I love that Keap provides a guided experience for you so that you're not paying for a program you don't know how to use! The online support has been phenomenal and unmatched from any other program I've worked with before.
The price point is a bit higher than other programs. I do wish they had a bit more integration opportunities that didn't require using zapier. However, there are so many integrations that make this program super efficient.
Since joining keep, they have helped me to establish and streamline the automation in my business, they have connected me with resources to build my website, and create systems for lead generation. Rather than spending hours learning how to use the program, they have been there every step of the way guiding me through their expertise in the program and best business practices.
It's always many steps ahead of me with capabilities I'll soon need. Even so, it's always easy to use and their tech support is world class.
Like many things today, I wish it cost less but it's head and shoulders above anything else I've used or looked at and it's worth the money.

If used properly, Keap can take much of the grunt work off the desk of your Sales Team allowing you to focus on growing your sales and profits. I also just attended my first Conference and realized how much I didn't know. The vendors at this conference provided many tools that will also enhance my business. I'm grateful for your product, the support you provide and for showing us additional services that will help my business continue to grow and prosper.
I have no complaints about this product. I just wish I had realized the capabilities sooner. Our campaigns are extremely elementary and as a result, my sales team is bogged down with processes that should be automated.
Keap is all about creating TOMA - top of mind awareness for our prospects so when they are ready to invest in the services or products we offer - they think of us first. Keap is also automating many of the tasks that bog down my sales team. In addition, Keap has exceptional value to follow-up, nurture and provide more sales opportunities to our current clients.
Navigation of system and convenience of documents accessibility.
