What do you like best about Livestorm?

It was my first time using Livestorm for my company's webinar. I was surprised by how easy it was to use without having any prior experience with it.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

As one of the hosts, it wasn't clear what would happen if I left the room as I was not the one presenting.

What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Livestorm?

We can integrate it into another marketing platform when launching new offers/workshops.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

The lack of customization on the registration page. We use other landing page builders and embed the registration form.

What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform is easy-to-use for both parties (Hosts and Attendees). Livestorm solves the issue of complaints from audiences that are not tech-savvy.

What do you like best about Livestorm?

The simplicity of the user interface, the speed of Support response, the price-quality balance, how easy it is for the attendee to register for the webinar, connectivity with CRM systems, and the overall software design.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

Even though the software is easy to use, the subscription price is still high compared to other software providers. It would be great if people could register for events after they have already happened to gain playback access. In this way, it would be possible to collect attendee data without extra effort.

What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leads generation, exporting leads information to our CRM (Hubspot), partner relationship management through joint webinars, and marketing our products and services through webinars.

Being able to be in the presentation but without appearing and being able to enter the screen at any time

I like everything,Maybe the translation into Portuguese and Spanish would be missing

That you can just save the recording and you don't have to repeat yourself over and over aside from that you can create advance schedule for people to attend

What do you like best about Livestorm?

I love the fact that it's very easy to use, easy to customize and has everything integrated. All follow up email are automated. Compared to competitors is more user friendly.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

The fact that team members cannot add automatically the event to the calendar, but CS told me that it's in roadmap. It will be perfect once the events are added to the calendar also for team members.

What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Livestorm is very easy to create webinars and it can be personalized on needs. It was very easy to customize the registration page, the follow up emails and to send on demand recordings.

What do you like best about Livestorm?

My favorite Livestorm feature is the reporting data and attendance tracking features. It's super easy to use. I also really benefit from the automated emails I can send that include a link to the recording for registrants who are unable to attend the session live. This is HUGE. Our company uses Zoom for nearly everything, but this feature alone makes Livestorm worth it. Speaking of automated emails, Livestorm lets you fully customize automated emails that get sent to registrants, unlike the basic customizations you get with Zoom.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

It would be very helpful if Livestorm integrated with more applications like ChurnZero, or if its integration with SalesForce didn't cost more. The Company Page feature is really cool, but I wish it were more customizable. I also wish the background image feature was a little more precise.

What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Livestorm allows us to host regular, live onboarding webinars for our new users with ease. We created an onboarding event and can extremely easily add sessions with different hosts to that event, which allows us to track attendance and registration for each individual session as well as all sessions combined.

What do you like best about Livestorm?

The handouts, the e-mail post event sharing the recording and the possibility to add polls and videos to make the presentations more dynamic.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

The stats after event could be more "presentation ready" , showing atendency, participation, etc..

What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having a platform where we can host multiple companies without them seeing eachother

What do you like best about Livestorm?

I use Livestorm to host customer webinars. It's super easy to set up events and recurring sessions, and also hosts the recorded session for easy distribution. Our platform is integrated with SFDC for easy tracking and documenting attendees.

What do you dislike about Livestorm?

Honestly, I haven't stumbled on anything yet that doesn't match my needs or expectations. The platform could potentially use more fun options for interactions from the audience.

What problems is Livestorm solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's nice to have everything in one place and while everything is automated, it's still easy to manually solve for random exceptions and use cases. I appreciate the add to the calendar button, which has solved a few issues for us.
