I like the automation and broadcasts. They are easy to use. Every time I have a question, I have received quick, knowledgeable service. I feel the intake process is great. Our training was structured and practical. I like promotor/lead emails! The new leads can be tagged and then given information for their specific needs.
I need more practice. The automations are new to me.
The intake is going smoother. The information is banked in one place and clients can do it on line with ease. Clients who do not finish, can start exactly where they stopped entering. We can support them to complete the forms.

I had a few hitches moving from the legacy broadcast builder to the new builder bu,t with the help of the training support team and the Facebook group, I was sorted.
I was able to quickly set up automations for nurture email sequences attached to two lead magnets in time for a big presentation at the UK Baby Show. Awesome! And now I can easily create great emails and broadcasts to keep all my new leads engaged and happy. I'm In the process now of linking up an appointment diary.

These are the factors I like alot easy contact importing, sales management, campaign building, accurate tagging, and reporting. Ecommerce system has also good options like payment plans to split the payment into installments.
Campaign & landing page builders take much time to load sometimes; as soon as elements increases on the landing page, it starts hanging. These factors need to be improved.

Keap new interface is very simple and user-friendly. Email deliverability is very very good; Campaigns are straightforward to build. In campaigns, landing page builder is very user-friendly. The tagging and reporting system is very accurate—reasonable and good pricing plans for users.
Directly integration with third-party apps like Twillio, Zoom, calendly doesn't exist. Landing page builder slow down as soon as elements increases on the page.

I love that we can take a dream experience we want someone to have and create that with automation in the campaign builder. The newer addition in text messaging capabilities has been huge as many of our clients would come to us for support in developing text message campaigns and we found ourselves hitting walls trying to find suitable 3rd party options that were within budget for clients.
We and most of our clients are in Keap Max Classic and right now the limitations with the landing page builder can be frustrating.
Consistent follow up to leads and giving our clients the experience we want them to have. Being able to streamline communication and ensure that clients are hearing from us even as we grow and manual follow ups gets more and more unrealistic. We're eliminating communication issues and large amounts of payroll going to simple follow up.

I am not the Keap expert on our team and so there are features I dont know how to use. But the ones I do know how to use are awesome. The issues I have with it are from the way we have it set up, no fault to the software.

Sometimes emails through Keap end up in Junk email.
I do all kinds of things in Keap: pipeline systems and processes, invoicing, email campaigns, easy automations, task lists, and database management. I can't make it through the day without using these important tools. It is an all-in-one system that just "keaps" getting better. And IKON--the national conference--blew my mind. There were so many experts willingly giving tips that make processes even better. I've never experienced anything like it. I came back with truly do-able improvements that will increase my business bottom line.
I love that I can apply "tags" to my customers. It makes it very easy to search for customers who match the criteria I am looking for in order to generate leads to fill my sales pipeline. It also allows me to quickly see what the customer's history with us by searching tags rather than manually looking in the "person notes." I also think its great that I can see if a customer has viewed an email I sent or not.
When the quick search goes down it is hard because I often use Keap when I am in the middle of online meetings and the quick search is very convenient to quickly pull up a customer. I also wish that you could use quick search to search companies rather than having to go to the Nav menu.
The problem we have solved with Keap, for me, is the ability to track the emails I send. It allows me to see if a customer has actually opened an email from me. Sometimes a customer will say that they called references that I may have sent in an email at their request, but when I look it is easy for me to see if they are not telling me the truth. Or if they say they did not get an email, I can look to see if that is really the case.
