I love being able to access the program from anywhere. I can easily pull up the application from my computer or my phone. I also love that I can collaborate with my coworkers when we are in several different locations, and we can see eachother's modifications in real time. It also has all of the capabilities of MS Word with some additional enhancements that are nice. For the most part, formatting is kept the same when copy/pasting from MS Word Docs. I also like how we can integrate Google Docs with other programs as well that our team uses. It makes it easy to collaborate and work across different various programs when these features are present.
There's honestly not much that I do not like about it. I don't like that it's hard to access when there is no internet access, but it is nice to have. I don't like that Google's retention policies now delete files after they have not been edited in a while. I don't like that copy/paste from MS word docs on the computer do not always keep the same formatting when pasted into Google Docs. I do not like how sometimes it is hard to search for Google Docs in the search features of Google Drive.
The Document Collaboration feature is amazing. This feature allows for real-time collaboration with coworkers to avoid manual review and manually passing around of documentation to have multiple reviews. Also, you can see full revision history and can pinpoint where someone has deleted a part of the document, and can easily revert back to that specific point in time quickly without having to completely and manually rewrite the missing part of the document.
It is a very friendly platform to stay in touch, and make really easy to organize your reunions. It also have a noise reduction function, very useful when you work from home
Not everybody uses google, so Meet is not widely known
I use it everyday, to meet with my coworkers, in a simple and quick way
Google forms integrate seamlessly with Google Drive and Google Classroom. As a teacher, using Forms to surveys and quizzes makes implementation easy and quick.
On occasion, Forms can be a bit confusing. When implementing a form, finding responses can be difficult, mostly because, while it does update quickly, Forms will load slowly on occasion.
Remote teaching made quizzes and surveys require a remote option, and Google Forms filled that need.
What I enjoy most about Google Docs is how you can seamlessly edit content from anywhere and multiple devices. Not only is it perfect for personal endeavors, but also helps keep team members accountable to the work they're assigned. The features, like adding commentary and more, give a lot of value to this free product. I use it across nearly all of my Gmail accounts as a way to keep and sort documents all of kinds, and it integrates seamlessly with drive and other Google Suite products.
I dislike how sometimes, the platform will not load or save consistently. Sometimes, when attempting to share with other individuals, the link will not go through or fully open for the person on the other end. However, this seems to be a rather rare occurrence. The link sharing feature seems to work well despite the hiccups from time to time. The downsides are few, given the seamless way the platform works between multiple users.
Problems being solved with Google Docs include synchronous sharing of information that can then be analyzed by multiple team members. Benefits include immediate commentary and collaborative opportunities. Additionally, when attempting to look back through material, the search feature is a major help and catalogs all past works for the user. Overall, the best feature is how multiple users can organize and create content together in a way that transcends individual use and caters to collaboration, even across entire organization enterprises and goals.
I like that you can connect with anyone in Chat, create groups/teams of people and communicate, or just 1 other person. You can share files, gifs, photos, etc. You can delete old chats and archive ones that you want to keep for later
Long chats can be hard to search for info in a conversation in the past. If you are in a long discussion and I want to find something from the past, it can be hard to find. You have to either scroll or open up the window to full screen and CTRL F to find it.
Interoffice communication, I can connect with sales, production, service, the warehouse. We can all be on one discussion, or i can have individual conversations with people. I am sharing information, photos, links, etc.
Rarely have connectivity issues. No lagging.
Occosainly it takes longer than expected to get into a meeting, but all meeting software has this same delay.
Face-to-face virtual meetings now that we are remote make for great team collaboration.
The fact that the Google drive has all of my documents all in one spot that automatically save themselves is the most convenient feature.
The only downfall I experience sometimes is converting documents to Microsoft Word files.
I am using Google drive for both business and personal things and it allows me to keep those things separate but together at the same time

Not much to be honest! Maybe the nav bar could be a bit more intuitive and organizing folders for quick doc access ...
Document share. File organization. Benefits really come down to document creation and ease of accessing those docs. If it's a quick one two click to my doc then I'm more likely to refer to it.
What I like the best is that I can access anything I put on the drive from anywhere...work, home, smart phone. It's all right there.

It allows essential documents, worksheets, photos, etc. to be easily accessible from anywhere.
We use Google Docs for so much in our business. From documenting systems and processes to collaborating on content. I love that it makes it easy for users outside the business to view and collaborate on google docs and how easy it is to share links to google docs.
Making proposing changes or edits and tracking changes a little more seamless would be helpful. We also have to use a different tool for video and link to that inside relevant google docs, it would be helpful if there was a video screen recording feature that easily connected with google docs.
We use Google Docs to document so much in our business. We save systems and processes, we take notes in meetings that anyone on the team can access, we collaborate on client content and so much more using this tool.
Google meets requires no installations or patches or upgrades. You can start meetings in seconds which include screen sharing as well. The video quality is superb and I've had no major latency issues having used them for years every single week.
It would be awesome if they could add annotation abilities from participants as well as remote-computer access abilities to really compete wholly in this space.
As the name suggests, we use Google Meets to host weekly meetings and discuss ideas. We also use them in presentation settings where the host is in a remote location. The screen sharing feature allows us to share presentations, videos etc.

Google Drive allows you to take your office with you. It can handle any type of document, anywhere, anytime. I love that my uploads are accessible on any computer and it doesn't take long at all to download them!
Recently, pricing has changed, but that was long overdue.
I am no longer handcuffed to a flashdrive or outdated cloud services.
It was easy to share information and add to documents that others created.
Some aspects felt a bit outdated in the system.
We collectively worked together to share and solve questions that were brought up. Due to Covid, we did not meet in person. Because of this platform we could collectively collaborate on important topics.
The fact that it is integrated with Google makes everything quick and easy. I like the fact that I can jump into a meeting or start a meeting very quickly. I also like the fact that it is as simple as sharing a link to someone to get them into the meeting. As long as the other person has a Google account, which almost everyone does, they can easily log into the meeting seamlessly. Very easy to use.
There isn't a single thing about Google meets that I don't like. This is the easiest platform I've ever used. I dislike that I love it so much.
I am solving the need for quick, seamless meetings. Having the Gmail app on the phone makes it even easier now that there is a tab on the bottom to switch to Google Meets. This makes things very simple and easy for all parties involved. I have realized profitable benefits due to the ease of use to meet with people virtually.

Easy and ubiquitous. It's everywhere you need it to be and I can do so much with Google Drive, I love it! From making text and spreadsheet docs to storing imagery and sharing with anyone, I use it every day and its become an important tool in work and personal projects.
I wish I had more space and didn't have to pay for it! And it would be great to have multiple view modes for my stuff...to organize and clean up with more ease.
Collaborative working is the big one. That helps me solve many problems at once...being able to work on documents at the same time with people and track changes, comments, etc. Also the ability to share in almost any way...from computer to computer, service to service. Is a wonderful tool.
