Buffer saves me time because I can schedule posts in advance all at once, rather than having to go into Instagram or Facebook every time I want to post something. It also gives me a clear way to look at all my recent posts on different platforms, so I can make sure I have enough variety in my copy and that I didn't accidentally post something twice or post too often. It's also just extremely easy to use with a really clean, user-friendly interface.
The only thing I dislike is that Buffer won't let you click on the current date to schedule something, because it recognizes the whole current date as in the past. In order to schedule a post on the day of, you have to first click on a future date, and then manually edit the date afterwards. It took me awhile to figure out you could do that.
Business problems we solve is time constraints! We are student-run, so the ability to schedule posts in advance is critical. Benefits we've realized is simply that our social media is much more clean, organized, and up-to-date because we can stay organized and ahead of schedule with Buffer.

I love how you can add multiple accounts on Buffer. You can post the same content across all accounts or you can optimize content to perform best of specific accounts.
There isn't much I dislike on Buffer since the account I use is a paid account, however, for a small business or a personal account wanting to use Buffer to the best of its ability it would be nice to have more under a free account.
The business problems I am solving with Buffer is managing multiple accounts during all hours of the day. The greatest benefit I've realized is being able to schedule content during the prime times of our customers being active.

Having to open Instagram to post videos after I’ve already scheduled them. That is an Instagram issue though.

For the amount and reasons that I use it, I haven't found too much to dislike. If I had to choose, maybe that it doesn't cater to all social platforms and also don't have more options that are particular with Buffer but hey it's free.

Its simple to use, and offers great value. They also have a great company culture and are very transparent about their pay, diversity, etc.

Buffer is an awesome way to create, track, organize, and schedule posts to multiple social media platforms all at the same time. Despite the streamlined process, you can still customize a post to each platform in order to add hashtags.
I did not like that I can not see any interactions we have from viewers or comments from people like we could in the previous software we used for social media.

I like the unlimited time free trial - it works great for 3 platforms and a limited number of posts.

Buffer has a great user-interface for individuals and small businesses. I love that they have Quuu that integrates with it. It makes content marketing a breeze!
It is limited for larger businesses and can become cumbersome when you have a lot of channels.
