The software and the support team are very nice to work with. Suggestions and feedbacks are taken seriously and implemented. It has tons of features and functionality.
For me it is the landing page builder which needs to be improved. As it is not mobile friendly. We need to adjust the blocks on the mobile version seperately.
It is very useful tool for small and medium sized businesses that offers a variety of features. I can easily manage my contacts and add tags to them to identify them easily. It helps in creating email templates easily and run email campaigns for selected users.
It is a feature rich tool that can be used easily as it user interface is clean and easy to understand. One can easily import contacts, create templaes and landing pages with ease and also automate tasks.
It has everything but there are certain limitations like number of nodes in the automation even on the middle tier which I didn't like.
EngageBay has made our life easier as I can duplicate the templates and make some minor changes and sent to the list of contacts and also It helps us in creating automation that creates tasks automatically and assigns to the users.
I have subscribed to EngageBay only to capture leads and send them marketing emails. It was serving my purpose and I am very happy with the product. Apart from the features that I need it has many other advanced features like automations, workflows and landing pages.
Almost very good but they still need to polish their UI and UX.
Basically I started using it to capture the leads and email markting and it is serving my purpose. I can easily create forms and add it to my webiste to capture the leads. Once I have the leads I can divide them in different lists and run email campaings on them.
EngageBay is a great tool to manage contacts and to run email campaigns. I live the live chat feature where all the agents can view all the chats and answer them which improves the customer satisfaction. Also the UI of the chat is very impressive and the push notifications for each chat, each message are so cool that helps the agents to answer without missing any chats.
It has all the features that are needed for me to work but it can certainly work on adding new features like advanced social media tracking, advanced reporting
It is tool that is helping in managing my contacts easily and running email campaigns. I can easily create email templates and send it to a particular list of contacts. Their live chat also helps us in answering our clients questions.
EngageBay is a great peice of tool with all the sales and marketing features that are needed for a small and medium class business. I love the easy way of contact management. One can easily create campaigns and run on a list of contacts.
It is a great peice of software but still it lacks in advanced reporting and social analytics. They need to work on adding these functionalities
EngageBay helps me in managing my contacts easily. I can easily create lists for my different clients and run campaigns on them. Moreover the drag and drop email template builderis very easy to use.
I love how you can manage your deals (sales pipeline) with email automations associated with those deals from the same platform. This is essential as it saves my sales and account management team a ton of time and effort with regards to admin work
The learning curve is steep. Email syn is on the sales pro plan, could have been a part of basic plan. There calendar and invitation automation isn't as good as Calendly.
It helps my account management team to have a visibility of all our active deals ( onboarding pipeline), allowing us to track everything in one place and saving us time.
it is one of the best and simple tool for Marketing and Sales Campaingns. Engagebay has helped streamline our sales and marketing processes. Their support team was very helpful and even the onboarding experieince was awesome.
They have all the features that are needed for a CRM. They need to work on social analytics
It helps me with my daily activities like sending emails, creating newsletters and automating tasks.
I first saw EngageBay August of 2018. Its a big fuzz during the black friday sale on that year as well. I think it was promising but it does not meet my need yet. I signed up for the free account and just check it from time to time. I am amazed of the progress they have for a short time. Finally, I checked it again during the first quarter of 2020. Times are tough, Im just thankful Engagebay is sophisticated enough to handle my marketing. I slowly migrated. After a few months, Im doing pretty well. Just glad I switched over. I have a system with a really high standard for a price far lower than what I use to pay.
I explore EngageBay functions thoroughly to maximize its use. I noticed for the entirety of my use of Engagebay that new features seem to come out faster than related documentations. In some cases, I do not find any documentation at all. Engagebay is easy to use so I can figure how to work things out eventually. however, it is nice to have immediate guide so that I can make use of the new features right on. In addition, It is also nice to have a place where I can see new features released. I can only find out of these new features when I accidentally come across it or when I ask support.
I have been a freelance Web Developer and Digital Marketing Analyst for the past 6 years and I am constantly working on growing my market. I am used to professional level tools that I have in my corporate job. However, they prove to be costly. Discovering EngageBay, allows me to operate on that level of professional environment I want and organize my efforts in my marketing and doing transactions with my clients with a really affordable pricetag.
The platform is easy to use with great customer support. Their support team is just on a click of a button and very quick to respond. I really like the automations and workflows that makes my life easier.
The only downside is indepth reporting that is crucial for a business.
It solves almost all my problems from the point of contact management, segrregating my clients and vendors in different lists and automate the follow up process
I like the contact management and marketing features. I can easily create email templates and send to my clients. Automations makes all my tasks easier.
It has all the features that are needed. It would be great if they can work on social analytics
The platform is user friendly and it is helping me automate the tasks. Automations and workflows are powerfull.
The most useful tools for managing contacts and communicating with them are at your fingertips.
the mobile app is sometimes slow at startup
Quick landing page creation and customer communication
I love that you can create unlimited contacts and you could send 50,000 emails per month. But I could purchase additional emailing credits if I want to send even more emails. That is just one part of the All-in-one suite subscription. There are different modules that you can do a lot in, Marketing, Sales, Service, Livechat. Each module has a myriad number of features that you can implement in your own way that will meet your company's needs.
One thing I dislike about EngageBay is that the All-in-one suite does not actually include everything. There is a new really cool feature which allows you to track website activity, but it is an add-on. EngageBay charges extra for this feature.
EngageBay definitely has a good price for the All-in-one suite when compared to other CRM software. I was looking for a CRM program to be able to send and track emails, especially in mass amounts. EngageBay had that and much more as well.
That I can do everything on one platform.
There is nothing I dislike. I think everything is awesome!
Generating leads and managing customers.
Ease to broadcast email marketing, Creating landing pages, and Dedicated Automation Tool, SMS Marketing
As we are newly started, so far, nothing is related to cons which i can mention here
Easy to approach the audience, Leads generation, Helped to create the dedicated designing tool "really love that." Generate the maximum business revenue
I am glad I chose Engagebay suite for my new business. My web design had difficulty setting up another product and this was much easier The tools for customer journeys were very intuitive and powerful. The price is right also.
Sometimes I get too many emails from their sales department. I have used CRM products that synch better with third party vendors. I am sure this is in the works.
I manage all my contacts that have subscribed on my website. These are populated automatically into Engagebay. I also ad and track direct contacts I make theou networking. This has been an easy process to setup and use.
Engagebay organizes and simplifies the most useful business marketing options. It is an excellent substitute for all of the other products on the market others are too expensive. EngageBay, on the other hand, is inexpensive, adaptable, and simple to use. We use it mostly for marketing and sales automation.
Some areas are cluttered, such as email sequences, but they are minimal. It is critical to improving dashboards that provide a holistic view of the organization.
Contact management, along with automation and workflows, is beneficial. The templates were also valuable to me in a way I hadn't expected. The email list I'm building with EngageBay is growing and extending my reach, which is my top priority.
EngageBay is an excellent alternative to all the other CRM solutions on the market. It was an easy choice for us when we saw that the product had all the needed functionalities at a fraction of the competitor's price. It's a flexible, intuitive, and easy-to-use solution for marketing and sales. Especially the automation functions are excellent. I'm also very impressed with the customer service. They are quick to reply and fix problems.
The Service Bay still lacks some functionalities that we need, so we have to use an alternative solution for that at the moment. It would also be great to have better integration with social networks.
Market and sales automation (e-mail, sequences etc.), web forms, pop-ups, live chat, task management, appointment scheduling software and 360-degree customer view are popular functions for us. It helps us build stronger relationships with our customers and free up time with automated processes.
They have there own templates and its users frendly, they made it easy for me because that's what I use for our company Sisekelo, and we can share logging in details with 5 people
My dislike's when I am attaching big-size images, and I can't sometimes resize on engagebay
Company marketing and latest updates about the business you run
We get all the modules at one place, like Sales, Marketing & Service. No need to opt for separate solutions. The interface is very user-friendly, with all advanced functions
Pricing seems to be on a bit on the higher side, which can be improved upon for SMEs in the Basic version. The free version also gives a limited Contact limit of up to 250.
Helping to manage Sales, Service and Marketing in one place. It increased our Sales Rep and Manager's efficiency through easy reporting and analytics.
I like that it has every feature I need and they actually work well together.
There are some small issues with the software like glitches but the support team is pretty helpful.
I use it mostly for landing pages and email automation but the CRM is also good for me as well.
With All in one suite, you have an overview of all company segments. From marketing to sales team. When you correctly set up your account, your work becomes very easy and fast. With a new design, dashboards are even more user-friendly. We have different integrations, and everything works smoothly.
Automations have some limitations that could make your life even easier, but it's nothing crucial. We are marketing agency and we always come with new ideas how could make our automations better and for that case we sometimes find some limitations with automations and workflows.
All problems. We have all our clients in one place, with all call logs, analytics, email engagement, and revenue... We were looking All in one CRM and we have found it! Every team member has an overview for specific client, which makes our team even more efficient at work.
User Interphase is smooth. It's easy to integrate with other tools. This is a must for any marketing tech stack!
Their trial limits the amount of data you can upload.
Simple email marketing filtered by our verticals
Segments and solutions like automation bring value to the client by having every marketing technology need in a single place; the email construction model with drag & drop , works just fine.
The algorithm or server they use for the email sends is not quite as functional or helpful to the markets I'm trying to reach through my campaigns. Maybe a rule facilitator or guide on how to solve this would help.
Quick email camaigns with drag and drop, full automation in my buying process, and understanding the different contact points with the client throughout the buying journey.
EngageBay has all of the features and functionality for us to scale our business. The workflows are straightforward, and the support team is extremely responsive. We have used several of their competitors; however, the EngageBay platform is easier to use than the others we tested - so we shifted our business to EngageBay.
If we had to pick something we did not like about EngageBay, it would be the small library of video tutorials available for first-time users of their platform.
Initially, EngageBay is filling the automation gaps between our sales team, marketing department and our "off-shore" support team. Since their integrated platform provides several types of automation(s), we are leveraging it to streamline our internal processes while scaling our business and simultaneously providing best-in-class service to our new and existing customers.
I find it astounding how many features the platform offers for the price. For a lot less money, you can get more features and functionality than some of the "big players." This is always a significant positive for us because the system is simple to use and train clients on.
Although they are always willing and ready to assist, the training manuals may be improved. Some of my questions are generic and could have been answered in a manual.
Managing a huge job list and client interactions is my main necessity. Sending email newsletters and updates to clients is another essential requirement. Engagebay is quite good at this. I've only once had to contact customer service, and each time, my query was promptly and properly resolved. Their customer service is outstanding,.
EngageBay is an excellent alternative to all other products in its market. SalesForce and HubSpot were way too expensive and complex for us. Conversely, EngageBay is very affordable, flexible and easy to use. We use it primarily for marketing and sales automations, but we also wanted something that had a service module rolled in. We found few genuine competitors to it, and we looked for many months. I have also found that they use the chat function on their website for support and usually respond within a few minutes. It works well and is much better than trolling through a Knowledge base looking for an answer.
Forms should have more options to customize, otherwise it's exactly what we were after.
Marketing automation, service desk and related analytics.
Engagebay presents the most useful options for business marketing in an easy and organized way. Avoid offering too many options that only confuse users. Follow a logical sequence to organize campaigns.
Some options like push notifications, site messages, and sticky bars are active in the options menus for a free subscription, but they are not functional and can be confusing.
The script on my website is handy for managing visitors and increasing leads. Web pop-ups and embed forms are also significant to attract visitors' attention. In addition to creating attractive calls to action.
I like the layout of the platform. It is easy to use and simple to select filters for what your business finds most important to see. We tried a competitor before coming to Engagebay and it was not user friendly and the support/help features were not conducive to a busy business owner. The chat feature in Engagebay is outstanding. I am always able to get support immediately, I have never left the chat without my questions being answered, and the employees are on point with their knowledge and professionalism.
I wish there was more space for lists without having to upgrade the plan. These keep my business organized and are a fantastic tool. Maybe think about upping the allotment of lists for each paid plan.
Organization, Team Member Unity, Email Broadcast and knowing who read/clicked what link. This definitely helps keep my business running smoothly and efficiently.
EngageBay offers comparable functionality to ActiveCampaign for a fraction of the price. The interface is straightforward and easy to use, which made the transition relatively painless. Plus, whenever we've encountered issues, the technical support team has been incredibly responsive. They often resolve the issue during the chat; if not, they typically provide a solution within one or two business days--even when the solution requires coding.
The system feels somewhat young (although it's growing up quickly!). For instance, the supposedly responsive, mobile-friendly templates really weren't. Still, once we brought this to the team's attention, they fixed the issue, and the new, responsive templates populated throughout the system. Overall, the templates seem clunky and not as sophisticated to use as, say, Mailchimp, but the platform is far more robust. Also, the navigation can be challenging. I always struggle with locating the email autoresponders, which are embedded in a specific workflow and not editable elsewhere.
We're using EngageBay to track conversions for website landing pages and to send automated emails for site visitors who take specific actions. We also use it to send out email campaigns segmented for different audiences.
Clients and potential clients can create appointments without having to contact me directly. A real time saver!
Change! I just got used to the classic site, and then it was updated. The updated version is great, but I've lost some time trying to find things.
Saving time trying to schedule my clients efficiently and start an email marketing plan. Two tasks I wanted to do, but now it's on one platform.
