It is very easy to train users on google workflows in gmail, calendar, and drive. The admin tools are also easy to learn and provide all of the functionality we need to successfully run a remote company.

It's cloud based, so you don't need to worry as much about system requirements on devices. It's widely used, so many users already know how to use it and so less training is needed.
I'm not a fan of them added a data cap to Google Drive after touting unlimited drive space. It was a bit of misdirection in my opinion. I feel updates to the products can be better announced before surprising users.
Is is the de facto productivity suite for our organization. People like using it, and provides and all in one solution for our business/digital productivity needs.
I have a small team and we primarily use this to edit documents simultaneously and see updates right away in live time without having to save and send back and forth
Saving files aside from things created within the workspace can be clunky and hard to deal with / organize. The upload space is low and needs upgrading.

I love working easily on projects with my team. There are plenty of add-ons in case I'd like to customize something and there are always constant updates improving the system.
Whenever someone leaves my organization, if they forget to change the owner of their documents those documents get lost. Sometimes it can also be difficult to get everyone to adopt the best practices within google workspace.
I use it for all of my day to day. I especially love using the sites to create custom spaces for my colleagues to reference. We've used them to create onboarding and its been well received
I like Google Workspace because it offers a variety of products, including Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. Everything is in one place to manage my business, and it acts as an external hard drive so I can access everything from anywhere.
For me and my business, there are no downsides to using Google Workspace. It costs me $12 monthly as a single user and provides HIPAA compliance. There is no downside for me.
Google Workspace provides a HIPAA compliant workspace that allows me to email my clients, integrate my calendar with my EMR, create forms for my clients, create presentations and documents. The biggest benefit is that I can access everything from anywhere!

easy to use and to navigate and im using it very often and i never had any issues. it secures my confidential files using this workspace i can easily coordinate with my team mates and resolve problems that we have real time.
i have nothing against google workspace since its very easy to use but the downside of it is i cannot access workspace outside of work but that is a good feature since my information is protected.

Great workspace for collaboration with staff
As an eduicational instituion google gives us the control over devices and users that we need to handle the large number of users and devices with low amount of staff. We could not do what we need to do without the finite controls.
There are some limitations that need some addons (like GAM or Gopher) to really optimize and automate google workspace. IT does take some time and research to figure out some of the better setting options.
Cloud based documents, sharing, advanced email control, content filtering, security controls, device managment, chat. You name it we use google as our solution.
The wide range of apps that are included help school districts in day to day activities.
Some of the documentation on what each setting does is not very clear to end users.
