All the basics a marketer would need to run campaigns included in a single platform. We have improved our time to run campaigns massively. Much better launch process and the landing pages run quite fast.
Engagebay could have more native integrations. I know they are working on more. It is a new platform so it still needs some polishing. However, for the time they have been live it is impressive

I just upgraded to Growth level so still learning. But I am impressed by the responsiveness of the customer service team. To me that speaks loudly. What i have used so far has been fairly easy to set up and works as it should.

We are a start up - and before we began our outreach and paid advertising campaigns we wanted all of the automation and email sequencing in place before we clicked 'play'. I trialled Pipedrive and other CRMs and althought most offered this funtionality - they were overly complicated and the automations side seemed like a bolt-on to what would have been simply a customer management software - rather than a Marketing Machine (which is what we needed). So far Engagebay has helped us streamline out sales campaigns and the support team have been extremely helpful to get everything set up through onboarding and even before we subcribed. Would recommend.
The Engagebay calendar widget and appointments functions needs better integration allowances but I have been told they are working on this within their current roadmap of improvements (to add hidden fields for example to track where the contacts who are scheduling an appointment are coming from as a lead source). There are workaround, but we are looking forward to the improvements.
Automating the whole marketing process.
This product has a lot of great features and the customer service is fantastic. It is probably the best I've come across.
Personally, I need more built-in email designs. The email template builder needs to give me more control through UI for more detailing on the design.

- Affordable - Easy to use - Great customer support - As a Manufacturing company, I find their Task dashboard is very helpful as I can choose Grid view instead of List, so we've made it into a project tracker
- No email sync unless you get Sales Pro or All-in-One plan. - Some features need improvement such as the filter. For example, suppose I want to filter contacts of multiple accounts (let's say 5). In that case, I have to create the same set of conditions for 5 accounts instead of being able to pick multiple accounts from a list, and there is no way I can duplicate the set I create, which is time-consuming. You'll encounter many other little things along the way and have to work around them. - They have the mobile app but I haven't been able to use it. If I go to "Deals" and want to click on a deal to see more details, nothing happens. Please fix your mobile app.
A great platform for both our Sales and Marketing teams, a great alternative to Hubspot as we're a small company and need something simple and more affordable. We can also work with other departments in the company using the Tasks feature.
A holistic solution for small and medium-sized companies. An optimal choice for StartUps. Nearby everything covered what a business needs to get going. If you even don't have a website, you can set it up as a 100% fully automated marketing machine with graphical and logical pathways.
Some setup steps can be a bit difficult, and some essential functionalities on mobile devices are missing. I know most functions are not necessary on mobiles, but responding to contact emails or copying phone numbers to start calls can get annoying, even with their explicit app. But I'm sure that will be improved in the near future (if not done already).

I like being able to speak to customer service immediately whenever I need. The customer service team is the best I've ever worked at from a software point of view. They're eager to help and always available at a moments notice.
There's a limit to how many emails I can send. I think that's probably wise as the system is preventing me from being a spammer, but it makes scheduling a bit difficult.
HubSpot is completely bloated and way too complex for the average user. Engagebay is the perfect balance of functionality and ease of use. Also having someone to speak to for support is so beneficial.
It's most helpful that Engagebay can automatically sync course enrollments from our Thinkific LMS websites. That way, we can segment contacts by what they've shown interest in. The automations and workflows are particularly helpful for moving leads through different lessons to vet interested leads before assigning them to the sales department. It's a plus that we don't have to recreate our website on their platform to make it work for us. Also, the team at Engagebay is very responsive to our needs.
There are a few things that could be made easier in the programming, like copying whole automations to workflows so we don't have to manually recreate them and copying of emails created in automations--it would be nice if templates were automatically created when an email is created anywhere. Looking up a contact's activity from live chat could be more seamless because a contact doesn't wait around very long to get an answer; instead of having to open another tab, I'd like to be able to click on the email to open the Contact's record.
Targeted followup emails that are automated based on what a contact does on our website is probably the biggest problem that we are going to be able to solve. Assigning salespeople automatically at the end of that followup evenly between our sales department is also a game changer for us.
The customer service is pretty great. They have all of the automations and workflows you need for a small business. It's a great platform for an all-in-one sales, marketing, and support tool, and it's a pretty good option considering the price point. It's not too complex to use once you get into the swing of things. They even implemented a feature in two days in the forms that I thought would be useful and easy to execute after talking to support about it once.
The only issues I've run into with EngageBay is there aren't any ETAs or timelines for things that are on the roadmap or in development. Other than that, everything has been good.
Truly having an all-in-one solution to a small business. Being able to manage all my contacts, leads, correspondence, marketing campaigns and automations in one place has been great for keeping myself and my business organized.

It is a very good solution as an alternative to much more expensive software. So it goes well with small and medium-sized companies that do not have a large budget.

The Engagbay is a user-friendly solution. The best of this solution is that I have a simple GUI, which makes the user experience very pleasant and as a user, I don't have to refer to any manual document to understand the solution it self explanatory.
There was nothing I didn't like about this solution since the experience was pleasant and so smooth that I could not recall that I had any bad experience or anything which I didn't like.

Sales automation feature, which solves a lot of problems and saves time. Like once you assign the task to your sales guy, you can see the real time status of the work done & because of this it improves efficiency of reporting and employee work.
Really tough to say what I didn't like in Engage because as of now all the needed tools are there at the moment. If we regularize this then we would be able to say about improvements.

Contact management should be improved. Social software analytics should also be Included. A calendar view can also be integrated straight onto the e-mail template. It will help their users a lot. Additional e-mail purchases should be made affordable.
One of the most beneficial things about EngageBay is that t provides complete free CRM with an automation platform, live chat and video template features. Furthermore, it is very easy to set up and its customer support is very responsive who are always eager to solve your implementation issues and all other queries.

My previous CRM was difficult to set up. It required a lot of time and effort. This new one, on the other hand, is incredibly easy to use. You can import data from other systems, as well as get detailed help from customer service if you need additional guidance.

We where looking for a easy to use CRM for our sales and marketing dpts. Tried various CRMs, Few where very complicated and a few didn't serve our purpose. Signed up for a free trail with Engage bay and tested the same on real time basis. Its user friendly and didn't have to request for a Demo. The UI and features are really very easy. Any one with basic knowledge will be able to understand it, Customize it as per thier requirement. I have recommend the same to all my sales divisions and so far everyone seems to be happy about it.
