It feels comfy working in google. I can seemlessly share things with my team and communicate through chat. Google also actually updates the look and feel of things unlike every other app.

I honestly can't say there is anything I hate. Google has everything I need and I have been using for years with happiness.

Everything is clean and easy to connect. I don't have to go through a million steps to do simple things.

Easy to use, super user friendly, quick and powerful

Can't think about what I dislike about Google Workspace.

Integrate multiple platforms that I need to use.

The most helpful thing about Google Workspace is that everything I need to accomplish work related tasks is all in one place. I can attend meetings virtually and take notes on Google docs simultaneously. I I can work on a document at the same time virtually with my team. Afterwards I can create spreads I can generate reports and check my emails all from the Google Workspace. Because Google Wotkspace has everything I need I in one place to accomplish my tasks , I am more productive.

I have been using Google Workspace for a long time and it works very well. Nothing needs improvement

The problem that Google Workspace is solving , is the distance of rremote workers needed to find time to meet in person. With Google Workspace we can meet virtual. And no one needs to travel.

Google Workspace is by far the easiest to use and set up of all of the workplace type email, calendar and task management software.

While it does have a number of features, there are also some key features that are missing. It doesn't seem to have total integration similar to Microsoft's Sharepoint which provides the ability to split tasks, file storage, email and calendar all in one platform.

It helps with collaboration within one interface. Our team is able to use the integrations with other platforms as well to create a somewhat seamless UX.

With google calendar we will not ever miss an appointment, it is the best application to keep organized your schedule not only because it has a bunch of options to remind you about them, but because it is smart, it would help you to fill all the fields with simple clicks/touches.

There’s no so much tip hints that I would dislike of it, however, they can work on a fresh design, something that you do not always feel like everything is hard work, but sometimes you want to make an schedule for your vacations, so it’ll be nice to change the theme of the app according to the matter.

We can set appointments easily, reserve rooms for conferences, and always see if the invitees would be free or not, so we can make decisions in adjusting the dates and times.

The best thing about Google Workspace applications is they are easy to setup and start using them. Google Workspace is the lifeline of our office work and cannot imagine a day without it. There are a plenty of features which come equipped by default in the subscription. Also you can integrate the workspace tools with other platforms. Customer support team is also easy to reach and quick to respond.

Google Workspace could have been more affordable, This is the only limitation in my mind.

We use Google to book meetings across different teams, Email Communication & creating, collaborating on multiple documents simultaneously.

Everything you need is in Google workspace in terms of work related management stuff. Easy to use.

I hope there are more integrations and features to update

All of my needs related to work, emailing, spreadsheets and documents are easy to create and organize.

The user-experience when navigating i0n Google Workspace.

You will be limited to the apps that google offers. However, there are some easy integration to 3rd-party applications

The ease of access of everything into one platform. Especially, managing the accounts and other apps under google.

I like th e integration of all apps, gmail, docs, sheets, youtube etc... it all just works and syncs easily. I have always been an Outlook, Work and Excel user. Switching to the Google Workspace is much wasier to use between apps. It seems quicker to work between apps, and it doesn't crash and lose your work!

The only thibg I don't like is whrn trying to "Copy and Paste" using the keyboard... it needs a "plugin".

Google Workspace is time saving. It's quicker to create a document and save it, and also share it. To add hyperlinks for references is easier too.

I love how easy it is to get started and communicate with others. The tools also integrate seamlessly with one another and with other useful apps. The mobile apps have been a godsend in times when I need to access my work while away from my laptop.

Some of the shortcuts could be more intuitive.

This collection of tools has solved many issues for my work: communication, collaboration, meeting scheduling, organization, document creation, and more.

Google Workspace provides a number of tools and features common for our employees daily activities. These products are very easy to use and integrate with other 3rd party applications.

The storage capacity and user interface.

It is the only cloud storage on internet now with 15GB storage and easy to access and login

It's the same stuff you're used to, if you use Google products on a personal account. Same Gmail, same Google Calendar, same Google Drive/Docs. You might even already have apps for those on your phone. We also have a plan where we have a lot of storage ("unlimited," but you know how tech companies are bad about that), so I can back up some big things easily.

It's a weird "Google" account that follows you around on the web. And in your computer too, if you use Chrome at all. And that makes all your Google stuff sometimes signed in to this "wrong" account that you mean to use for work email, and now you're commenting on Youtube with the wrong accout or something stupid like that. Or you try to follow a coworker's Google Doc link and it says you have to request permission from your personal accout. You really need to click that account changer a lot.

We use it for our work email. Used to use it for some documents too, but a lot of that we've moved to Clickup. We also use the calendar and Google Meet for our meetings. Everybody's working remote, so we get a lot of use out of that. I still use the Slides tool, as a good-enough program that I can run on Linux.

The integrations with other google products are top of my list, they just work.

There are some odd things it does, such as trying to make multiple copies of a pdf document each time you try to load it from drive.

The fact that I can access it from various machines hassle-free. It also synchronises my progress effortlessly.

It is so easy to use. The best part is the ability to share documents.

Other applications (Microsoft) is not compatible if you want to share documents. It only works from Google account users.
