I often have to worry about the timing and reach of a particular post. It's great that when I schedule a post I can already see the percentage of probable reach at particular days and times then just click POST! Easy!
The ability to categorize social accounts into brand profiles. Buffer has that only on the Business plans.

Zoho Social saved me days of scheduling posts, something my last dashboard was cutting me short on. Even a child could look like a pro using Zoho Social.
The time zone settings on bulk scheduling take getting used to, but once that's out of the way, it's all smooth sailing.

I love the bulk scheduler after I figured out that the date field had to be a plain text format rather than a date format. I also really like the dashboard that shows the engagement.
I wish the help desk could have identified my issue a little sooner. I was explaining that the date would auto-shorten (because I was using the date format), it needed to be the plain text format so that it could be 'MM/DD/YY 00:00
I manage an event where we feature celebrities, artists, sponsors in a countdown with hashtags, etc. the bulk scheduler makes it so incredibly simple.

It is extremely to set up up. It took us literally two minutes to set up all of our social media accounts so that we could start engaging with our followers.
That you can't schedule and post on Instagram. It requires you to use the Zoho Social media app on your phone in order to post on Instagram.

Simplicity. It is really easy to set up automation for your social media. You can even view stats, interactions, inboxes.
The price. While it is probably worth every penny, I would love to see it cheaper. I would be more willing to pay $5 a month vs the alternative. That's all I can really complain about. The product is solid.
Dealing with multiple social media platforms. It gets hard to keep up sometimes, having an app like zoho social really makes it easy to handle multiple profiles, at one time, from one place.
The simplistic design means you don't have to hunt too far to find the feature you need, its simple, its easy and most in importantly, it's really powerful.
If I were to pick one issue, it would simply be Instagram. And the scheduling process, this isn't really an issue with Zoho social as it is with Instagram. But hopefully, as Insta develops so will the features offered.
Time, like anyone effective time usage, is paramount. A good social tool will help to get a snapshot across all your media, or clients media and see what's happening. I feel that Zoho social has delivered here.
