I wish we could sort by what content we have used.

Being able to switch out elements of one post to fit multiple platforms like editing a photo differently or using another link! From the start it was so easy to use and I felt like a pro.

The only thing I don't like is that you can't assign Amplify members already existing company posts, I wish the amplify platform could be used in a way where senior leadership members already had pre written comments and re posts for existing company posts.

Hoot suite cuts my social post scheduling time down so low. It makes it incredibly easy to schedule out months of posts at a time which leaves me more time out of my week to work on strategy.

Scheduling all our posts has never been easier with Hootsuite! I have been using Hootsuite since 2015 and it has only gotten better since. I appreciate the addition of the AI tool. The analytics are also easy to comprehend and share with stakeholders!

Not being able to tag IG accounts within Hootsuite is a major downside. 100% of the time, I need to edit the post once it's been posted just to tag relevant users. Being able to tag a collaborator for IG posts would be a godsend as well! Customer success agents could use some improvement as far as timeliness with their responses.

Hootsuite is helping my efficiency and workflow with the newly launched OwlyWriter AI tool. What would cost me 1 hour of work drafting copy now only takes me up to 15 minutes to repurpose past successful content.

Hootsuite does occasionally have issues with our platforms disconnecting.

Hootsuite allows us to manage our social channels without any issues and provides a one-stop shop for all things social-related.

The Amplify section of Hootsuite still has some bugs that need fixing.

It allows us to manage our socials and look at all out accounts in one place. We also enjoy the customizable reports in the Analytics section.

It is very user friendly! I have not experienced any issues.

The most recent update was a little hard to use at first, otherwise I have enjoyed Hootsuite.

Hootsuite is making it easier for me to remember and use my social networks for our State Farm Agency. I can post out a few days if there is ever a time where our office won't be in or if I specifically will not be in.

Utilizing Hootsuite to schedule and make instant posts on multiple social media outlets has saved me time and improved my prodictivity.It formats each post to fit the outlet automaticllay and keeps me from getting distracted and going down a rabbit hole.

Leaves more room in my day for getting other things done lol.

I do not have to log in and go to each individual outlet to post or modify an origioanl post to fit each outlet.I also really love that i can schedule them for the week to automatically post.

Cross posting functionality and scheduling posts.

I would like to be able to add more social accounts that actually post. I am not able to post directly to my business account on LinkedIn.

I did not like that I could not prepend messages before sending, but you fixed that!

Hootsuite saves me time in having to post blogs, ebooks and other industry related information on social media. I love that it lets me schedule in advance
