What do you like best about EngageBay?

The Engagebay platform offers powerful features for multiple marketing needs. The Platform offers a free plan to start with and packs in a lot, even in the free program (unlike other platforms). The platform has verstaile features from Landing Pages, Email Autoresponders, Templates, CRM, Web Pop-Ups and much more. The platform is extremely user friendly.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

The Basic Plan should have included one Marketing Automation sequence.

What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

The platform offers multiple features which help to run a 360-degree marketing campaign with Engagebay.

What do you like best about EngageBay?

What I like the most about Engagebay is that it has made work easier for me as a salesperson. Before using Engagebay, I had to manually store and keep all my leads, prospects, and customers in a spreadsheet, which was time-consuming and did not give me enough time to focus on the most essential things in my line of work.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

So far, I love everything about Engagebay because it had made my job more manageable than it was before I started using it.

What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

I work as a Sales Development Representative at a Sales agency company. Engagebay has helped me manage all my leads, prospects and customers, and has made my sales pipeline and sales funnel manageable. It has also helped me and the marketing team to be in sync in all our activities and be able to provide a seamless customer journey.

"'Super-fast' learning curve thanks to 'super-patient' online chat support"
What do you like best about EngageBay?

The support team on online chat, is a standout feature of this mob. The software is intuitive enough to jump straight in and start creating with no training, simply because the online chat team is there to answer any and all questions about how to do the simplest, to the more demanding tasks.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

This is very difficult to answer. I have not found anything to dislike yet....maybe it could be better if it provided a built-in e-signature facility. At the moment this facility is provided by third-party supplier, Docu-sign.

What problems is EngageBay solving and how is that benefiting you?

My business requires careful tracking of both companies and individuals along a marketing journey of about a dozen steps, including three reminders. Each stage of the journey is driven by a different client action. Some, but not all stages, can be automated. The rest demand judicious use of tags, calendar events and notes, for each client, which in EngageBay, are very simple to fill in and retrieve. Also easy to automate and read, is the sales journey that occurs after the marketing journey.

Its a true alternative to HubSpot at a very affordable cost. The support is amazing.

So far nothing has been to dislike. Even the customer service has been top-notch.

I was looking for a CRM that can do automations, email campaigns, and SMS messages. I was looking at different platforms but it looks like this one does it all for me in one place. An all in one app just like the name says haha

What do you like best about EngageBay?

It is an all-in-one suite that helps me capture leads, segment the leads and engage them to get the best results out of my marketing. Moreover, the free version itself is so powerful.

What do you dislike about EngageBay?

Nothing so far because just started using it.

The best problem being solved is that I can aggregate all the data in one place and it helps me sort out the attribution problems. The benefits are that you can switch from one feature to another seamlessly.
