There are not real disadvantages to using PandaDoc.
With PandaDoc I receive instant notification from my signers.
It is user friendly, You can edit documents easily, and the price is better than similar products
I wish we did not have to pay extra for some additional options such as sending reminders.
It helps a lot with contract management, sending contracts and getting clients to sign them easily.
It allows me to send out contracts to clients immediately and helps allows me to live track how what pages they are stuck on. It also sends automatic reminders to clients
Sometimes it glitches when I download documents but this is always sorted by their support

I like everything about Pandadoc, I havent come accross something that I dislike about it.

We have been using Panda Doc to sign up new clients ever since Covid started. It has made our job much more easier and clients no longer have to visit us in office which saves them a trip.
I have not had any issues as of yet, the platform has exceeded our expectations.

I started using PandaDoc about 18 months ago. I was using Word, Email, Excel and Docusign - it was awful trying to keep it all straight and I had no real visibility to whether something had been opened, if it was being shared, etc.
The only downside for me at this point is that I need a bit more flexibility but honestly they continue to upgrade the platform and a great many of my "wish list" items have been fixed or are in process.
Basically I can 1) collect client information for legal documents and invoicing, 2) get legally binding signatures, 3) create proposals, 4) send MNDAs, MSAs and SOWs for signature. I have an approval workflow so my team knows what is being suggested to potential clients. It's so freaking easy to use and I don't have to re-create the wheel every time or worry about what I might not have changed. Nothing worse than sending a proposal with someone else's info in it! Doh!
Super easy interface, one place for all of my contracts!
I honestly can't think of anything I don't like!
Many of our customers had complained of not having an easy way to sign and return our contracts. We were spending $$ on sending physical copies out in the mail and struggling with multiple file formats being returned by customers. Also many elderly customers just couldn't understand how to handle this task. Now all of our contracts come back signed, in pdf format, and all in one location that is easily searched. Our elderly/non-technical customers have no trouble with the simple click-to-sign process!
I like how easy it is to use. The automatic email confirmations when the client or any other client signs on their end.
When you're on a page and it times out. The system is rarely down but when it happens.
Saves time! ..and paper.

I wish Pandadoc had an option to resend & remind the documents for eSignatures. Currently, I will have to re-create the documents for eSignatures. Otherwise, it is a great product
Have an option to add team members under the same company. It is Free & very useful for the self-employed Pandadoc made it very productive for us

I work in insurance and often need time-sensitive documents signed quickly. This solves that problem.
You can see that the parties are filling out and signing the documents in real time. Super user-friendly and has a lot of potential for future add-ons and aurtomations. Will recommend it 100%.
Will like for it to have the ability to have excel/google sheets formulas to create custom charts.
Editing documents without having to resend documentation and getting documents notarized from clients out of the country. Saves a lot of time and money.

PandaDoc is super easy to use for both the facilitator and end-user - simple, visually appealing, and fresh. I like that I can amend the dates to show in English UK format rather than English USA, and that I can add various options, i.e. yes/no, text, signatures, values - it's super helpful to be able to use this app for different formats. As a micro-business, this is the perfect solution for me.
I currently cannot see anything that I would change or look to improve other than the price of upgrading! I would love to upgrade, but it's price prohibitive because I am a sole trader and have limited income. Should this ever change, I will consider upgrading!
I currently use this to issue Contracts of Employment and receive their acceptances digitally and Services Agreements with new Clients - I also use it to gather signatures on forms and documents as required towards HR, employment documents, learning & development requests and agreements, appraisals... ultimately I do use PandaDoc a lot, and it means that signatures can be quick, instant and legal!

Everything I need is here. Easy to use. Simple. No problems. No ads bothering. It just works, and that's all I need. Nothing wrong.
A little slow on the transitions. Maybe work on the folders flow.
Easy signature for multiple recipients. Follow up. Reminders. Information on status.
How easy it is to get signatures remotely.
It seems to have a lot of small outages.
We are able to work remotely, giving us access to many more markets.
For my real estate business, the constant signing of documentation electronically is essential. Good reliable software helps me save time and money. I've tried DocuSign and Adobe Sign; however, PandaDoc is far superior to both in many ways. In my experience, nothing yet in the marketplace comes close to how good this product is and how easy it is to use.
I'm yet to discover any downside. The other products I mentioned have page limits and onerous file size limits, whereas PandaDoc enjoys a generous 50 MB file size limit which is more than enough.
Enables me to complete all of my contracts very quick and easy.
✨Forward✨ This one-word button is such a time saver for me and my clients. Often the primary point of contact isn't the one signing the contract. The ability to send a contract out with the option to forward appropriately is HUGE. I've tried competitors but inevitably waste time getting the contract in front of the right person. Now I can send it to my point of contact and they can forward it easily. I've also found that the forwarded contracts get signed much faster than those sent directly from me.
Everything else about PandaDoc seems to be on par with what I'd expect from this type of solution. There is nothing to dislike but nothing else that stands out as a strong differentiator either. At least not that I've found.
PandaDoc is saving me time on getting contracts executed by making it easy to get them in front of the right person with minimal back and forth with the primary point of contact.
