It's great that Vendesta is a one-stop-shop. All my clients love the fact I am able to be their Trusted Expert and be able to service all their digital marketing needs.
Right now I have not experienced anything dislikeable.
I have solved the challenge where I lack Industry knowledge and experience, however, I have super speed my learning curve and brought me more ideas about SaaS technology, educational industry knowledge, and community interaction in meeting like-minded individuals.
I like that they are prompt to respond whenever I have a question or need help. I like the idea that the Vendasta system is very automated, and I can see the status of my company or my clients. The great highlight of this platform is that I can add my services or products and make it part of the services or products that are available from Vendasta. This is a great solution that I have been looking for a long time. I have never heard of Vendasta before as long as I remember. Vendasta are the best!
The thing that I currently dislike that I am not quite yet there. Because there is so much to learn. I need more help to fully understand the whole process and gain confidence of the process. I do have some hesitation of the idea that I must pay more from the monthly fee. I have learned that if I want to add more features, there is more fees that I must add to my monthly fee when I just started our partnership. Specially, many businesses are hurting financially. Many of my colleagues of the same field are having a difficult time now days surviving. I highly recommend giving a sense of worth and time, it is to give a bonus of 90 days to see the whole process in operations. Because it is my understanding that it will take at least 30 days to fully understand the whole process, before launching and see results. I want to see my business paying for itself and of course expanding. I must admit that Vendasta products and services are fantastic! I highly recommended.
The problems that I am currently having is not understanding what the features are or what they do. I am still learning. I feel that Vendasta is solving a great gap that currently exist in our operations. I find the platform to be very well planned and it is very efficient. I feel that Vendasta has a great idea to combine all the vendors into one platform. Something, that I was looking for. The products and services are fantastic! The great thing of the whole thing is that the list of products and services are still growing!
Vendasta has made this transition so easy. The customer service is truly the best part.

We are solving our project management issues. It's also nice to have everything streamlined into one single platform. Vendasta makes it easy to flow and communicate as a team.

One of the things I like best about Vendesta is that they have excellent documentation and tutorials for all of their tools and products. The interface is intuitive and makes it easy to make your way around the application. The snapshot tools and reporting tools are exactly what I was needing to add more value to my services.
I had an error message when I was first trying got login into the support area. Fortunately, it was resolved fast but did cause me some initial frustrations.
I'm solving my customers' reviews/rating issues, helping them a lot with local search engine optimization, and keeping their users engaged thru social media campaigns.
Since I've started with Vendasta, my schedule became more organized. It saves a lot of my time and gives me an option of taking care of my accounts at the same time.
Nothing, really. It's a great platform. I am more than satisfied with it.

The people at Vendasta are the absolute best. I have been working with Vendasta for years and at the beginning of 2021 engaged with them to provide the platform and products for our agency. Their solutions are top-notch and the technology is great but their people make all the difference.
There is nothing that I actively dislike about the platform and Vendasta. I am a highly technically skilled person, so if anything I could say, that I wish there were more flexible integration options with outside technologies but from what I understand those are coming.
We use Vendasta as a centralized place to learn and develop professionally. We use Vendasta to manage our sales processes and many of our marketing outreach processes. We have realized huge benefits in leveling up our own and our team skills and knowledge and consolidating a lot of our software expenses down.
The part I like the most is that both people I work with make me feel like I'm their only client. When we work together the whole focus is only business and helping it grow.

I joined vendasta for the white labelling services but I have gained much more then that. Not only is the help personalized but vendasta is a huge learning center for much more than just white labelling
The virtual interaction of communication which helps everyone be on the same page.

One of the problems I am solving with Vendasta is bringing my eCommerce business up to speed with technology and features that I did not have before.

From day one I felt at ease with Edzel. We spoke as if we were old friends reuniting. He is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet not to mention diligent and thorough when it comes to business development and helping me get to the next stage in my business. Always providing me with the guidance and suggestions I need along my journey.
There is never a perfect business. What I appreciate with Vendasta is that they listen to their partners suggestions and are quick to make updates and changes to the products and services they provide to meet partners needs.
