The day I was introduced to Hootsuite my work life turned around, literally. From day one the platform has been amazing. Product support has always been fantastic in the very few engagements I have had to deal with them. And they have had some pretty exciting innovations over the past few years. Check them out, you won't regret it!

No downsides. It's an altogether pleasant expereience using this platofrm and I can't fault it in any way.

I primarily use Hootsuite for social media management across Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. It's a powerful, easy to use tool that does exactly what it claims to. Makes my life much simpler and cuts out so much time manually trying to manage things. I can only imagine all the other features are just as great!

Hootsuite is intuitive to use and keeps getting better. It gets more and more robust with added features often, and the help is quick and thorough.

Hootsuite requires more steps than what seems necessary to do certain things such as moving between channels and tagging in the content.

I love that Hootsuite now shows me when my clients add to their SM channels.

The fact that I can post anywhere with any Device. I surprisingly love the desktop version with the Calendar view makes it easy to juggle different accounts. And I love the analytics it gives me

My only wish is that I would be able to schedule and post TickTocks. And I want that directly not me scheduling something and the app notifying me it's time to do it.

With Hootsuite I can guarantee that all my postings will go out and if something does get messed up I get an email immediately. Which helps me focus on other tasks at work

I like the fact that I can collaborate with my team to schedule and create posts. Once they are created and scheduled, I don't have to worry that they will be out in a timely manner.

There really isn't anything that I dislike. It's a very intuitive solution and doesn't take a lot of training to use. It's the perfect solution for a small shop with collaborators who are working remotely.

The ability to post to multiple networks simultaneously is excellent for maintaining a presence on all the networks that matter these days. It's a remarkable API.

Not being able to post the same copy at multiple times with the same click is unfortunate given what I usually use Hootsuite for, and they'll need to integrate more networks to stay up to date with newer social media norms.

Posting to multiple networks within a single interface is excellent and has saved a tremendous amount of time in my role as a social media manager. I am impressed.
