With PandaDoc, it is simple to use the option to accept payments online. It eliminates the need to obtain authorization from busy operational leaders. PandaDoc is well suited for sales companies that need to send quality recommendations quickly and accept them quickly. When sales teams travel to events, having the ability to generate a quote and get authorization while engaging with a prospective client makes a difference in the way things are handled, having no documents involved.
Other than emails generated by the PandaDoc system getting stuck in users' junk email folders, I have found no shortcomings in the years I have been using it.
All departments use PandaDoc because of its convenience in obtaining information and the notifications to keep all departments on the same screen. My work in Sales has not yet been utilized by a web-based quoting system that is simple to use (we tested two). The web-based chart offers my group the privilege of having access to important paperwork remotely, which is very helpful.
Extremely easy to use, both as a provider and a customer. Again, I have yet to get a complaint
It would be nice to be able to correct a mistake without having to start the process over from the beginning.

Great Look & Feel, and the editing tools are very well thought and useful. It also integrates beutifuly with our CRM making everything smoothly connected.
Quite often, the text editor locks up and forces us to refresh the page and go back to the beginning...

A bit confusing the first time as some features required a paid subscription that we decided to postone.
We use a letter of intent for our coaching clients and need them to be able to sign it easily and without printing, scanning etc. This works perfectly!
The simplicity and ease of use. We used another cheaper system for a year and it was just headache after headache.
Struggling to upload sms credits for otps but it isn't that necessary the signature certificate is accepted by everyone with just email.

1. It is not very popular in Middle and South East Asian countries, so very few Delivery Consultants are available 2. Additional signing capabilities based on local SSN is also missing 3. Features like clause library, terms and condition library and obligation management if added, will create massive value to Small and Medium businesses 4. Good Implementation partners are also needed to create more successful use cases
It is more than just an eSignature tool and adds value while sharing proposals and drafting contracts. It also integrates with leading ERPs and CRMs
It does it job we need it to do and it is free, which is really fantastic.
I wish the free version was customisable but I understand why it is not.

PandaDoc is very user-friendly. The free plan is insanely generous. The sales/support staff is professional and has listened closely to my needs. I've been using PandaDoc for over a year and plan to continue using it.
The interface can feel dated at times but it doesn't get in the way that much. The signature fields can be buggy if you're new to PandaDoc. Sometimes, the reminder emails go to spam.
PandaDoc has made it easy for me to upload, share and get legal documents signed. It's made really easy to send reminder emails, which is one of my favorite features.
It's fast! It's very simple to use, and most importantly it's easy for my clients to use as well.

We're a small company with occasional license agreements to sign. PandaDoc offers a free plan that's perfect for us and our licensees. It's easy and fast to use.

Integrates with PipeDrive well. Pulls all of the customers data right from the CRM and into the document for a 2-click create and send. Pulls all of my products and populates the pricing tables. And has a lot of options for design.
Some of the pricing table functions could work a bit better. The interface is a little steep to learn at the start but becomes more fluent with use. Not a lot else.
Easier for customers/clients to see our offerings and sign up on the spot. Saves me time and increases productivity. Increased sales. More time spent on doing the things I have to do.
The ability to setup custom fields for sigining documents. Also the reminders for clients to sign them Lastly the multiple types of documents you can upload into pandadoc.
Sometimes when we are creating a document, I cannot get the textbox small enough to fill the line on the existing document, which makes the document look kind of messy.
They make it super easy to send out our monitoring agreements to our clients. We are also able to have multiple types of agreements in our pandadoc account to send out.

I haven't found anything I do not like about PandaDoc. It is easy and convenient in all ways.
I work from home, so by using PandaDoc, I can have all documents e-sgined without having to leave home or meet with clients in person. We can also have clients out of state sign easily, quickly and conveniently.

Paying a high price for another e-signature program
The sharing via a link feature has been a game-changer for us - we can now hyperlink our proposals, T&Cs etc all in a single email rather than sending multiple documents.
The per-user price is great for high volume teams like Sales but a bit high for employees in other teams that only need to send one or two docs a month, we manage this by having a "technical document" person that manages all these, but really need a lower "lite" user option as well.
We migrated away from DocuSign, as we needed more flexibility to build documents, and the pay-per-envelope model did not work for our style. The migration to PandaDoc was very easy, and it now integrates with all of our sales and support systems seamlessly, including using Merge Fields from our CRM to show correct products and pricing.
Love that there are a lot of options for flexibility. I also love that there is a free tier to get you started and acqainted. The website is intuitive and more polished than competitors.
Not much to dislike about pandadoc. I guess some things are locked behind paywalls. but the core features are free which is amazing. Could improve bu unlocking more free features to all users.
Removing paper waste and printing. Also makes the process of getting paperwork signed much easier. Even older clients have no trouble navigating pandadoc which is a big thing.
