Segments and solutions like automation bring value to the client by having every marketing technology need in a single place; the email construction model with drag & drop , works just fine.
The algorithm or server they use for the email sends is not quite as functional or helpful to the markets I'm trying to reach through my campaigns. Maybe a rule facilitator or guide on how to solve this would help.

EngageBay has all of the features and functionality for us to scale our business. The workflows are straightforward, and the support team is extremely responsive. We have used several of their competitors; however, the EngageBay platform is easier to use than the others we tested - so we shifted our business to EngageBay.
If we had to pick something we did not like about EngageBay, it would be the small library of video tutorials available for first-time users of their platform.
Initially, EngageBay is filling the automation gaps between our sales team, marketing department and our "off-shore" support team. Since their integrated platform provides several types of automation(s), we are leveraging it to streamline our internal processes while scaling our business and simultaneously providing best-in-class service to our new and existing customers.
I find it astounding how many features the platform offers for the price. For a lot less money, you can get more features and functionality than some of the "big players." This is always a significant positive for us because the system is simple to use and train clients on.
Although they are always willing and ready to assist, the training manuals may be improved. Some of my questions are generic and could have been answered in a manual.
Managing a huge job list and client interactions is my main necessity. Sending email newsletters and updates to clients is another essential requirement. Engagebay is quite good at this. I've only once had to contact customer service, and each time, my query was promptly and properly resolved. Their customer service is outstanding,.
Engagebay presents the most useful options for business marketing in an easy and organized way. Avoid offering too many options that only confuse users. Follow a logical sequence to organize campaigns.
Some options like push notifications, site messages, and sticky bars are active in the options menus for a free subscription, but they are not functional and can be confusing.
The script on my website is handy for managing visitors and increasing leads. Web pop-ups and embed forms are also significant to attract visitors' attention. In addition to creating attractive calls to action.
I like the layout of the platform. It is easy to use and simple to select filters for what your business finds most important to see. We tried a competitor before coming to Engagebay and it was not user friendly and the support/help features were not conducive to a busy business owner. The chat feature in Engagebay is outstanding. I am always able to get support immediately, I have never left the chat without my questions being answered, and the employees are on point with their knowledge and professionalism.
I wish there was more space for lists without having to upgrade the plan. These keep my business organized and are a fantastic tool. Maybe think about upping the allotment of lists for each paid plan.

Change! I just got used to the classic site, and then it was updated. The updated version is great, but I've lost some time trying to find things.

Support is amazing. Timely, consistent and solves issues within an extremely short time frame. This is rare to find.
Would like to see more templates for emails and landing pages. Also, the ability to change images' opacity would be good.

Thanks to Engage Bay, we can now do everything with the same tool: follow the commercial aspect (contact, sales, follow-up), the marketing aspect (creation of e-mailing, sending of newsletters, management of several brands on the same platform). One-to-one emails are a little clunky, but that's not really the role of the system
I work with a citizen's group that meets weekly. It's super simple to sign up new members, and the email and text broadcasts are easy to set up. And when I want to do something new, or I just forgot how to do something I don't normally do, support is quick to remind me or send me correct link.

EngageBay is an excellent platform for storing all of your client data. It shows a great view of all customer data, with different interactions and time, and also all the files are stored in one place with easy access, role management etc. So it helps a lot in organizing work like you don't have to go back to your Excel sheets anymore.
It's great but it can add some more integrations, they said they're adding as we speak.

It's very useful that You have a package with the most important tools as CRM and email marketing service as one service. Workflow is much easier, data flow is simpler and results are more visible. CRM has many options that You can only dream about in some other online solutions. The file repository is a nice touch.
Not so much but some polishing should be done (procedure, user interface,..). Icons in Activities are without explanations and could be done better, Workflow editor is really confusing.

A very powerful and complete set of tools that manages our complex workflows for customer acquisition. Great and responsive customer support. They are quick to resolve any issues and walk us through the solution. The customer support makes EngageBay the perfect solution for us.
The landing page feature, although nice to have, cannot add code to the page header. This makes it useless for us, as we can't integrate our shopping cart "Peek Pro" onto the page.

There are so many features that I didn't even know I would want / need and then right about the time I realize I need / want it, I find already part of the solution.
I'm finding the self-serve documentation to be a little thin. There is a plethora of video tutorials etc that get you up and running but the more detailed stuff doesn't seem to have documentation depth. Perhaps it is because they want to assist with things beyond the usual.

It''s funnel builder is one of the best and I have used Kartra and Clickfunnels. I love the Kanban Task view. Their support is phenomenal. They fixed 3 of my problems within a couple of days. They also answer functionality questions and stayed on a chat with me for about an hour until I had my personal domain fully configured. I love the Chrome plugin that allows me to add contacts at the click of a button in Linkedin and Gmail. I also love the "Activity" and "Source" information kept with each contact. I love the Calendar/Appointment feature with the Zoom integration. It allowed me to replace Calendly and provides better tracking.
The conversational mailbox is missing a few things. For example, if I want to reply to a message I already sent to a contact as a follow-up, I have to copy their email address and paste it in the "To" field. Other CRMs would auto-fill it just by me typing the contact name in the "To" field or it would pre-populate it with the Contacts default email Id. Also, any contacts added by the Chrome plugin do not trigger an event so you cannot launch an automation from these contacts. Have to manually start it.
Freed up a lot of my time where I was managing the day-to-day admin activities so I can spend more time on calls and zoom calls with potential customers. * Lead generation funnel (replaced Kartra which had replaced Clickfunnels). Now everything is integrated. * Contact management and follow-ups (Replaced Hubspot) * Lead nurturing with drip email campaigns (Replaced Mailchimp or any autoresponder) * Marketing automation (Replaced Mailgun) * Appointment scheduling and tracking (Replaced Calendly) There are more benefits/features I plan on taking advantage of. I just haven't gotten to them all yet (e.g SMS and Call integrations)
I have ported three times in the last year to different providers; this is the best. The marketing growth package is perfect for small businesses. Bob Smith ANd Andy Roberts are excellent service assistants, and the in-system chat is amazing
Nothing yet. I am a bit frustrated that it takes about a week to warm up your account to send thousands of emails, but I understand that they do it to keep their server scores high.

I saw some of the pro users have reviewed some CONS for this tool, and YES, It may be true, but if you are a medium blogger who needs the best email marketing service, you can go for it. I didn't see any CONS in this tool for bloggers.
