With PandaDoc, I like that I can design templates the most! It saves time not having to recreate the same documents over & over again!
I would love to be able to set an expiration time; not just an expiration date!

Pandadoc is seriously so easy to use and saves me a ton of time. I am able to save countless templates inside the software, and easily jump in and create new proposals with ease.
I haven't explored any sort of automations, but would certainly be cool if there was a way to set up an automatic proposal creation when I was to reach a certain stage in our CRM.
I need proposals created quickly, and having a central area to be able to do so has been great. It garners quick responses with its signature reminders, and helped solve a gap in our sales process.

I started using Panda in early 2021. Our IT Team switched us obver to Proposify for six months, which more than doubled (or even tripled ) the amount of time it took to create and edit a proposal. We have been back with Panda for around 12 months now and are really happy with the many improvements made in this time. We also love the way Panda integrates with Hubspot, Zapier, Xero etc.
Not really a dislike, but we would like to give more users access to view, but we have reached our capacity

Templates and the document interface make it easy to create proposals that stand out. From video to images to tables, it's the best electronic proposal delivery.
I once had an issue with images not rendering, but support was good investigating it to resolution.
PandaDoc helps me send high quality proposals quickly and integrates with my hubspot data for quick creation.
The platform has the capacity to generate quotes in 15 minutes using the templates. Allows you to export customer order information from the CRM. Templates can be easily modified or duplicated. It has a content library that makes work easier.
The least useful thing is the reports section, because the report on openings and reading time is enough for me. I don't think there are any disadvantages to using Pandadoc.

It does a great job of putting the signatures where you need them, attachments for proposals to back up your quote and people respond very quickly. When they don't it reminds them that they need to get this done. I have been very happy with it for the last 2.5 years and it is a necessary tool for my job.
Sometimes it can be a little hard to get around and add attachments, but that is because I am a little rusty at times. Nothing a good fresher can't fix.
Get's things for signature, and it is easy to have it forwarded. I must have sold $500,000 worth of deals in the last 18 months alone just based on using this, for speedy transactions.

It is so easy to create and use both templates and documents. They are easy to track throughout the process. We also love that PandaDoc has a direct integration with HubSpot.
Our team uses PandaDoc with the HubSpot integration, but that integration only works on some browsers which can be a little limiting for our team. We would also like a little bit more ability to edit all fields on a template at one time.
Our customers have to make updates to their accounts frequently, and most of those updates require a signed form. We use PandaDoc to send those documents for them to fill out and sign.
Pandadoc makes sending invoices and agreemtns so easy for a small one woman run business like me. The stripe integration makes the process seamless for clients and myself!
The only thing I dislike is how the payment amount sometimes double counts if I have a payment table on two documents.

I like the easy to use nature. The drag and drop of the text fields is actually FUN! I also like that there is a free version for start-ups.
There are no dislikes. I understand that some of the features I want are in the paid version. Great product.

As a real estate investor and business consultant, I constantly need to send contracts to sellers to purchase their property and business associates to consult them!
Building templates that I can repeatedly use or vary as needed is super helpul. I can quickly upload existing PDFs, Word Docs, images or build my own fields and it converts it into an easy to use, single doc with the right fields to be filled in and signed.
I'd like to be able to more easily make edits to existing documents that have already been saved as a PDF, making it editable for some fields. Maybe this exists and I just haven't figured out how to use it?
As a franchisor, we're able to easily send documents, track the date we send them (for legal purposes) and collect key information/signatures from new franchisees. It also accelerates our contracting process with new vendors and gives valuable insights into how they've interacted with the document.
Its practically easy flowing from my CRM system and the fact that it bridges the gab between sender and receiver with automated updates just leaves Pandadoc in a class os its own,Suberb!
Im yet to find ,something thus out of the ordinary or that stands out as a sore thorn,basically im in love with suability of PandaDoc,and even the document properties,which one can twitch to make a presentation of what the need,

I am using the templates for retainer agreements, invoices, statement of account, form, and affidavits.
It took me time to figure out the fields and payment, but I feel it was my mistake for not asking and for not putting enough time to read and experiment.

My company is constantly sending out DOCS to be signed and before PandaDoc we were emailing them to customers and they would have to print and sign. This makes it so much easier on our customers as well
I use Panda Doc for getting signatures for documents before lodging. It is straightforward and easy to use for me and for my clients. And it looks professional.
I would like to use it as a subscription, but I am a very small user, and the current model is too expensive for me. Some other options would be good so that I can continue to use PandaDoc.
I need to have documents signed before lodging. Getting clients to print, sign, scan makes the procedure very slow, PandaDoc is easy to set up a document and quick and easy for the client to sign.
Is so easy to use! If you have questions the live chat would take care of it very fast! The best way to organize your proposals and clients... I use it with my HubSpot CRM and it works perfectly!
Would like to add more users at a cheaper price.
Organizing proposals... now I can check from anywhere at any time all my proposal's status an even resend or forward them from my phone.
