Very easy to use and manage my users across the Globe
I wish it was more flexible with licensing type
Collaboration with my entire company
Relatively less expensive. Includes Gmail, Docs, Calendar, Photos, and other tools available in consumer accounts.
It seems difficult to migrate to another service, esp if Google continues to increase the price. But migrating all the email, docs, calendar data is tough in general.
Initial/primary reason to use Google Workspace is that I needed an email host for my small business that's different from my personal Gmail account. The Workspace suite includes Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and other tools that I use to separate my business content from personal content.
It is easy to safe files and colebrate with colleage and easy to implementation of the whole team. All the features are available and can be used frequently. Customer support is always ready to assist. The ease of integration to the team was easy
Not really as i start using google workspace i found it a lot easier to work with my collegues. Only problem is the one cant copy a file
The workspace that let you see who is working on the same document and were they are in the document and that it is easier to use only one document with out duplication
The Versatility of what I can produce, how I organize it and who I can share it with.
The lack of support when I need it is a little disheartening.
Cloud Storage. It's very convenient to store and share files
Yeah, definitely it provider a good user interface of management and configuration options specially user and group provisioning, deprovisioning and saml integration with third party SSO
The only dislike about google workspace that it only support the AD directory directory sync but not the openldap. And this feature is right now in beta release.
Google Workspace provides you a central management for all your users, Group, Application and service. It also allows us to integration with third party user-store like openldap and AD.
I chose to talk about Google Drive. This product makes my job easier because I can store my files on Google's servers, I can access my cell phone or another mobile device, and I can share spreadsheets and documents with members of my team.
Little interaction with the Apple environment.
The main benefits are secure storage and the possibility of sharing files with the work team.
Google keep is used to create the notes, to-do list and setting up reminders. The best thing is we can directly add tasks from our emails using the pin function. The user interface is very easy to use. The notes can be added from any device, we just need to be logged in to that particular email ID. Search option in Google keep makes it easier to search for the notes. Proper Google PPT's or Google documents or Google photos can also be added in the Google Keep and then can be shared with the team members. When we are done with any note we can either delete the particular note or can archive it for reusing purpose. Google keep is free to use tool. and nothing is better than this to manage the reminders. Google keep also lets you set the alarm for the reminders. The shared notes can be managed simultaneously by multi persons. Everything automatically gets saved to Google cloud, thus it becomes convenient for taking rough notes.
No option to record progress on notes like any colour code or something like this. There is no text formatting option available in Google keep. Very simple for those coming from Evernote or OneNote. Uneven alignment of the notes, there is no option to align them.
Sharing meeting or other work-related notes Preparing notes(to-do list type) for myself. setting up reminders for meetings and deadlines.
it is a quite complete suite of tools for the business. From taking and sharing notes, sending email, storing files and scheduling to video meetings, collaborations and so on
at the moment some functionalities are a bit clumsy like, for example the slots for meetings (functionality like calendly) and other things that seem trivial but would avoid using other companies' products
the day by day company work is all working around Google Workshop: from the emails to the calendar, etc. It increase our productivity and help us to not forget tasks
Love that I can upload from my desktop - quick and easy
Organization could be better. While you can make folders, it'd be nice to have different catagories. Also the phone app is not as good as using it on a computer.
Sharing big amounts of files, sharing photos
Its user friendly, easily editable, has fun little tricks to use and is usable at home and on my phone so I never miss a work chat or email.
Honestly, the only thing I dislike is that I sometimes get random messages like spam emails, but in chat form. I wish I could block those in some way
The benefits are huge. Its so easy to use, easy to teach, and is so user friendly across multiple devices.
