Pandadoc has a big potential in terms of proposal software. We were happily using it for a while. It provided us with basic functionality on trial period and it seemed to be working well. Unfortunately that was the end of the good story
After signing up on paid subscription things started to go wrong. We added our credit card number to "payment method" and without a notice we've been charged 4 times within 15 seconds. Support doesn't exist - their phone number hits answering machine every time. Their email support is never being answered. I ended up lodging a fraud transactions with bank adding a lot of work. Their PipeDrive integration from their list of features doesn't work and back to square one - the support is... well there isn't one.
We're a digital agency providing online solutions for small to medium businesses. The app meant to help us with managing our proposal. We met with sales rep from Pandadoc once who gave us trial and that's the only time we were able to reach them. He doesn't pick up his phone, he doesn't respond to emails. We genuinely tried to use it and help them by paying evolving and solving issues. Unfortunately without communication all we have left is issues.
PandaDoc has a multi company platform that appears to be able to create a decent platform for proposals and bids. This is unique from the software that I have been reviewing. The interface seems easy to use; although, I agree with prior reviews that their may be some glitches from their workflow.
I submitted a question online chat and never got a response after initial contact was made. Further, the sales rep, Pavel, did answer the question several days later and provided an excuse that the chat was auto answered. He proceeded to tell me that he would discuss my question with me or that I could take my business elsewhere. I am choosing the latter! With that type of initial response and follow up, I can only imagine what the "real" customer service is like. Overall, this is a prime example of how NOT to treat your potential customers!!!! Additionally, Practice Ignition offers an integrated payment gateway without the hassles of a merchant account to handle and automated journal entries for invoicing. So far, their product is more robust and their customer service has been extremely responsive. Take one guess who is leading on my short list...:)
I am launching a niche tax and accounting firm to go with my real estate brokerage. The company is a subsidiary of the brokerage and will handle specialized accounting services as a primary target and routine accounting services as a secondary target. The multi-company workflow is unique and would have been a good fit for my company; however, in today's competitive market, responsive and helpful customer service is the most unique niche of them all!
My clients struggle oftentimes using technology, and this software is extremely user-friendly.
The downsides is the fact that to remind people about signing documents, you need to pay for a higher subscription.
It helps businesses easily capture insights for staff and clients and also collce information via their fillable fields.
PandaDoc is very user friendly. With no prior use you can easily navigate to create your document. The upload of word documents and ability to add signatures, text boxes, date fields etc is a great feature.
I have not found any difficulties as of now. I am a fairly new user within the last 3 months.
Easy to send documents our for signatures with outside contractors. Easy tracking of who has r3ad ir signed the document. I like the reminder feature.
Panda offers a simple way to get my documents signed whether it is for my tax business or my masonic fraternity.
A few templates for free would be nice but no big deal. As my business grows more I may have to upgrade. I have been using them for years.
affordable and easy to use
Users can upload documents, add details, and request signatures from others. It is not possible to make extensive edits to the document directly on Pandadoc.
It is not possible to make somewhat extensive edits using the free version of Pandadoc.
The contract drafting process is user-friendly and the contract can be easily allocated to the appropriate person for signature and details.
PandaDoc is very user friendly through building out multiple templates and easily drag and dropping into place. Has cut down on the time to generate proposals by 50%.
Formatting sometimes gets thrown off as you move stuff around. Would be nice to copy and paste within tables. There are a few minor adjustments that would be nice to have on how Taxing works.
Keeping all of our proposals with the same look and feel, and having a central place for everyone to go to access the information. Our clients love that everything is now set for e-signature
Very easy to use, and the customizations so far have been great.
Price feels a little high for the service
Document organization, legal binding, proof of signature,
PandaDoc is user-friendly and easy to get the hang of, making working with clients much smoother. The platform understands clients' needs and feels more tailored to our interactions. They've got these customizable templates that are handy for reusing documents without starting from scratch every time. Plus, one of the best parts is that when you send out contracts, they actually get to where they're supposed to go and don't end up in someone's spam folder.
API Integration comes at added costs and requires an upgrade.
Getting Agreements signed with great speed.
We have been using Panda Doc and are happy with the features provided. This is fulfilling our need for the near future and allowing us to grow before we build stronger relationships.
None at the moment, we are happy with everything that has been provided.
It is easy to get the contract signed.
How easy it is to create docs and send for signature.
a few features (i may not know) about new generic fields to auto populate more documents at once, option to clear some specific fields in case it`s mandatory to refill some blanks
keep track of documents and signatures.
You can semi-automatically add signature fields The customers never have issues with opening and signing documents
You can not so easy send custom reminders to customer/prospects for signing
Getting a signature easy on renewal documents
Having all document templates for legal, quotations etc. in one place.
There is not anything negative that I can think of at this time
Provides quick and simple price quoting for all level of users
PandaDoc simplified our subcontract process. We used to edit a paper copy of our subcontract, email it to the subcontractor, they would review and sign or review and edit; it would come back to us for final signature or approve or deny of edits; it would then either get emailed to them as a final executed subcontract or more back and forth with edits and approvals. Portions would have to de downloaded for signature, uploaded. It was a very big hassle that would not always go smoothly. PandaDoc does all the vollying and the elctronic editing and signing is great, a real timesaver.
When I save a created subcontract to use as a template, it doesn't save the information that will be repeated. i have to usually type it in twice for it to "stick". I wish I could attach downloadable documents to our subcontracts - this may be user error.

While I've worked in HR for 15+ years, I'd not used PandaDoc until a year ago. It has been a game changer! I use it to create documents, assign them to others, and wait for the signed and time stamped documents to arrive in my inbox. Pandodoc provides a great first impression to our new hires! With this quick, efficient, and secure system. I'm able to create and save frequently used templates and file them in easily accessable folders. The documents are electronically signed and you can set a signing order as well, which is a great convenience. Each participant is notified that they have a task to complete. All you need is their email and you're on your way to securely sending documents.
I haven't found any downsides to using PandaDoc.
PandaDoc allows me to send professional looking documents to our employees with ease.
I used to use Docusgin and the pricing and ease of PandaDoc is significantly better. I also like how it allows me to track if people have viewed the docuement in real time. I use it constantly and it really is great.
I dont really like the new dashboard as it is a little confusing and i wish there was a reminder after a certain amount of time for someone to sign a document so i didnt have to do that myself.
it is solving the ease of sending out documents and allows our candidates to send back documents with a shorter turn around time.
It is dependable and user-friendly, and I can always get quick and good customer support when I need it. Integrated well with other apps. I use it every day with hardly any problems ever.
I find it difficult to make the documents aesthetically pleasing, but that might be my own deficiency.
Connects with our sales CRM well and makes sharing and signing contracts easy
The ability to easily collaborate in a single document across multiple teams. As a result of this feature alone we've been able to significantly decrease the amount of time it takes to prepare our quarterly packages. Pandadoc is easy to use and super intuitive. It took no time for the team to pick it up and start woking in it.
While its nice for consistenlty in formatting sometimes working within the blocks can be a little bit limiting.
The ability to have a number of people working in the same document without corrupting the file or crashing it.
Simple, easy to learn and use interface. You get basic engagement and tracking information, and five documents sent, with the free account. That's plenty to give you a sense if the platform will work for you. They have a lot of great integrations, too. It's easy to implement into your document execution flow.
You can't dictate different signature types by document or signer, only at a platform level.
E-signatures that are compliant and legally binding; automatic date stamping of signed documents; providing signed documents to signers and requester.
With a little work (e.g., pre-making pdfs to load in), PandaDoc can create all the forms I need as a private practice psychologist, even with letterhead. The result looks professional and is HIPAA-compliant, which is key. I haven't found another service like it without significant cost. If I use a costly service, that is passed on to my clients, obviously, and I do what I can to limit extra costs to make therapy affordable. Highly recommend for telehealth professionals.
The only thing I dislike is the expiration on the free service - if the recipient does not respond fast enough, you need to re-do the whole form.
I need a flexible, HIPAA-compliant online form generator to collect signatures on legal forms (policies and procedures, informed consent).
