Large scale meetings and webinars are no problem to organize and execute, and built in Webex features like noise cancellation help every session.

its get really slow when alot of people are using it at the same thime it lags alot and there may occur some disconnections which is not good and okay at all so thats it

To connect with in a team at a single platform this is the best application to use arrange the meeting with a effective UI. There are lots of options available to interact the audience which is in the organisation or we can directly share the meeting link with outside the organisation basically for client meetings they can join the calls without any too much configuration.
Sometimes the UI glitch faced but I think this may be happened due to the network issue and unresponsive sites. But after the refresh the site this will work fine without any issue. Other than no such big issue I have ever faced in this application.
In sometime team's application and no other application is present to connect with the team. In that situation web ex will help lots of scenario in which we can resolve so much issues in minimal time. Without too much configuration this application is setup and new person can learn this tips and tricks very quickly.

I don't like the limitations of active speaker. It doesn't have a high production feel. I also wish webex created QR codes automtically for all my webinars.

When it comes to creating webinar, I can put the email of the other partcipants and the invitation will be sent without delay.
Connect with people virtually at ease of comfort. The upside of using webex is talk, chat from anywhere with person from different location/country.
So far there are no downsides. People with network issues might feel their call getting stuck.
Connection with people without them having to be present next to you. more effective as all one requires is a device with internet compatibility.
