I love how easy it is to get things signed. I used to have to send things, and then people printed and signed them, and it was inconvenient and time-consuming.
Sometimes my customers are a little confused by e-signing and I have to explain things to them a bit.
I ask my clients to sign a working agreement, which they can now do quickly and easily. It vastly simplifies my life, especially now that everything I do is virtual.
I love the fact that my small business can use their free option whilst we are still growing. My business for now is just me, and as such budgets are tight, and during the pandemic this tool has been a lifesaver as it allows me to remotely sign customer contracts without meeting face to face.
It would be great to have a feature where we can send a link out, but we change the content of the document using the query string.

Our team loves that it's easy to onboard and use. It also helps us track our documents well and keep track of the signing process. Their team was very helpful in getting our company set up and we now use it for all of our signing needs.
We wish that the pricing was a different format, instead of paying per seat.

Ease of use and workflow. Snippets of videos explaining on how to use a certain functionality ! Creation of templates saves times for future use ! Creating Have an approval workflow and collaborating with others are nice features ! Customer Support has been fantastic too .
Once a document is sent , say it needs multiple people to sign it and if an email address for one receipient was keyed in wrong then there is not edit feature to correct just that wrong receipient and resend it . Instead it needs to be sent to all and everyone needs to sign it again.

Created a method of consistency in how we send out quotes and contracts. Allowed our business to better track what stage various documents are in.
It's been a great experience, our Customers are happy and satisfied, the way the portal manage Payments is very useful and our data base is fully updated.
Sometimes the portal get blocked, I had to reset the portal many times but depending on the network connection the portal runs properly.
Creating contracts bandred and organized, the way the portal is integrate with our CRM is very useful for sharing information with our clients.

It may be considered as a SPAM and filtered by certain IT Systems. Some organisations are yet to adopt electronic only exchanges, hence, reluctant to use an eDoc Platform such as PandaDoc.

The drag and drop content blocks, plus the addition of Smart Content makes PandaDoc a wonderful system for generating proposals and quotes for my company. Collaboration is easy and simple as well.
Some formatting can be difficult or limited due to the nature of document generation itself.
PandaDoc has cut down significatnly on our proposal and quote generation times due to the easy storage and updating ability of content in blocks. It also makes it quick and easy to collaborate and add users as needed for more insight and better vetting of documents before they go to a Client.
Easy to use and easy to close deals much faster! In the beginning you need to setup a bit but it's great once it's done.

The creation process is simple - easy to add fields to an existing document and import from another source (GDrive, hard drive, etc...) . I also love the reminders and updates to the status. The navigation on the UI is also very straight forward.
While I love the updates, there are a lot of them. I'm sure there is a settings page to fix this, but it hasn't bothered me enough to worry about taking action - really no dislikes.
Quick, easy ways to engage our clients in electronically processing and validating signatures. There is very little back and forth on the administrative side saving time and hassle.
PandaDoc is incredibly easy to use. I am newer to the Customer Success Team and the software makes it so easy to add upsells and handle contracts for renewals. Makes my job easier!
Honestly, I cannot think of anything that I do not like about PandaDoc. I am still newer in my role but so far, it is impressive.
It makes the CSM and Guru (onboarding) roels at our company so much easier. I don't have to worry about setting aside a large chunk of time for contracts. It is quick and efficient.
Integration with Hubspot using templates ensuring a smooth process to move from a verbal to signed agreement- closed won! I have used several other platforms but find that PD provides the best process.
When sending via Pandadoc the email can get caught in the client's spam folder. I only send via my company email with the generated link that PandaDoc provides.
Templates that pull data from the Hubspot deal and populates both the proposal and contracts makes the process easy to use. As a sales executive the less time spent on preparing documents increases my time to engage leads and close more deals.
The best part about PandaDoc is that is super easy to edit any document, all the templates makes you feel very professional and it has the perfect message for every section.
To be honest i definitely would love to have more options to change the letter designs, because sometimes is good to make different changes to remark some words that have a special meaning in the message.
Sometimes i am very streseed and i do not have the insipartion to write a good and a very professional document, and PandaDoc has messages that says what i want to describe. It is just phenomenal.

There is nothing that I really dislike about PandaDoc. Probably more integrations for payment and project management tools like ClickUp could help to improve the overall experience.

Easy to navigate, it has a wide range of tools from Sales Proposals through to Order forms, the option to send a link rather than email direct from the system is very useful for us too.
I havent come across anything as yet, I guess the restrictions on access would be a bug bear but thats only because we havent purchased enough admin licences !?
Its allowing us to track quotations to our customer base (both renewal and new business), keeping everything in one place. Its also linked to our salesforce crm, giving us a fully automated process from opportunity to closed won.
