I've really enjoyed using EngageBay. With it, we're managing to hit email open rates above 40% regularly. They have tools available that other email platforms just do not have. Their service is also very quick to reply when you have questions.
I'm hoping that they add more API functionality, especially for reporting on email success.
They help us deliver emails at a much higher success rate due to their creative ways of organically warming up emails. They also provide tools to make it easy to integrate software such as SendGrid to help improve IP reputation.

I wish there was more space for lists without having to upgrade the plan. These lists are really useful for keeping my business organized, and I think it would be great if the paid plans included more of them. I've also been contacted a lot by sales, which is fine, but the policy of deactivating accounts if they're not logged into at least once a week is a bit shocking. I understand the need for some level of activity, but I think once a quarter or even once a month would be more reasonable, especially for those of us running a side business and not needing to be on the platform every week.

The EngageBay All-in-one platform is the most simple, but what I like best they have great customer support. This I would say is that USP (Unique Selling Proposition). However, there are many things I love about the platform. It has a Marketing, Sales, and Support system for your business. The marketing platform allows you to build landing pages and create automation to take your prospect through the customer journey, where they come out on the backside as paying customers. The sales platform is designed for direct sales (Telemarketing).
There are many things I dislike, but the simplicity of the platform allows for quite a few workarounds. As you have probably learned, there is no perfect platform. All of them have issues. Here are my gripes about EngageBay. They don't have enough video training. If you're not somewhat intuitive, this is not the platform for you. However, the intuitive thrives here; it is just that simple. I don't like the mobile landing page builder. You build the desktop, and then you must rebuild the mobile landing pages. I don't like their third-party integrations. They are sometimes not as intuitive. I don't like the way the sticky-bars work; they should allow you to suspend them without deleting them as you deem necessary. I a sure there are other things, but nothing significant. In the end, it is just tiny frustrations, and there are no large ones.
They allow me to do almost all of my marketing from one platform. I have a landing page builder, forms, stick-bars to build a list, and social media post disbursements. There have been many products I have been able to replace my autoresponder, my website platform, automation, and many other tools they allow you to get rid of. At the end of they day I would imagine they save you $500+ per month.
Being able to track every interaction with each client is just spectacular. I am outperforming larger businesses by myself with this platform. Thanks to EngageBay.
My only suggestion is the inclusion of other currencies such as Barbados in the West Indies.

I like the ease of use of the platform, very intuitive and now that they have changed design is even nicer! I also like how there is always someone available through the chat to support you and solve queries.
I wouldn't say I liked that at the beginning; we only had a 100 email limit to send, but the team helped me out effectively and gave me the correct instructions so that our limit could be increased.
Since we are still a scale up, we had troubles finding a tool that fit to our size, not only in features but also in pricing. And EngageBay solved this for us, its the platform we really needed!
Customer service is available through the online link within the program. Everytime I have needed to ask a question I have been able to get an answer and solve my problem.

I think all the features are great, majorly, the email sequence, this has helped me reduce my effort on follow-up, the lead creating and email automation on them is also a great feature.
Almost all the features that I am using are going well, however, I think calling features can be improved, once we make a call there should be a default note placed of the call made with the connection or not connected info.

The free plan has only a 500 contacts limit. it could have been at least 1000. Email templates could have been much better

It takes care of our email marketing (migrated from Mailchimp) and we rely on it heavily for all our website custom forms. We also use its live chat feature.
It's a user-friendly platform where you can store all your contacts and maintain the database up to date, avoiding having to deal with multiple Excel sheets. I only use Engage bay and it perfectly corresponds to my needs.
For the moment, everything is fine. I had to face once some technical issues but these have been dealt with fairly rapidly with an efficient support from the technical team.
