"One of the best social media post scheduling platforms out there."
What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Being on quite a few social platforms, it makes it very difficult to be able to manage posting on a daily, weekly and monthly recurring basis. Plus, making sure that any media scales accordingly to different sites is a hassle and a time drain. That is where Zoho Social comes in to save the day. I can use RSS or CSV files to schedule out these posts and Zoho takes care of the rest, including making sure media files fit according to each platform's requirements.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I wish they could include YouTube in all the plans, not just the most expensive one.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

IThe best takeaway from using Zoho Social is the time that it has saved me. It would take me around 2 hours weekly to post manually on every social media site (with various daily posts). Instead, now it just takes me less than 10 minutes to do the same thing with Zoho.

What I like about Zoho Social is the creative AI feature, allowing me to create efficient social posts in real-time. I appreciate Zoho Social can create ad campaigns out 30 days while offering tools to ensure the most viewership. Zoho Social has increased my viewership, and driven business to my call center. Exceptional customer support.

I love all the features within Zoho Social but would love to see more social channels integrated.

Nothing to dislike! I've been using Zoho Social for over a year, and they have made great improvements to optimize the user experience. I've even recommended to other businesses and they love how easy it has been to use as well.

It has a lot of features that will help us analyse and improve our campaigns, an unexpected bonus is the team collaboration built in so we don't have to chat on other platforms.

having access to plan for multiple platforms is key in media marketing. Zoho social makes this a smooth process. Zoho support is always helpful and quick to respond. zoho social has eliminated juggling multiple different apps and planners for different platforms. easy integration to all social platforms.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

bulk posting is a challenge for me, but I'm not sure I understand how to use it properly. stories on meta, could use more customizable options. posting a story through the meta app gives me the ability to add a link and other features to the story. it would be nice if zoho social had similar features.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Posting across multiple platforms from one app as well as planning and scheduling posts in advance.
