This is allowed us to free up a lot of time manually creating surveys and manually
Had to train everyone on how to do this through a computer as opposed to pen and paper
This used to take up so much time for my staff that this is honestly free of days of production for my business
I really like the integration of communication across documents. The cloud-based features also help me to work from multiple devices and enhance my workflow, promoting flexibility and accessibility. The real-time editing is great for me and my team because it makes simple to share comments and collaborate with each other. The learning curve for beginners is not steep, the features are very intuitive.
Customization options might seem limited compared to competitors, specially the spreadsheets and presentations. Some users may find the interface overly simplified, lacking advanced features. Sometimes its hard to find a feature that is similar to other plataforms and as a hard user, because of the simplicity of the interface, I avoid to use the Google workspace to have more advanced features in other apps.
Google Worskapce helps with collaboration across multiple teams and documents, enhance communication for teams that work on different locations, with the cloud based features allow the team to access the work from anywhere, security features helps with the compliance requirements.
All the Google products in one place. Very easy to use, great number of features, very easy ot integrate. I used it every day.
Nothing really, it's all good. I like everything.
It's solving the connectedness among all the different aspects of work. That's a great benefit together with all its qualities.
It integrates with many other softwares and platforms, allowing me to save time and effort. It is very user-friendly and the help community is also very helpful whenever I have a doubt or question. I use everyday, for the past 10 years at least, and I love it.
Sometimes, GSheets/GDocs/GSlides are very different from Microsoft Office package tools, which makes it harder to transition from one to another, as well as having to re-learn all the features and here to find them.
Google Workplace solves our need to have different platforms and Apps in different places, occupying our storage. Having all in one place in the cloud makes it much easier to navigate and work seamlessly.
Flexibility and familiarity of tools. It helps custom professional email. It also support stringent privacy and security standards based on industry best practice
None at all. All tools works well and so convenient and protected.
It solves the probelm of system that doesn't provide communication tools without geographical boundaries.
Google Workspace suite comes with various applications like Google Meet, Chat, email etc for enhanced virtual communication with colleagues and students. It also has a maximum of 5TB pooled storage per every user with its enterprise plan. The number of Google meet participants are extended to a maximum of 1000 participants. The collaboration applications like sheets, presentations and documents etc help us in creating question papers, assigning marks to students etc while working together virtually. All of these applications are easy to use and require no technical knowledge. Overall, it has proved to be a really helpful solution for communication and collaboration.
It is quite pricey for small to mid size businesses. The calendar reminders are a bit frustrating as well since they happen on all devices the email is logged in from.
Google Workspace is solving various problems in our educational institution. To begin with, it is helping us (teachers) stay connected with our colleagues and students virtually with the help of Chat, Google Meet and Gmail. It is making collaboration easier for all of us by allowing us to work together on Google sheets (which we use for students marksheets), Google Docs (which we use for creating question papers) and Google Slides (for educational presentations). Finally, it is increasing our professionalism with the use of business emails and is preventing common phishing scams with the help of custom emails.
Google form is an excellent tool for collecting data and information for all sorts of tasks like surveys, event signups, opinions, etc. It's an excellent tool for someone starting on their journey of web form collection and distribution of the forms is real easy. Google forms is like the whatsapp of modern day messaging, easy to setup and get started, good depth for an explorer, and a whole bag of features for the expert. Plugins and script add-ons allow an user to take google maps from base and sky rocket it's functionality to outer space.
Google form is a little limited and enforces Google-level account controls on the form. Also, the custom validation rules are narrow and difficult for starters. One down side of google forms is google's strict design theme and the lack of customisation options. What i also hate is the way google collects email addresses, if they are made mandatory. In case of mandatory email address field in the form, it is askede at the start of the form, and it oftens break the narrartive of the form.
I'm using Google forms for UX surveys, event signup form and gather poll opinions. Here are a couple of use cases: 1. Party or event planning 2. Event RSVPs 3. Newsletter forms 4. Contact Forms 5. Additional checkout capture on shopify etc 6. Market research surveys 7. Jobs and recruiting
I love how easily it connects with what I use. I'm an avid Gmail user, so having the same interface makes it easy to work.
Not a fan of the various resellers. If there are issues with them, it's a pain to get resolved.
I'm a fan of being able to use the account as a sign in with other services. It makes life easy, as I don't have to remember 80 different passwords.
The fact that you can access your docs from anywhere.
Sometimes features are more challenging to use (filtering, inserting or changing size of cells in Excel
Collaborative abilities, anyone being able to see your doc, while you still maintain control of who can make changes.
Google Workspace is super easy to use and is a true one stop shop. Its also great that you can save your products in google drive and don't have to use a seperate products to save projects. Its also super easy to collaborate with other team members on projects.
The one think I dislike about Google Workspace is that its difficult to import and edit files that aren't made with Google Workspace. Collaborate feature sometimes doesn't update to most recent updat.
Google Workspace makes its easy to collaborate no matter where you are. This is especially helpful when working remotely.
Google has all teh tools you need in one place. Very user friendly tools and easy to understand. Googl;e Sheets and Slides are by far the two tools I use the most to the point where I have stopped using their competitors desktop solutions like excel and word.
There are a few features that get "lost" when importing a document that was originally created in excel, but nothing that significantly affect my work process.
Being able to share/edit documents with multiple team members and work together online, without the need of sending an "updated" document back and forth everytime an edit is done. Google's calendar, is the best solutions for business meetings with multiple integrations that allows you to set up and use meet rooms and add them to each calendar event easily.
Google Workspace excells in real-time collaboration. The cloud based nature ensures seamless access to documents and tools from any device with an internet connecton. Security
Its learning courve. While user friendly, some users might find transitioning from traditional office suits to the Google Workspace environment. Also its offline functionality.Customization limitation.
Collaboration,Accessibility,Cost-effective,Email and Communication,Productivity tool,Security and reliability,Integration
I like that it is a bundle of tools that allow you to take care of different aspects of your organization. all in one subscription
I think Organzaition shared contacts is a missing feature.
Organizational email address and a place to organize and store organizational data (Google Drive). it also helps with coordinating the team with google calendar
It provides all of the core services I need to do my work—website, email, storage, sharing, collaboration. Easy to use
Limited to 1 email/user; too expensive for me to pay for another user at this point
Google Workspace allows me to have everything in one place, having to log into a single account ( Whether it's email, creating/sharing documents, or video conferencing).
My favourite part about Google Workspace is the seamless integration between different applications. A table can be created in Sheets, and then copied over to Docs where it displays real-time updates to the table.
I think it can be a bit difficult to track comments and feedback within the various Google Workspace applications. For example, comments in a Doc will be consolidated into 1 email thread, occasionally making it difficult to differentiate which are recent and which are old.
A collaborative space for us to work without needing to be side-by-side in the office. Solved via quick and easy meetings via google calendar, impromptu google hangouts, and the ability to leave comments in various applications such as Slides, Sheets, and Docs.
We use all apps from Google Workspace in our business, most notably Sheets and Google Docs. We also use Google Mail, Meet and Drive to house some of our most impertant company assests
Nothing is disliked with Google. My only comment is that we switched from Chat to Slack eventually once our buisness scaled.
Wihtout Google Workspace, we would still be using different solutions for each problem they help us with. I love the continuity of their offerings.
Google Workspace is a tool that evolves every single day. I really love the fact that we can have different tools combined and working in harmony. You can multitask no matter the type of work you are doing. The simplicity to have all what you need in place is amazing. I use it everyday and never fails. The implementation of new updates very frequently is great since you need stop getting new things. It's amazing too because it works perfectly fine with other tools since it's great integrated in the cloud and last but not less, the support you get whenever you face something weird is always open.
I can say that there isn't anything that I don't like. I use everyday and I've gotten use to it and it's amazing tool. I like the fact that they implement new things. I really enjoy using it since it's very intuitive.
I haven't exdperienced too much touble in our organization, however we consider the communication is something very important in our organization and Google Workspace give us all the tools that we need to be in constant communication, the important documents can be shared easily and everyone can get what they need immediatelly. All of this is important because we have a constantly changing information in the company and that give us what we need to get the best results.
No explanation is necessary here. It has come to the point where using Google Workspace is just a given when it comes to doing anything online, in terms of personal and professional work.
Nothing comes to mind at the moment. Perhaps I'll think of something later on.
Allowing me to keep everything that I'm working on in a central nexus.
- easy to impliment and deploy - good all round platform - works with a range of SSO providers and integrations - supports email aliases and shared inboxes - good customer service at profession/enterprise tiers
- the administration console is not as complex as some others and requires third-party tools to leverage properly - reporting can only be done via command. Line tools. - mail flow rules are nowhere near as comprehensive as Exchange 365 - spam filters are not great and work best winning enhanced with a third-party platform
It provides a lightweight email and document sharing platform that allows collaborative use, as well as supports the standard office 365 data formats
Has all my data in one place, keeps thing orderly, able to share easily.
I don't like the emial the way it keeps all the old ones attached.
The google sheets are very helpful they have many helpful functions and are easy to use, they also have help when needed.
