I love the fact that it is so easy to setup agreements
The fact that if you copy a word document into a template that the entire spacing etc is out
Sending service level agreements are quick and easy. So much easier that all is in one place
The software is easy to navigate. I like how customizable it is.
There is no downside, although I'd like some of the font to be larger in some areas. If I increase my screen zoom, I lose some of the page.

Docs can sometimes not format themselves properly; however, if planned and engineered correctly, the system works.
The problem we needed to address was efficiently deploying proposals and orchestrating practice management. We have seen a three fold increase in our proposal issuance and reduced errors in our practice management.

Super user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing! Great for internal users. Great experience for customers. Makes setting up autopay and collecting implementation fees simple. Implementation team at PandaDoc is great as well! ROI on cost is definitively there.
The review/redline functionality isn't great. Comments don't link to a segment in the document and it notifies the internal user per external comment or vice versa...could use some work. BUT...they're working on it!

The tool is very intuitive and you can prepare documents very clearly. In addition, the Hubspot integration is a great added value.
The support reacts very superficially in the chat and requested functions are not available often. Line breaks in tables are difficult to maintain.
We can now prepare offers, training documents and contracts in a respectable way. In addition, the Hubspot integration helps with data maintenance.
The integration they have with our CRM. It makes it easier to send out automated proposals. Plus it is quite customizable. It is basic enough to easily generate new proposals to send off to people.
There are parts of the integration that aren't as seamless as I like. Information can't easily be pulled across the contact and deal stages.

Ease of use. Real time notifications. Prospects on the receiving end don't seem to get confused which is a huge plus

Attacks on web applications made up almost half of Cybersecurity breaches last year, and it is paramount that companies deal with software security appropriately. PandaDoc's attention to software security in particular will help making them more resilient, and keep our data safer.
Lack of undo feature for all functions. Also, the ability to drag blocks of content around the should be improved, as well as options to edit/crop images.
Ability to quickly create statements of work for clients leveraging reusable content blocks. This has saved us a lot of time. In addition, it is nice to be able to track related activities.
Their customer service is excellent and the software is intuitive. I would definitely recommend this product.
I would like if the IT people could jump on your computer like within web sites like Vista Print (vistaprint.ca) I would recommend someone from IT go on to design a business card and ask for help via their IT it would be so amazing if Panda Docs could Jump on your computer to show you what they are talking about in the chat window.
Editing made easy on PDFs
Functionality of PandaDoc is extremely easy to use. Support chat team always quick to respond and helpful.
I wish there was a form for credit card information. Right now, we can't validate that the right amount of digits are included when customers give us their credit card information and we often face user error here.
Sales contracts are completed quickly through PandaDoc. Also use PandaDoc for People Operations.
How easy it is to get secured signatures. No more scan & send. Extremely convenient for making any edits for clients and getting quick approvals.
Have lots of trouble uploading high resolution images - making this harder to see for the client on the other end of the screen share
From sales, closing deals is quicker than ever. Everyone loves the pre made signatures. Super easy to make templates and fill fill in the client's requirements. The biggest benefit is all the time saved!!!
Summer was super helpful and was able to assist me with all of my questions.
This experience was a great one and can't say I disliked anything about it.
Solving Contract signatures and making sure our documents are properly handled and signed.
It turns our whole document signing process with outside contractors a lot more professional, gives our sales team the tools te need to turn docs around quickly and keeps the design department happy in terms of what we send out.
not much for now, maybe after using it longer I would have more feedback.
Quick turn around on legal docs
This application is very user friendly and simple to use. More importantly it has great ability to synup with other required platforms that reduces time to move back and forth in completing your updates/tasks.
Don't think i came across any such instance to be honest.
Simple interface and can collaborate with industry standard CRM tools to make our life easier.
Ease of creating forms & tracking of sent quotes
The ability to be able to send a quote to multiple parties from one quote
A professional looking quote document. We now know when recipients have viewed quotes which helps in following up
Its a great tool once you have set up your templates, easy to do so and customizable if needed.
Sometimes the speed is quite slow, you will need to be patient when you make changes in a bigger document.
We use PandaDoc to sign all kind of agreements with our customers, especially service orders.
I like that I can send a document out to be signed and track it's progress.
I do not like having to click individual ones to change the status to closed.
We needed documents returned with signatures but couldn't have people come into the buildings.
