Easy to use while also allowing a team to implement a social media presence (paid and organic) on a schedule.
Could be more visually appealing and feature more analytics.
Creating one avenue for social media to go through to be published, thus resulting in a uniform business approach to marketing.
I like that I can schedule posts for many social media accounts all on one page and that it's quick and easy and super user-friendly.
There's nothing at this point that I dislike.

Buffer is an awesome way to create, track, organize, and schedule posts to multiple social media platforms all at the same time. Despite the streamlined process, you can still customize a post to each platform in order to add hashtags.
I did not like that I can not see any interactions we have from viewers or comments from people like we could in the previous software we used for social media.
We are using Buffer to streamline our social media presence. It allows us to maintain a presence online but doesn't take up half the day like it used to.
It allows you to post up to 10 statuses on facebook but with varying dates so that you will stay on top of your social media activity.
You have to pay for the full version, but the free version will get you by for a while.
Keeping social media account active for department
Being able to post Tweets in advance means that you can set and forget.
I have no issues with Buffer, as it is currently meeting my needs.
I'm able to manage multiple social media accounts more effectively.
I love that this platform functions flawlessly from any device— be it iPhone or PC desktop. I’m always on the go so being able to make additions and edits from my phone works best for me while some of the team prefers their PCs. It’s so user friendly and packs a punch!
Honestly, very little. The price can be prohibitive for some businesses, but the free version does so much!
What doesn’t it do? We’ve been able to track and increase engagement significantly.
I like the unlimited time free trial - it works great for 3 platforms and a limited number of posts.
I wish the free version included 4 platforms - but I get it. I can still get a great idea of how it all works.
Buffer gives me the opportunity to get organized with my social media for the week, which is great!
Ease of use. Instagram if you can't afford the latest and greatest smart phone is pain. Much easier with buffer.
The icons are small and can get mixed up if you are not paying careful attention via feeds.
I am now writing multiple feeds easily and effiencently
Very easy to use and helpful tool in managing social campaigns. It does the work for you and keeps all your information in one app that is very effective and let's you properly schedule your post.
I wish it would post directly through the app, rather then copy and opening instagram to post.

Buffer's extensions can be added to chrome and used via mobile, making it super simple to schedule posts out while on the go. It also makes it quick and easy to shorten links for ease of reading.
There's nothing I don't like about Buffer.
