There are not so much things that I dislike but sometimes the connexion can be a bit unstable

Some of the more advanced features are lacking; the platform would not be ideal for full-day events with multiple, different sessions

The most helpful thing about Livestorm is how intuitive it is and how easy it is to create exactly what you need for your buisness case. We use this tool probably 1-2 times a month for our US marketing and several more times a month for our international markets

There honestly isn't a ton I don't like about it, I honest feel like it is pretty easy to use for what our business uses it for which is pretty easy.

It is solving our need of having to create our own tool or find another tool to solve the problem of hosting and creating quick pages for our webinars.

Is an easy and fast way to run our webinars or meets, and as well we can have the record of those events so we can recheck or share with other teams or clients.

Maybe at first time its not that easy to understand all the features and it takes a little bit of onboarding time to get used to the ways the app is designed. Thats the only pain point for me.

For us its super helpful because we can record all of our conferences so we can share with new customers and have a plan of capacitation in our product.

It is so easy to use, I love the customizability of reminder emails, and using the platforms polls and questions makes it easy to get the audience involved.

The only downside is their is a limited amount of users, so people who don't pay for the platform aren't able to start meetings or edit some things.

It makes it easy to send invites to prospects, and it doesn't require them to make an account, it also makes it easy to send recordings.

I started my webinars fast and easy. It does the routine work for me and allowed me to automate my webinars to focus on other important tasks.

So far, I have not found anything that I do not like

What I like most about Livestorm is the emoji engagement. It sounds like a non-necessity, but it has really brought an energy to our company's monthly webinars that we've never had before. I also love the landing pages that are automatically generated for every webinar. It gives our webinars a very put-together and mature feel, and really elevates our brand. We've seen an increase in attendance in our monthly webinars since we've started using Livestorm.

Although Livestorm is generally very easy to use, the user permissions when you are on a Livestorm team can be a bit confusing. On one hand, it is nice that you set a host/admin once and then they have those priveledges for every webinar, but on the other hand sometimes you want to know for sure that a certain team member is a host on a specific webinar. This comes into play when we are organizing webinars hosted by different department heads in our company.

We were struggling with attendance at our webinars, and more specifically attendee engagement. The friendly interface and the emoji reactions feature has brought so much more virtual energy to our webinars, and we've seen an increase in both attendance and engagement.

Livestorm allow for a good management interaction with external public, which is perfect for webinar.

A recording of the session is automatically send after a session to participants - I wished it could be chaptered to make it more accessible.

Traditionnal videoconference tools does not allow you to control the interactions with the public with that much precision, which can easily generate chaos or make you missed opportunities.

On utilise Livestorm depuis plusieurs années et c'est très facile. On peut créer des événements en quelques clics. Récupérer les données automatiquement via Zappier. Recevoir des intervenants externes sans que ce soit compliqué pour eux... On est très satisfait.

On ne peut pas copier un événement du coup on perd un peu de temps en recréant des événements qui ont les mêmes paramétres

On voulait un support qui nous permette de fournir du contenu à notre communauté de RH. Et avec livestorm c'est très facile.

Handling webinars smoothly with multiple presenters.

We have linked up Livestorm to our automation platform and it gives us a complete solution for new MQL onboarding. We are able to send a lot a usefull information via webhook (attendance, webinar name, etc) which helps us giving a tailored experience to the users.

It comes at a certain price so not specifically suitable for smaller companies.

We are able to generate dynamic webinar registration blocks that is embed on a Web page. No need to manually update links anymore.

Livestorm is very user friendly. It allows for breakout rooms making it a great platform for larger group trainings and interactive meetings. You can choose to allow attendees to participate or just login to attend a hosted webinar. All meeting are automatically recorded and can be accessed via the same meeting link to review again at a later stage.

Livestorm can sometimes be sensitive to be connectivity. This impacts on the quality of the meeting. It is not a well known platform, people would prefer to use a platform that they more familiar with.

Livestorm allows me to connect with clients across the country. I use it to host one-on-one training session and larger group meetings. The meetings can be as interactive as you want them to be. It is easy for clients to connect to Livestorm and attend sessions even if they are a first time user. Sharing the meeting link is easy and you can even register a participant by adding their email address.

It's best when you can control your audience who can or cannot join the meeting. Livestorm allows you to manage your contacts before you start. You could let your audience speak in the webinar or listen and not speak in the webinar. The interface is easy to use.

Livestorm charges almost 1 USD per contact, which they could work on. The more extensive packages could also have better pricing.
