Usability. Our whole team has never had an issue utalizing the product to it's full potential, and we've received enormous value from it as it contributes to our daily tasks in the office
Not much to dislike. I personally don't have a complaint as an Admin and our end users haven't had any complaints either. Great product
PandaDoc is solving the problem of slow, efficient contract signing between us and our customers. PandaDoc allows us to have signatures and contracts signed within 1 business day, allowing us to seal deals and maximize revenue for our company.
PandaDOc is easy and intuitive and has the right feature sets, allowing us to speed the time to close and reduce the long term expense of legacy documents.
I love being face to face when starting new relationship but today PandaDoc is the "new" in person close.

I used to use Docusgin and the pricing and ease of PandaDoc is significantly better. I also like how it allows me to track if people have viewed the docuement in real time. I use it constantly and it really is great.
I dont really like the new dashboard as it is a little confusing and i wish there was a reminder after a certain amount of time for someone to sign a document so i didnt have to do that myself.

Outside of the amazingly low price, I love how user friendly the system is and all the things you can do with the program. I have multiple users set up and it makes it so easy to keep track of everything. If you accidentally delete a document it is still stored in the deleted area until you delete from that area (which saved me on a few that were accidentally deleted by myself). I was using Docusign and talk about horrible prices and customer service. PandaDoc was the best decision I made to signing electronically. I use this program daily multiple times and it makes my job so much easier.
I havent found anything yet that I do not like about PandaDoc.
I no longer have to pass around agreements via email, fax, etc. when using PandaDoc. I can set up for all involved parties and track if they viewed, etc. I really like the program and again have nothing bad to say.
With a little work (e.g., pre-making pdfs to load in), PandaDoc can create all the forms I need as a private practice psychologist, even with letterhead. The result looks professional and is HIPAA-compliant, which is key. I haven't found another service like it without significant cost. If I use a costly service, that is passed on to my clients, obviously, and I do what I can to limit extra costs to make therapy affordable. Highly recommend for telehealth professionals.
The only thing I dislike is the expiration on the free service - if the recipient does not respond fast enough, you need to re-do the whole form.
I need a flexible, HIPAA-compliant online form generator to collect signatures on legal forms (policies and procedures, informed consent).
I honestly do not think that there is a software out there more essential to finalizing business transactions. Wheter its agreements, marketing material, contracts or just signatures, this software is the glue that many businesses need. The software is continuously improving, which is essential to creating new SOP's for your business to operate around. The software works with multiple types of CRM's, email programs, and dozens of other integrations that businesses use every day. I even built our company tutorials on pandadoc, which shows the versatility of the platform. Whenver there is a problem, or a new feature there are plenty of ways to get the support you need. I personaly use pandadoc everyday, and have put 1000's of hours into building templates which help every facet of my many businesses.
I would say that some people are not familiar with Pandadoc and it is a constantly changing product which means that you have to upkeep your templates. Some do update automatically but many features require redoing your templates, which just cost time up front.
