Google Workspace is my favourite wheather it is for Work, School/University or personal. I like the breadth of products, inclduing Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides, and Sites. VERY User friendly. I also like the custom backgrounds and themes.

It is a bit hard to find what I do not like about Google Workspace, but If I had to find something it would definitely be the limited amount of fonts on Google Docs and Slides! I know that it is not as much as Microsoft but I definitely think they could do better than the amount that they have now.

Easy to send out surveys and applications with google forms, easy to create presentations with slides, can create websites with sites, easy to communicate with others using email and calendar.

I like that I can turn an email into a Task on my Tasklist easily

It prefers Google Meet and there's no way to change that to use Zoom

Like many, I live in my Inbox, so easy actions from there are great. Viewing the sidebar calendar is cool; pinning the Calendar to a tab in Chrome is even better. Seeing meetings around the time of a proposed meeting is helpful.

The most helpful thing is to access my data from any part of this planet.

I think there is nothing to dislike. It provides everything in a single package.

There are numerous data that I have to maintain daily, and I am the responsible person to handle it. But every time, keeping things on an offline platform becomes very difficult for me. So I generally use Google Workspace to maintain my data from any device. The best part of Google Workspace is my data is continuously updated, and I do not require a particular device to store the information offline.

This workspace offers features such as screen sharing, project management, communication all in a single platform, these make it versatile and superb. Google Workspace is also easy to learn how to use and is also compatible with all smart devices and PCs.

I have no dislikes about workspace, I would recommend it for non-users who want to achieve superb results on managing workflows and communication.

This is an all in one platform that enables me create slides, manage my workflows and communicate with my peers without any difficultly.

Its spaces and chat feature is very good. It is very good to implement with apps and integration is very good using its webhook. I am using it daily. It's support is also very good.

Its updates have made things worse for some time but overall I can say it's a good package.

Google Workspace is giving a package of tools where an individual can do everything from sending a message or email to meetings and also to sharing a document and working collaboratively. I have the benefit of it that I don't have to switch every time for something else. I can just find every app to use under one roof.

Google Workspace has been a comprehensive solution for us at the company: from Docs, Drive, Calendar, and Contacts to Mail, it has been an all-in-one, perfect solution for our business needs.

The pricing is based per user and, in my opinion, could be lower. There should be more billing options offered. Storage also should be increased. Resolving just these things and it becomes the best business solution of this era.

You will be limited to the apps that google offers. However, there are some easy integration to 3rd-party applications

I love how easy it is to get started and communicate with others. The tools also integrate seamlessly with one another and with other useful apps. The mobile apps have been a godsend in times when I need to access my work while away from my laptop.

Some of the shortcuts could be more intuitive.
