This is easiest conference calling program to use. I can log in using my phone or computer and have clear communication with the ability to share content, record and ask questions.
It slows down my computer when I am sharing content.
We are using this for internal and external calls.
The best thing about WebEx is the simplicity of sharing your screen or seeing someone else's screen when in a meeting
WebEx would be great if you can record certain parts of the meeting when the other person is sharing their screen
I have had great client conversations when they can see what I'm talking about instead of just listening to what I'm saying
This is a great conferencing tool. It is easy to install and easy to use.
I have not encountered any issues with WebEx.
The company I used WebEx with had agents all over the country, yet we were able to hold training meetings without an issue. It was easy to use, and none of us encountered any setup issues. It is also nice that it defaults to not showing your picture/video input, although this can be turned on if desired. It also allows screen sharing.
This software makes it easy to hold webinars trying to market your product to potential clients
Not much this software is actually allows for ease of use.
I was able to host webinars on this to give away tons of info on my topic and then try to capitalize on signing up a few people for a paid course.
This allows us to attend meetings all across the city without having to drive there or to drive back and forth
There is nothing that I really dislike about this product. It meets my needs.
It saves on time driving from site to site to attend meetings. Allows me to book meetings closer together since there is no travel to meet in person.
I like that you can use the system for webinars easily
There isn’t anything in particular that I don’t care for when using this product
Not having to leave the office for meetings
The best part is the varied functionality that WebEx has. It lets you screen share, talk, call in from another phone, group call, message, and share screens as well as much more. The screen sharing is my favorite part because it allows us to not have to be in person in the lab to update on progress, making research go by much faster.
At first, using the interface on the web was hard because there were so many controls and functions, and it takes a while to get acquainted to it and get used to it. This is especially the case while you're trying to interact with the software while screensharing.
As a researcher, this is great because it enables us to call over long distances and it's very convenient so it fits right in our schedule to be using this software. The web addition allows us to do much more than the phone interface, and we are able to finish meetings quickly and seamlessly integrate it into our regular workflow. We also are able to demo over it so we don't have to send any code over to show progress.
Ease of access to share application and get dialled out to your number
Requirement to download the webex software
Ease of sharing application, instant meetings
I like that you can use the control panel to see questions, who is talking, etc. Being able to record the webinars are also a huge plus.
I dislike when people have background noise. The program makes it easy to find out where the noise is coming from, but sometimes it can be difficult.
We are using WebEx for webinar trainings and for presentations. It is an easy way to get everyone together. And one of the best features, recording the webinar, ensures that no one missed the information. We can send out a link to the recording to make sure everyone receives the same training and that training can be done on their own time.
I love the chat features and being able to ask questions anonymously while being in a meeting with many individuals all across the world!
The chat feature UX and the way it looks isn't the most attractive if you compare to lync or skype
Usually how-to training or retirement account informational. Mostly training
I love the dependability of the product. It makes my workday much more enjoyable.
I have no dislikes about WebEx webinar that I can think of.
It enables remote workers to connect from anywhere.
Makes meetings easy and collaboration simple
Loading the screen and dialing in can take a while.
Work remotely
This software system has great access to users needing to acquire continuing education through their workplace. Very easy and simple to use.
At this time, I have no dislikes for this system.
No business problems at the moment with WebEx Webinar. Some of the benefits of using WebEx Webinar is that it provides easy access to material that provides the user with important information to help them learn their job better and work more efficiently in their field of work.
That i can record meetings and chat with individuals on the side during web ex privately and start discussions and polls during the meetings. I also like that it calls me because i have a hard time dialing internationally when I am working from home
that i have to input my information every time i log in, it does not save even though I click on the save user information button
communicating with colleagues in different divisions world wide
Presentation sharing is made so easy by “passing the ball”. I love the hand raising feature and ability to field and answer questions.
Anyone can now take over the presentation from the presenter. Several times this has happened accidentally.
We are able to work and collaborate remotely at a more advanced level.
The application which you use to enter your Personal Room is fantastic, allowing you to easily share your screen as well as see the video of people you're connected with.
The phoning in system is quite tedious and could do with a revamp as I find myself having to follow so many steps in order to start a call.
WebEx Webinar allows us to connect globally to not just staff but also a variety of clients. We can transfer files, share screens and really understand a conversation through video chat.
Ease of use. Even the newest of the user will have fewer problems in getting a hang of the application
The new UI is too big and flashy. That said, new changes are nothing different than the previous version. I see only iconification changed.
Collaborate with Customers. Market our product.
Webex Webinars are easy to set up and operate. The user-friendly interface, which requires little technical knowledge, guides us through the process with ease. Coworkers who are not tech-savvy can confidently join webinars and learn how to use the features with ease. It integrates smoothly with all of our required tools, including calendars, email platforms, and project management software. Consequently, the need for human data entry has been eliminated, and participant invitations, scheduling, and webinar content management have all been simplified. It is now a necessary component of our daily workflow. We use it for a variety of purposes, including departmental updates, vendor communication, customer presentations, team meetings, and industry-specific online events. I spend my days juggling a lot of obligations and making sure everything works properly. The webex webinar is my go-to resource for enhancing communication, teamwork, and information sharing both within and between departments.
The support staff's awareness of certain features and functionalities seems inconsistent, which results in delays and inadequate troubleshooting. Lack of easily reachable and knowledgeable support staff can be a significant drawback for me as I rely on Webex webinars for essential teamwork and communication needs.
I've been able to work with my team to achieve better results, streamline processes, and boost productivity thanks to Webex. As we explore the platform's potential, I'm confident that webex webinars will remain an essential tool for improving team performance and yielding positive outcomes for the business. Its teamwork tools, which include Q&A, whiteboarding, and screen sharing, enable rapid problem solving and ideation. This facilitates our ability to work together on projects and make decisions as a team.
I like Webex webinars for it's user friendly interface and powerful features that facilitates seamless hosting of large scale webinars with clear video and audio quality.
The application is heavy and uses a lot of computer resources.
It address the need of seamless and interactive webinars with features like crystal clear audio video quality, user friendly interface, polls and Q&A sessions. Th robust analytics capabilities contibute valuable insight, allowing hosts to access participant engagement.
What I love most about Webex is its real-time collaboration features. Whenever we need remote services or integrations, we rely on Webex for its excellent remote control capabilities, delivering low-latency responsiveness. It plays a crucial role in facilitating effective real-time collaboration during integration and migration processes.
A drawback of Cisco Webex is its trial version, limited to 45 minutes per meeting session. This can be inconvenient, especially during lengthy configuration or service processes, requiring session restarts.
Cisco Webex seamlessly handles our remote management and internal/external meetings without a hitch. The upcoming integration with Cisco Unified Communication Manager, as opposed to using Jabber, is a highly appreciated plan, promising an all-in-one product for users in the future.
