We love the Social Marketing dashboard and the ability to schedule out posts.
The review generation tool could be improved.
We are offering the systems that Vendasta provides to hundreds of struggling PT practice owners who need tools that will help them be more efficient with their marketing.
The upsides of it are: 1. Vendasta provides great sales and marketing support, and a lot more making it the go-to platform for sales engagement and tracking. 2. It also includes a website builder which cane be used to create a website for your business and enhance your online presence. 3. It also has a billing software as well as marketing automation that is really helpful for a medium-scale enterprise like mine.
Its downsides are: 1. The customization options available in it are not as great as other platforms. 2. There is no availability of a mobile app, making it unable to access anytime. 3. The third-party app integration is very limited, making it hectic for me to connect to different platforms at a time.
Vendasta is one of the best business enhancement platform available out there. It lets businesses stabilize and maintain their online presence. As an offline business in the first, it helped in getting our business online and do automation tasks in an easier and great manner.
All of thier support comes from real people. If I have a question I know exactly who to go to ask & recieve a reply almost immeditatly.
Its my understanding that their Partnerships/products are commision based, so when I meet with my support rep, while the products available on the martketplace are all useful- I am almost always sold some new tool I can start selling my customers. I wish it was a bit more stategical.
Vendasta allows me to sell tools & services to my customers that really impact thier business, but I get to be hands off.
The options for digital services covers almost everything we could need. The support team has been great whether it be the helpdesk, Amanda, Myron, or anyone we've dealt with A lot of benefits to the platform including CRM and project management
Sometimes the platform acts up and doesn't load correctly While theres a lot of offerings, it's hard to determine which is the best for our needs at times. The platform could be more user friendly Billing and invoices have been an issue but are getting better
Vendasta has an excellent website service. We have been very happy with that aspect of the business. We are slowly training the sales team to use the snapshot reports and CRM system. We have mostly been using vendasta to improve our clients digital footprint and listings/reviews.
Vendasta has allowed me to truly scale my business and offerings as an agency. Along with that, my account manager Edzel is incredible! I always feel taken care of by him and that he has my business's best interest top of mind. He is truly knowledgable about a plethora of marketing and softwares applicable to succeeding in today's digital world. I have trippled my income with the help of Vendasta over the last year in partnership with them.
Limited capabilities with some of the partners softwares and onboarding could be a bit clearer with some of the products.
Investin in SEO is a no-brainer in today's digital world and having this Vendasta software allows me to offer this service.

I never have to send invoices and chase payment. I use their Invoices and Payments and credit card processing with direct deposit into my bank account. I couldn't find others with these features.
From the many products and resources they provide, I still find they need a better way to find cold prospects and turn them into leads and customers. If you already have a way to generate leads, they have everything else.
They provide a well rounded suite of product offerings that will solve most small business marketing needs. I'm more productive because they've already done the work of sourcing vendor partners.

The online store function makes it easy to create clear packages and focus my marketing and I really value the help, input and inspiration of my account manager, Dakota. His solutions-orientated approach and wealth of experience really show and his passion for Vendasta is infectious. As a young platform, there are some challenges with vendasta but I am assured by my account manager that they are working on all of these. One of the main draws for me with Vendastas was the one-login dashboard and while Vendasta has some partners I work with already, the API's to integrate existing accounts don't exist yet, meaning I have had to either create secondary accounts or live with additional logins which somewhat defeats the point. Also, the lack of ability to add funds or pay for entire projects in advance, makes it challenging to manage project budgets.

The CRM, though robust, is also somewhat cumbersome.
The main reason we went with Vendasta centers on the variety of business services delivered by specialists. We merely need to offer these services to customers and prospects without being overly concerned with fulfillment. Our business can now be more customer-focused rather than service-focused.
I love the organization it provides, I find it helpful to stay on track and organized. I think the feature of being able to sell products to leads is very helpful and not found from competitors.
Very confusing to figure out! Simplicity is missing. Most features work properly but are hard to figure out. It could be better if improvements were made to be more user friendly.
Organzing leads and selling/marketing our products to them. It has been a way more streamlined and productive process. Performance and sales have increased after use.

UK tends to be at the end of product roll outs. Business app looks pretty dated. Social Marketing Pro also is very much a poor cousin to its competitors.

All-in-one platform. Great platform for an agency who is looking at selling bundled solutions to increase deal value and recurring revenue. Steve Maughan is an excellent mentor, always willing to listen and really helpful. A great asset to the company and probably one of the reasons I decided to go with Vendasta.
I'm new to the platform and still exploring. Found a few limitations on CRM & Marketing Campaigns feature - one of them is not being able to schedule emails as desired and import & export of accounts / contacts feature is not at it's best and needs improvement. The platform can't get a little buggy at times. Customer support is prompt and they do their best to resolve any issues raised. So, no complains. They should consider expanding services to Asia & Middle East.
Selling bundled solutions and generating recurring revenue.
The overall purpose is excellent. The idea of being able to provide my clients 1 place to log into manage their marketing in collaborations with us, the team that actually does it is great! Looks very professional, very clean and simple to white label. I love the pre-done product pages, the available independent training and resource centre and of course being a Canadian the fact that it is a Canadian company!. My Account Manager, Steve Maughan is the best. He is always available and connects me with whomever I need in their company to get to the results I want. A great way transition your company from the micro stage / solopreneur to handling larger clients and multiples.
Although the product is pretty awesome, I definitely feel there are a few areas available for improvement. (Which I know some are already in the works) 1-Proposal directly from the app to our clients 2-better streamlined visibility in seeing, wholesale vs retail and then your own pricing 3-ABility to customize the dashboard for our clients a bit more (Add a quick reference section that I can add fave links for my clients and another section for my clients to add their own favourites) So it truly becomes a SSO...one place to log in 4-Integrate email and tasks for my clients
This product has helping with the building of a fulfillment team. The are vetted and can offer assistance in a broad range of marketing services that have become to complex for just 1 person or two on your team to handle.
Give Steve a raise #1. #2 within the trail, there has been much leverage. Almost overwhelming. All that's left to see is if the teams deliver on the service to client. Which means I got some work to do! 😄

Sales, helping get sales. Because I need sales.
Vendasta has many strengths with far little weaknesses. Overall, there are many things that we find to be most beneficial including the streamlined sales and success center which let's us turn a lead into a prospect and thereafter into a sale. Among that, the insane amount of products and features available just make it a better choice from competitors that we've reviewed. Most importantly: their team. In specific, our sales rep. is Logan Ochitwa. Logan has been incredibly helpful in our entire journey, he has helped me with pricing, navigating the different functions, and most of all: closing our first sale on Vendasta. Logan acted as part of our demo team and showcased every part of brand Suite, which led to a client on the other side of the coast closing with us in just an hour. He did his job so well on point that the client ended up mentioning that "Logan is a very nice guy, I'm glad I got to learn more from this demo". Vendasta has load of features, markets, integrations, and more; but most of all, it has a dedicated team.
Personally, we don't see many downsides to Vendasta. If we are to really have to choose something, I'd say an option to not choose Google Meet or Zoom in bookmenow would be awesome, if we could instead have a choice that had a phone number: we'd love it!
We are solving so many problems using Vendasta. Anywhere from sales to managing clients to staying on top of tasks and more. The biggest benefit I've realized is that everything can be streamlined. I give one link to my team from where they can sign in and pretty much handle 90% of their workload from.
The Vendasta team has been great to work with and Josh is always able to respond and assist as we are working through the various products and services. We have been receiving excellent response from our current and new clients that we are bringing on board and appreciate the support that we receive from Josh and Vendasta.
I do sometimes get confused on what services I should be using but that is a learning curve issue
Being able to provide digital services through one source is a excellent benefit for us to offer our clients. It streamlines the work and everyone appreciates the dashboards to track activity.
