The Partner Center is beneficial and fulfills many of our daily business tasks in a very professional manner. The Business App for our Clients is the best, creating good engagement, transparency.
There are very few items that are disappointing in their products and services. Their Account Managers make sure to fulfill all your needs and wants.
The Business Center fulfills my Daily Operations, Account Management, and Marketing. Their billing system is great, and their Business App creates great transparency and sticky partnerships.
I've been working with Amanda Ritz to learn the Vandasta backend and amazing product selection. She has been very helpful and patient. I look forward to "flipping the switch" and opening my personal Communications Agency.
There is a lot of talk/training on Scaling Up. I would like to see more on getting started from zero client base.

The customer service! Everyone I've ever spoken to is extremely friendly and very helpful. They've done everything to make sure we're up and running the best way possible.
There's a bit of a learning curve when you're setting everything up. But I just ask the chat team for help and they take care of it so that's not a huge deal.
We're able to offer more services at better prices. Also, the fulfillment service is a major time saver.
I appreciate how Vendasta provides so many unique options! The platform I use the most is Social Marketing Pro, and this has been an amazing tool for effectively and efficiently reaching our clients here at The Rock 98.5. I also appreciate how their support staff goes above and beyond to assist; if we have questions for tools we are using, they will gladly schedule a call and walk us through what we need to know.

There is essentially nothing I dislike about Vendasta that I can think of. I suppose if you don't like incredible support, a great level of customer care and excellent communication, AND a robust set of tools/resources all in one place, then it might not be something for you...otherwise, I have not only been a happy partner using Vendasta and implemented it within the systems and processes for our whole team, I have referred those in my network who are also amazed at the resources and support within Vendasta as well.

Sometimes there is downtime but that is usually the result of a major upgrade which we end up loving

When I really get into an account, I find that there are a lot of add-on/add-value parts of this platform. It is really set up well for me to start them on at least a proof of concept deal and then as they get used to can introduce other products and build a decent account over just a few months. Josh always has my back.
that I didn't find this earlier. I would have been a lot happier and not had to try to work so hard. They may want to make a summarized version of the abilities they have and also start administrators off with a basic , most used for starting up, tools. There are just so many that I can see how someone could get lost
Quoting, SEO solutions, Ratings, Social Media you name the digital need and the platform has everything handled. Before I had to run Social Media, SEO, Google anything and more through 3 to 4 people to make sure I didn't miss anything. Generating and tracking more and more business and having the ability to automate the processes of marketing to clients and customers.

I joined vendasta for the white labelling services but I have gained much more then that. Not only is the help personalized but vendasta is a huge learning center for much more than just white labelling

I think at first glance, Vendasta can be a bit overwhelming. However, help was offered whenever I needed it. That made things easier.
