. It is one of the best application . We can chat here.

Dislikes are not there. This application is very good.

We can solve the issues. And we can make the calls at the time of meetings. We can chat here.

I can arrange large scale meetings without having to think too hard about whether the technology will fail me.

Classic issues around giving people audio when they join. Never seem to be able to have a smooth webinar giving people this control.

People works remotely these days. When valuable employees are needed to be in meetings but are either travelling or on vacation, meetings can still be facilitated

It's very easy to join meetings, record meetings and most importantly it's extremely easy to coordinate different schedules.

It sometimes doesn't sync affectively with other WebEx applications like Teams, Meeting, etc.

We are trying to effectively use one communication method across the company.
