I've really enjoyed using EngageBay. With it, we're managing to hit email open rates above 40% regularly. They have tools available that other email platforms just do not have. Their service is also very quick to reply when you have questions.
I'm hoping that they add more API functionality, especially for reporting on email success.
They help us deliver emails at a much higher success rate due to their creative ways of organically warming up emails. They also provide tools to make it easy to integrate software such as SendGrid to help improve IP reputation.
The level of customer support I received. From the moment I signed up, the EngageBay team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They walked me through the features and answered all of my questions, which helped me get up and running quickly.

What I love best about EngageBay is you can create contacts just by importing your CSV file. You can also create Marketing Campaigns and monitor them at the same time. Analytics in Dashboard is very useful in getting information on sent campaigns versus bounces, spams, and unsubscribes.
So far it is very useful, nothing to dislike.

I wish there was more space for lists without having to upgrade the plan. These lists are really useful for keeping my business organized, and I think it would be great if the paid plans included more of them. I've also been contacted a lot by sales, which is fine, but the policy of deactivating accounts if they're not logged into at least once a week is a bit shocking. I understand the need for some level of activity, but I think once a quarter or even once a month would be more reasonable, especially for those of us running a side business and not needing to be on the platform every week.

We have tried email boradcast which is bulk email automation which worked perfectly and saved us a lot of time.
As a first time user of your platform, I needed assistance a couple of times and I engaged with Charles T. He was absolutely helpful at all times, guided me through the process and in fact also checked in to see if was successful. Now, thats what you call professional service. I was also only allowed to send 100 x emails based on our package but received an exception to send out over 400 - this is what you call excellent customer service.
Not able to give you my feedback on this as its all still pretty new to me. I would be great if you could add more business focused templates that we can utilise by merely tweaking.

I like that it has most of the features of the most popular CRM's but at a fraction of the cost. We were paying 5x more for a popular alternative so it is a no brainer in that regard.
It is missing a few features that the more premium CRM's have but at this price you just cannot complain.
It is solving our CRM needs and email marketing needs. The builder for emails and landing pages is very easy to use and an improvement on others I have used.
