What do you like best about Zoho Social?

The data, Metrics, notifications, direct customer contact through the app, post scheduling. The tool is perfect for any beginner or professional content creator.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

The disadvantages I found when using Zoho include the link shortener, as users rarely open a link with that shortened name, and sometimes I can't access the posts I published from a specific social network

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can access all notifications and messages from the networks I manage quickly and securely, which allows me to achieve better communication with my community and clients. Without a doubt, my entire company has grown thanks to Zoho.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Zoho Social has really made a difference in my productivity! Instead of wasting time scrolling aimlessly, I've been using Zoho Social to track all of my mentions, comments, and posts. It's incredible how seamlessly it integrates with Canva, allowing me to post natively.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I can't doom-scroll and binge-watch reels for hours on end. The Instagram portrait-size posts give an error message. I've contacted support & they are working on it, so hopefully, it's fixed soon.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

I spent more time engaging with my audience now versus before Zoho Social where I would go to watch someone's reel and then ended up scrolling and wasting all my time. Now I track all of my hashtags and mentions. I can respond to DMs regardless of the platform all in one location.

Really useful and effective tool that allows to not only schedule or social media posts, but also track performance on all of our platforms on a single dashboard.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I found the pricing structure of Zoho Social to be slightly on the higher side compared to some other social media management tools in the market. While the platform offers a solid set of features, the cost may be a limiting factor for small businesses or individuals on a tight budget.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing us to schedule all social media posts across several platforms with ease. Previously, we have used Hootsuite and Later, but their free version has slowly became less useful and more expensive.

The learning curve is super low. It has a super intuitive user interface and it allows you to track important information across social channels.

Not much to dislike, would be nice to have the option to add more than one brand.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

As a small business owner, Zoho Social gives me more time back in my day to accomplish daily tasks in my business and spend more time with my customers by allowing me to schedule content out, do reports and respond to messages across multiple platforms all in one place. It has been a real life saver for us.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I would like to have greater integratration with posting to my Facebook Groups. Also, a complete mobile experience would be a great addition to the product as well. At this time, you have to add your separate platforms from a desktop before utilizing the app. This isn't a major deal but it would be nice to not have to go between the two at setup. Once setup, though, you do not have to worry about that.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho is allowing myself and my employees to accomplish more by creating custom content as before, however, now we are able to have it scheduled out at the most optimal times and then free ourselves to serve our online and instore customers. As interactions and messages come in, we are able to respond faster and capture more sales by not missing potential customers since all platforms are view in one place. There is a lesser chance of allowing a customer fall through the cracks by missing a notification.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Zoho has made it easy for me to post to all the social media platforms I use on a daily basis all day long instead of just occasional posts here and there. My engagement has skyrocketed since using the software.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I can post YouTube shorts from my desktop but I'm anxiously awaiting the feature to be available on the app.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was trying to figure out how to post on all of my channels throughout the day instead of random posts here and there. Zoho has made it easy at an affordable price without the need to hire a social media manager.

The ease of scheduling and sharing posts. Also, the ability to correctly size the image within the post-set-up. UPDATE! Best part is the responsiveness... the Hasttag issue is fixed!

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

The only downside so far is that the Hashtag manager does not seem to keep my hashtags. I have discontinued using this feature. UPDATE.. fixed!

The ability to schedule all my social media channels in one place and weekly.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

The thing I like best about Zoho Social is it makes sense! I've tried other social media calendars & it's like they don't schedule social media themselves.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

I think they are a little pricey for a one-year subscription. The cost for premium is $480 for the year, but I guess it's okay given all you can accomplish.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can schedule social media ahead of time in a user friendly way!

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

The platform is very intuitive and feels modern - the platform I was using previously was neither. A lot of features for the price. And the best part - it actually makes posting easy (Sure you still have to produce content) but definitely helps with the process which can be a drain as we all know. Also removed reliance from me being on a phone (which is painful) and I can do almost everything including DM on my laptop!

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

Not much comes to mind, although a strange thing that's clunky is when I'm logged out the log in process seems to be convuluted. I end up having to go and find where I was in my history and go in that way - strange, maybe me but don't have that with other online services.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Makes posting easier, time efficient and gives me a platform to easily monitor and analyse my social media streams. Also gets me off posting on my phone which just feels horribly cumbersome.

Excellent application in which I can centralize the ability to run publications in the various social networks that we manage for the business as well as to produce reports that show the current situation in terms of our followers as well as the interest in the shared content.

For this moment and according to the functionalities of the application, we have no objection whatsoever.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Zoho is such a great tool for scheduling social posts. It's user friendly and very easy to navigate. Helps plan my socials for a full month at the time, which helps me be more efficient with my work load.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

The free site doesn't allow scheduled posts. The next price plan is a big jump up.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time management, allowing me to schedule posts for a month at a time, which is super time efficient and only takes a day to complete once I have all the graphics and captions I need.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

It's easy to use and can be customized for different social platforms, so I can simply customize on a single frame.I really like this tool because it simplifies many complex tasks that I need to perform on social media. Anyway without it I will be fine, nothing complicated but if I have it I can schedule it, the important thing is this scheduling. Among the current tools I highly recommend Zoho's scheduling capabilities.

What I am not satisfied with is that it does not customize the video size and it forces me to change the video size, image size, quite difficult to manipulate.
