Easy to use and user friendly. I would suggest it for sure
Nothing as of now. Its a product without flaws
it reduces the time and issues.
I enjoy the resources and variety such as being able to post, reschedule and repeat the posts; most important I am able to edit as I go along.
As of now, I am still new to the product so I do not have any dislikes.
I am able to add all my social media platforms and choose where and when I want to post. This is a great way to learn about my audience on each platform to see what they gravitate to.
Decent data monitoring tool,i found it very user friendly It gives me real time updates with ability to create leads . Sceduling of posts makes easy .Cross funtional capibility etc
Editing part would have more smooth, There should be more appropriate notifications.Should add up more options for user add ons. Rest i feel they will come up with solutions of the low sides soon.
Does a decent job of notification when social posts is made. Helps a lot in analytical reports. Helps us in drafting and sceduling of posts. We get proffesional support when needed. Good luck team.

After selecting all the medias, it is not allowing to post, if criteria is not followed by the image dimensions.
Scheduling posts in social media accounts is originally difficult, Here Zoho is the best option to schedule.
This platform is VERY easy to use, intuitive, and integrates seamlessly with social media platforms. I'm still learning about all the features, but for the price, I couldn't be happier about the value we're getting from the tool. It pulls in analytics with ease, has super easy posting tools, and offers more than enough functionality.
Very few things I would be able to find that I dislike. If anything, maybe some features to edit/crop content that is specific to each social media platform when posting. But, again, I wouldn't expect that given the pricepoint.
It helps us consolidate anaytics, schedule content, and post content all from one central hub. It has helped us become more organized with our social content and key metrics.

I love that I can see posts, hashtags, likes etc across platforms and choose the items I want to see under Monitor. I also love the scheduling options.
I wish I could see account feeds or account posts, I also think the columns under Monitor are too wide and I do not like the lack of side scrolling.
The ability to post to multiple accounts at once and monitor those accounts, especially Twitter was a problem I was trying multiple platforms to solve, and Zoho Social is the best option.
