As a beginner, I loved the premade content plan. It was easy to fill out the fields with the content and then curate them and see what worked best for my audience.
It doesn't link to Instagram and Pinterest directly, but through Hootsuite. Feels a bit weird for me to create an account to manage an account through another account. But that's just a minor thing.
I stopped losing time trying to figure out what I should post and when. With SocialBee, I got an easy start and improved my reach. Also, I believe it is the only social media tool that can post on Google my Business.
The calendar page really helps keeps me organized. I also like the content category so I can clearly keep all of my assets separate.
Well, it's a little bit of a steep learning curve only because there's so many features. I do feel like the bulk editor can be a little more streamlined as well.

Well, the app interface needs some improvement. But it doesn't affect the overall user experience.
Instead of logging in to multiple social media accounts and having multiple tabs open in my browser, I can now manage all my social media accounts with just one tool. Not to mention planning my social calendar and scheduling my post in advance. It is such a huge time saver!
Proactive in getting their content even if not fully what we envisioned. They have been proactive for us to review the content and make sure that we getting what we paid for.
Content isn't always relevant and is sometime just feels pasted together. I do like the team but feel if they could really target our explcit demographic and product better it would be ideal

It is tedious to onboard and get all the information set up on the platform. Once in, the bulk feature helps to alleviate repetition, but overall still a lot to get started.
Instead of going into each platform one by one, we can schedule posts in bulk, cutting down on everyday time. It is all very organized, so it is easy to stay on top of things too.
