What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I love that I can post to my Google Business page, which I haven't been able to do with competing products.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I've had a little trouble with the iPhone app sharing sheet. Hoping that will be fixed soon in a future update.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Social is saving me a ton of time allowing me to post to multiple social accounts in record time.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I absolutely love using Zoho social, it has allowed me to schedule my posts in advance,helping me keep track of my audience's engagement, likes and comments as well as letting me know the best times to post my content. I highly recommend it for a small business like mine, permitting me to concentrate on other aspects of my business with out having to stress about the social media aspect of it.

I like everything about Zoho, there is nothing right now I can fault it on

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

The smart queue for sure.. good feature to get the best time for posting.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I don't like how you can't edit the same post on different platforms. You can only make a new post. That is a time waste. Also, there is a bit of a glitch in the report pdf.. sometimes it comes out blank or missing some cards.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

I thoroughly like the calendar feature. The calendar feature allows me to see what posts I've scheduled at a glance and plan future posts. I also appreciate the "Repeat" function when scheduling posts. I recently promoted a webinar and the "Repeat" function made maintaining social media presence a snap. I also like the analytics feature. Being able to see how many people were reached and how often links have been clicked is very helpful.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

So far, I have not encountered anything I particularly dislike. I would, however, like to see a "Planning" feature to help plan and execute social media campaigns. If possible, I would also really like to see if specific hashtags are performing better than others in my Instagram posts. Integration with Adobe Spark would also be super helpful. Keyword recommendations would also be helpful.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Social has allowed me to schedule social media posts across multiple channels a month in advance for a very reasonable cost.

La facilidad de conexión contra las redes sociales y la simplicidad de estructurar un calendario de post para todas o solo un segmento de las RRSS. Otra cosa que nos interesó, fue la posibilidad de encontrar horarios sugeridos perfectos para la publicación de post. Adicionalmente, nos permitio poder revisar los comentarios, mensajes directos y analítica del comportamento de los usuarios de nuestras redes sociales.

Instagram pone restricciones de tamaños de imagenes por lo que al hacer un único post normalmente se debe crear uno a parte para mantener tamaños.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

No contamos con un colaborador dedicado a redes sociales, por lo que cargamos una planilla para publicidad al mes y luego vamos cargando post adicionales de forma simple y eligiendo una sugerencia de mejores horarios.

I like that Zoho easily helps you set up your accounts and the entire interface is very easy to navigate for a beginner.

My only complaint is that you have to pay to use a scheduler, but honestly, that is understandable.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Zoho Social can use it without any problem, I dare to say that it is the easiest to handle of all the softwares of this category. With just a few clicks stories you can do everything you need. Its interface is quite good and workable. From the first moment you will be able to start publishing and keeping track of these publications on social networks. It is worth mentioning that it is quite intuitive and predictive, which keeps you closer to the necessary publications and clients.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

In some moments I have presented inconveniences or doubts regarding the program and the technical support has not given a correct answer, other times it has been very late their attention or they simply do not respond, which makes losing interest a little.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Basically the work and activities that I carry out is to promote and subsequently formalize the sale of the products we offer in the company where I work, to address any new and potential customers that we can add to our customer database, in this way I have been able to Develop large advertising campaigns through the best known social networks, which are currently managed by a large part of the population. It has had a great impact and in a very relevant way on the company in recent years.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

ZOHO has been very helpful in organizing the scheduling of the posts in advance. The graphics are also very user friendly and cute. The tool is itself very user friendly and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

There is just one feature that is quite naive. It is the best time to post feature. It is not quite helpful for LinkedIn, Google MyBusiness and Instagram. It always shows that it is due to diminishing APIs of those platforms.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scheduling posts and analyzing the engagement reports is the problem we solved here. Since we needed a single platform for all the social media reporting and post scheduling, ZOHO Social has always been to our rescue.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Fast, user-friendly interface, really easy to use. it is very practical having app on IOS and Android. Proven helpful getting our brand known by scheduling our social media posts automatically at the best possible times.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

The only downside I can mention is not related to the functions, however, I would see more social connections like Tumblr, Pinterest.
