For me, the best features are the integrations among apps and how easy it is to work simultaneously with the team while each of us is in a different location. The clean UI also helps to focus on what's essential, and small features such as scheduling an email or creating a task from Gmail are a great help with productivity.
Not necessarily related to the products, but with as many solutions as Google has, sometimes it's hard to create a workflow that's easy to use and optimize processes while ensuring everyone on the team is on the same page. Not everyone has the same tech ability, and a platform as complete as Google can be intimidating for those with fewer aptitudes.
Since our company is fully remote, we rely on Google Workspace to keep everyone in the loop and have our documents organized. So, basically, Google Workspace is our primary work tool as of now. Gmail, Google Chat and Meet are our main communication channels, Google Agenda is how we keep up with each other's availability, Drive, Docs, Slides and Sheets are how we create and share work from different areas (from finance to design, it's all shared through Google Drive and it's native formats).
I appreciate how easily the team can not only share files but also collaborate on them simultaneously from different places.
There is a bit of a transition period, especially for those who have never used GSuite. It's difficult for them to wrap their heads around it being both file sharing and storage.
With our workers being both onsite and remote, the ability to work on the same document simultaneously is incredibly beneficial. The ability to collaborate so seamlessly is an asset to our organization.
How easy it is to use, and how easy it is to onboard new team members. It's also surprisingly simple to get tech support when you need it. And it integrates with almost everything, so all of our digital components work together beautifully.
The only downside as I see it is how many different apps I have. to have on my phone for all the different elements of Google Workspace, but this is minor issue, considering how much value each app has.
Google Workspace makes it easy to manage company emails, and company documents, and to have a central resource for all of our digital collateral that is easily managed, shared, collaborated upon, and controlled. The process of adding and removing users couldn't be easier unlike other similar solutions, which is a huge plus for us.
Email, calendar, docs, and storage are all in one place and collaborative with other teammates.
Sometimes the translation from Word or Pages (or other software) is a little off.
Shared workspace and collaboration
Having grown up on google, most users are keenly aware of the ins and outs of its personal offerings. Bringing all that power into the corporate world, familiarity, and ease of use is outstanding. Our lives exist on google, so having everything all in one place can't be beat.
There isn't much I dislike about Google Workspace. If I had to nitpick, I'd say google meet is subpar to zoom. Everything else is top of it's class.
Email, Calendar, analytics, cloud storage, file editing, file transfer.... The list goes on and on. We are a remote company and the majority of our work is done in the google eco system.
Using google I can access the work we do from anywhere at any time. I can easily share documents, spreadsheets, and more with my team. We can work on items together and they update in real-time.
I wish that there was an app for google forms, the way there is for docs, sheets, slides, etc.
It is helping me stay connected with my team that is scattered across the US. It allows us to work collaboratively on items in real-time easily, versus emailing back and forth and things getting lost in the shuffle.
I was really amazed by the introduction of Google workspace. There is someone to compete with Microsoft Office now. Some features are outstanding compared to other similar tools. Unlike Microsoft Teams, Google chat is very specific features which I like the most as it does not provide unnecessary otions which are never used. Every Google app is linked with each other. Thus, helps team to collaborate and work efficiently on spreadsheet, presentation etc.
While it's good enough for me, it is yet to introduce many features which are already present in other workspaces. I have high hopes from this.
It has helped my team to work remotely without any hindrance to productivity, efficiency by providing tools like Google sheets, Google chats, Google Docs, etc.
The decentralization of the various directories make it very easy to access files from the work domain, and to also create one directory and grant access to all
Nothing so far, but it would be nice to add a feature to add other organizations to your domain with certain rights to access files that will be of help to them based on their affiliation
It helped in organizing our file systems and helped in video conferencing, and spreadsheet management. It also made emailing easy and instant massaging very easy for our workforce

Google workspace is just too amazingly collaborative with all of its functions including emailing, team messaging, shared calendars, shared docs, spreadsheets and slides, video conferencing, so on so forth.
The workspace is serving the basics function very well but not the advanced function. You will find many features of microsoft package will not be found in google docs and google sheets. Very low storage (30gb) if you need to work on a design project and the upgrade plan to us is a bit expensive.
It helps us to build a ton of documents in real-time with our collages and client as well. The google meet is also a convenient platform for engaging through video conference. Its super easy for myself and my clients to work in the same workplace as we have already familiar with google mail also there is a wizard to help us work through new features on all apps and so on.
Google forms is quick to set up and has a clean look when participants fill it out.
If you change a question after receiving answers it doesn't make a clear distinction on when that change happened.

If I don't know how to do a certain function, there isn't an easy-to-find tutorial on the site.
We are encouraged to save items to our drives so that we can access them from anywhere. If we have to work from home/from a different location for work trips it is easy to find our documents
Google Workspace is pretty much an all-in-one solution with most of the Google products on one platform

Google Workspace is helping me organise all my company`s data, It helps me store my files, pictures, and videos, send emails, send emails from the official company ID, prepare documents and files and so much more
It gives SMEs a private and controlled environment to access all Google products. The standouts aside from GMail are Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google App Scripts, and Google Drive.
Google has a habit of deprecating Google services thereby causing lots of pain. Sometimes, these services are fully integrated into an SME and is heavily relied on such as the classic Google Sites which was a great private Wiki solution.
It offers a strong foundation of office tools and applications which are perfect for SMEs. The pricing also makes sense as the service cost scales up as the number of employees increase.
This is one of the good software for conducting surveys. The Survery can be created by logining into the Google account and they will be the option of create a survey for different purposes.
There is noting as such . Everytime i have found it as useful application only. So there is no such which i dislike.
We used this to conduct survery among the team for some decision making activities. It provides a lot of options for survery and you just have to logon to your google account to access this.

I cannot imagine a single day without using it. But I think spreadsheets need some improvements though as some formulas don't work the same as with other sheets
